  1. Based on a documents layout, the Fill & Sign tool automatically detects where the user may want 'Add Text' in order to fill in static forms, as indicated by a blue highlighted box.
    This can be burdensome as sometimes you don't want to add text to those automatically detected "fields", however you are forced to.
    Unchecking 'Automatically detect Form Fields' in Preferences>Forms doesn't do anything.
    Could there be a way to disable this?

  2. When I export a brochure to pdf I usually set the Page Display to function like a brochure and to fit the page, this works great in the pdf app but is lost when viewed with a browser. Could you implement these settings into the browser "application"?

    I have always wished this was a feature but it has become more of an actual issue for me as the shared commenting feature was updated and it pushes users to the browser pdf viewer instead of their installed application. I would like the reviewers to see the brochure as they will view…

  3. Hi,

    we use free seating and we have a Cirix environment. Our users complains about the information, that they have to log out from a session when they want open the next open. Why is it the job f the user to do this, Adobe has the information and can disconnect every connection automatically. THIS IS WHAT WE NEED:

  4. The issue is when users go to email a pdf, a new window pops up in the new 2019.012.20034 version, and blocks the view content of the pdf. This is creating unnecessary steps for users who send many PDFs to customers and need to see the PDF document to verify information. Scroll to the bottom to compare how the previous version allowed to still view the document. Please roll back to adobe acrobat reader 2019.010.20099 with no Pop-Ups!

  5. Unhandled exception at 0x77498D30 (ntdll.dll) in AcroRd32.exe: (20.006.20042) RangeChecks instrumentation code detected an out of range array access.

    Error when trying to print pdf (two different ones). Have latest win 10, Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18363.657] Prints through browser. Tried Adobe reader dc repair, no luck

  6. It would be nice to be able to add and remove folders under Home\Files. Having My Computer, Document Cloud, and my One Drive account is great. However my work is project based and it would be nice to easily access certain folders then remove them when the project is finished.

  8. It's not possible to download on my computer documents that have been signed and sent back on the desktop app. To do so it's necessarily to go online. What's the point in havin gthe app then. Please add the download option on the desktop appo.

  9. In Adobe Sign under library documents > Adobe Sign Templates, there are a number of IRS tax forms. The W4 and I9 documents that are provided are now out of date. Would it be possible to update to the 2020 forms?

  13. At the beginning I like that the comment bar shows every comment on a page as an individual element, which I find to be very useful for long, distinctive comments. However it gets less handy when it comes to minor comments, such as highlighting important words on a page. Each word highlighted, or to say, each mark you’ve made on that page will be shown as an individual comment under the comment section of the page, making the comment list unnecessarily long. I think it would be nice to be able to group or merge some comments together.

  14. Have anyone over there ever had a freaking UX course? How could a feature like "add blank page" be that well hidden? I'm baffeled.... Do not make me think ******** it...

    You actually have to add it in as a tool... an organize pages tool... why...

  15. Often I am looking at half a dozen different documents that all look very similar with similar content, but are not the same. It would help if I could change the background display colors so I can color code my documents and make sure that I don't get them confused as I am jumping between different documents. I see where the display theme can be changed for the app, but is there a way to change the display color for each file individually?

  16. When distributing and tracking an adobe form through email: the ability to specify more than one email address to receive form responses. Currently only 1 email address can receive responses and it has to be the same email address as your Adobe ID.

  17. Need a keyboard shortcut for IMAGE tools - i.e, once I select one or more images in "PDF EDIT" mode, I don't want to use the mouse to always go select the tool I need (for me, it's "Crop Image" that I am constantly clicking).

  18. I am an electrical drafter and need to combine sometimes hundreds of AutoCAD (dwg) files into a pdf. The Acrobat XI version did this reliably and quickly. I used it for about 4 years mostly for that purpose. Now that it is no longer supported by Adobe I apparently am forced to "downgrade" to Acrobat 2017 for a perpetual license. (Somehow my "so-called perpetual" version of Acrobat XI suddenly stopped working on my work computers - more than one - suddenly - for some reason) 8( So...What is the definition of "perpetual" anyway?

  19. Issues combining files together. With Windows 10 when I select multiple pdfs and right-click to select "Combine supported files in Acrobat" and select the files, there are issues merging files together and maintaining the correct characters (+, -, % & =). When I first create the pdf's, all characters show up correctly. I have attached a post from 2017 with exact same issue. Not sure why is shown as declined and there is no solution available? Please help me fix this issue.

    La applicazione Acrobat 8 Professional funzionava perfettamente in Windows 7 e la attivazione temporanea di 30 giorni funziona perfettamente in Windows 10. Poichè in questo momento posso accontentarmi delle funzionalità del vecchio prodotto vorrei attivarlo.
    Voglio segnalare che è un comportamento scorretto quello di impedire la attivazione della licenza di Acrobat Pro S/N 1118-1766-8883-8567-7953-6120 visto che a suo tempo ho comprato una licenza perpetua. Si tratta da parte di Adobe di una infrazione al contratto di licenza perpetua che ha come unico limite il numero di attivazioni…
