  1. Invert colours on images embedded in pdf files.

    Hi

I'm visually impaired. I find anything with a white background unreadable.

I can change text and text background colours to make text readable but I cannot find a method to change colours used in images embedded in pdf files.

Please can you add an accessibility option to invert colours in embedded images so black becomes white and white becomes black. NB. All colours will need to be inverted not just black and white.

  3. Adobe, Regardless of version of Acrobat, whenever I open a PDF that came originally form a Word file, the wrong file title appears in the title bar above the page. Please fix this. It is maddening. I get sent documents from our admin people to put up on our webpage for all our employees and since I am not the author of the document I cannot fix it myself. It is a constant problem.

    This is a real shame.

  7. When you need to quickly crop a page it's irritating to have to go to EDIT and have to wait for it to recognize the text/language of the content on the document before you can select CROP. Often the text doesn't need to be edited, you just want to get rid of the white space.
Cropping should be it's own icon/feature separate from other "editing" functions so that it's fast and easy.
Also, the idea someone posted for combining two small crops into one page is excellent.

  8. Is it possible to disable Acrobat Pro from allowing a user to leverage Adobe Sign? It seems when users purchase Acrobat Pro they automatically get the ability to use Adobe Sign but if that is not officially sanctioned for use, is there a way to disable it?

  9. It's fundamentally broken. I have been trying to use it for the past two days and encountering all sorts of bugs with the prepare form and adobe sign portions of the app.

    Here's another example:

I added form fields for signer (I gave up trying to have prefill form fields--they would just DISAPPEAR in the signing form). Fields included:
    Signature
    Title
    Name
    Date
I tested the form by sending it myself as the signer. In the resulting form I ended up only with Signature, Title, and Date. For some reason Adobe sign would ignore and remove the NAME field from…

    Hi,

Can you please describe the workflow you are trying out. Also can you please once sign out of Acrobat and then try signing in.

Let me know if the issue gets resolved.

  15. Mac OSX, Adobe Acrobat PRO DC (Build: 20.9.20067.384717)

I am working on improving some pdfs at work, in one of these there are two fields for the user to input numbers (currency), but the field type number does not include any format that is correct way of formatting numbers in Norway.

I need the thousand separator to be space and the decimal separator to be comma, the only options in the form field settings is
    1.123,10
    1,123.10
    1123,10
    1123.10
    1'123.10
not the one I need, and that is correctly format for most numbers in Norway (expected result):
    1 123,10

    Instead…

  16. I have a personal subscription with Adobe (Lightroom and Photoshop) and I'm a named user on a corporate subscription (Acrobat DC). The current authentication processes make it nearly impossible to manage the identities concurrently on the same device. Ideally, Adobe would implement a user experience similar to MSFT O365 where I'm able to seamlessly switch between my personal and business licenses / identities.

  17. I have to disable ourselves wheel zooming every time I launch Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version 2020.012.20041. The program seems to "remember" most user preferences but not this one. It is frustrating.

  19. Hello, I'm sending you this writing to complain about something annoying things. I'm trying to make an important request.

I was taking a class at Acrobat DC and taking notes on the document. I accidentally forgot to press exit and couldn't save it.

Funny thing is, I don't think it's going to be a big problem because I usually have automatic storage set up every five minutes.

In 2020, the normal auto-save function means that when you close a file, it's saved right away.

But that was my naive illusion, so your automatic storage function was just temporary storage that…

  20. I am using Windows 10, latest version, Adobe PDF Pack, paid up, latest version.
I have attached screenshots for all steps as described.
When opening a pdf on laptop (laptop shot), and pressing the "pdf compress" icon (laptop2 shot), it takes me to the web page for compress. BUT(bug) it will not perform the compress but rather asks me to upgrade (or free trail). (web shot1)
This applied to all pdf documents on my laptop, not just a specific file.
If I log directly onto my Adobe web home page, select compress (web shot2), then drag/drop a pdf from my…
