1. Acrobat Pro won't open

   I have used Acrobat Pro for years without a problem. I am using version 9 on a Mac running 10.13.6.

   I used CleanMyMac yesterday to clean out some files and after restart Acrobat Pro won't open. The first thing that happens is that I get a message saying that Acrobat Pro wants to make changes and I need to put in my password. I do that and then Pro crashes. If I don't put in my password, I get a second error message that says Authentication Failed. I've attached screenshots of both.

   I assume I deleted something I shouldn't have. The only thing I remember deleting associated with Pro were the different language files and maybe the cache.

   What can I do to get Pro to work again?

2. Export pdf not working

   I am trialing Adobe Acrobat to see if it will do what I want. I've been scanning a printed text of my own authorship, then converting the pdf into Word so that I can edit it. OK to start with but now it says "Save As didn't wotk. File not saved'. How can I correct this? Prof. Brian Vickers

3. Adobe Acrobat DC crashes when opening serveral documents

   On a PC with Windows 10 Build 1803 and among other things “Adobe Acrobat DC” and “Adobe Acrobat Reader DC” installed, “Adobe Acrobat DC” version 15.016.20039 crashes when at the opening and editing more than one documents. There is no error message displayed and there is no error report generated. Sometimes it is offered to recover the documents and sometimes the recovering succeeds. During my investigation I saw that there are entries written in the Event Viewer at the start of the PC and at the time the error occurs on the executable acrobat.exe, the dll acrobat.dll with the error code 0xC0000005. At the time of the error the Event Viewer also shows the error code 0x80000000000000.
   I have already re-installed “Adobe Acrobat DC”, but the error still occurs.
   I will include a file with screen dumps from the Event Viewer (excuse me for the Dutch).
   Can you tell me what is wrong and how to solve this?

5. Cannot View comments

   I just upgrade to Adobe Dc pro as was told this would let me view comments on a PDF i had shared but after buying it & downloading it on pc & mobile - i still can only see the link comment boxes but they do not open to know what the comments are !!!

6. Bug: Text Disappears

   Text spontaneously disappears after leaving the page and scrolling back to it. The text fields still exists and some letters stay visible, but the other letters have disappeared.

7. Icons on Toolbar appear unsharp

   since the last Adobe software update the icons in my Acrobat DC toolbar appear unsharp. What can be the reason for that?

9. Better editing Acrobat Pro DC

   I must admit I find the Acrobat editing features terrible. Why not have an "Edit" that allows editing of text and fields, instead Edit PDF and Edit Form. When I try to move a small field (radio button), 90% of the time I end up resizing it, a better targeted way without letting go of the mouse to indicate what I want to do (finding the sweet spot for cross hair or resize should be so difficult or at least have a right click). Why does it have to be so difficult to move an element (text or field) from one page to another. Why can't I be in an edit mode, select elements text or fields and be able to move all the selected items like a single object and across pages if necessary... the way most visual editors work.

10. I have Adobe Acrobat DC and macOS Mohave. My system is warning me that Adobe Acrobat DC 32 bit and will shortly not longer run. Needs 64 bit

    Please, give us Adobe Acrobat DC 64 bit for Mac. 32 bit will not run shortly.

11. Remove all Crop Marks/ Printer Marks

    Previously, The remove printer marks Fixup would function correctly and remove all marks (regardless if they were touching the bleed). Around the time of the last InDesign update, the Fixup does not work any longer. If the marks are touching the bleed in any way, they are not removed. Can it be corrected to remove all marks regardless if the crops are in the bleed or not. Or have a separate Fixup created to remove all marks.

12. Error Message: This feature is not included in your current Acrobat license

    This concern was previously submitted by Martha in April 2018 and marked as resolved although there does not appear to be a resolution in the comments.

    I have a team account and I am signed in, yet I am receiving this message and unable to perform key functions like "Edit" because the software is not reading my license correctly.

    Please offer a fix ASAP.

    I have Microsoft Outlook and I send all my PDF attachments thru this email. Your October 2018 update no longer recognizes Outlook default that automatically sends an attachment to an email.

    Now we must every time get diverted and click on attachment and continue to attach every single PDF in an email to Outlook. This creates a lot of work for no valid reason. EVERY user of Outlook is now going thru these extra steps for no valid reason. STOP IT.

    I am surprised that Adobe management who probably use Microsoft Outlook have themselves not wondered why they are now going through these extra steps time after time after time to send PDF documents?

    Why are we even having to write you to say fix it?

15. Remove tools sidebar selector, or make it an option, or an option to move it to the top or the bottom

    The tool sidebar is too close to the scroll bar, and make it difficult to use and select the scroll bar, which is almost always used. Make the position and/or the visibility of the tools sidebar a preference, since this redundant control is available using many other existing ways. This is the must frustrating, duplicative, and unusually located user control I have seen in many years.

16. Bug Report: LSMinimumSystemVersion broken in Adobe Acrobat

    LSMinimumSystemVersion (in your Info.plist file) is broken in Adobe Acrobat

    1.) minimum system version is 10.11 and not 10.4.3
    2.) you've put spaces into it ( 10 . 4 . 3 ) so it doesn't work at all

17. Finer Adjustments in Full Screen Mode

    In Full Screen Mode I can only Zoom In or Out with the Mouse Wheel which picks coarse magnification levels. I would like a Keyboard Sequence to be able to Increase or Decrease Magnification by 1% up or down (while maintaing the Full Screen Mode.

    I have need to adjust some PDF embedded images to the maximum screen real estate I can get and being able to adjust Magnification Up or Down by 1% each click would be Very Useful.

18. Problem with IRS fill-in forms

    Repeatedly, when trying to fill in US Internal Revenue Service forms in Acrobat DC Standard, I get a "bad file handle" message, and am unable to save the completed form. This did not happen with earlier versions of Adobe Acrobat and does not happen if I open the files in Acrobat Reader DC rather than the full version of Acrobat DC. I am using Windows 10.
