  1. Constantly crashing when editing documents.

    everytime i edit a document, Adobe crashes and i lose everything. so much time wasted. please fix ASAP

  2. Security of printed documents removed after every update

    Can you please find a way to retain security settings after an update of Acrobat. It is very annoying(and unsecure) after automatic updates to find that you have been printing unsecured documents because an update removed your previous security settings.

  3. Default hide navigation pane

    If I can't figure out a way to stop getting a massive bookmarks pane EVERY SINGLE TIME I open any file I am going to set my computer on fire.

    The Wizard won't do it. Edit > Preferences > Restore last view setting when reopening documents won't do it. I can't mess with the system registry on a work computer so that won't do it. Do not tell me to tick the restore last view setting box.

    Look at this bookmarks pane. Look at it.

    The list of files on SharePoint is alphabetical. I would think recent files should be first or that a choice should be offered

  5. Problem with IRS fill-in forms

    Repeatedly, when trying to fill in US Internal Revenue Service forms in Acrobat DC Standard, I get a "bad file handle" message, and am unable to save the completed form. This did not happen with earlier versions of Adobe Acrobat and does not happen if I open the files in Acrobat Reader DC rather than the full version of Acrobat DC. I am using Windows 10.

  6. Automatically open the appropriate navigation tab after initial display properties are changed. I hate having to open it myself.

    When I change the initial view to display the pages or bookmarks panel and click OK, I wish the program would automatically open the appropriate panel for me instead of having to do it myself. It's almost easier to close the file and re-open it than it is to go open the panel myself.

  7. Adobe DC terrible design of program

    The new install of Adobe DC is terrible. There was no reason to change the user interface and make the program so MAC Like.

    The changes to the interface are causing our agency to incur tremendous down time and loss of productivity. Nothing about the new user interface is intuitive or helpful!

    Is there any way to reinitiate the older menu driven interface? We can not even utilize the certificate signing that was used regularly with the previous version of Adobe Acrobat.

  8. Screen resolution

    Hello,

    I'm using the following setup:
    Windows 10 Home 64bit, version 1803 (OS Build 17134.706)
    Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, version 2019.010.20099
    Two monitors, same resolution 1920*1200

    One of my monitor has scaling enabled through Windows (display settings -> Scale and layout -> 125%). This will change the size of text, apps and other items.

    When I open a PDF in one of my monitor and I drag this PDF to my other monitor (which has scaling on), the ruler changes (see screenshot). But when I measure using Measuring tool the correct values will be shown. In my opinion, this should…

  10. GOMS efficency in reviewing documents

    I do a lot of reviewing of documents (I'm a lecturer in a college). In the old version of acrobat, I could (for example) select text and delete using the keyboard. Now I have to select text, move to the mouse, hit the right key, and select the menu item 'strikethrough'. This is a much more extensive interaction that takes a lot of extra time when you have a 200 page 1st draft thesis in front of you for example, that might need 20 such interactions per page.   11. acrobat Pro DC keeps shutting down

    Why is Adobe Acrobat shutting down all the time now. I am working on a major project and the program is constantly shutting down. Is this going to get fixed? I am so frustrated. What is the solution? I cannot get this project done with this happening all the time. I have a cloud subscription.

  12. Enhanced Security Settings > Privileged Locations

    I am converting PS files to fillable PDF forms with an Action Wizard workflow that would run without interruption but recently, I have been getting security prompts telling me that the documents are not safe and adding the path of the documents, folders, or fileshare root does not skip the prompt.

  14. Bug Report: Acrobat Pro DC hangs when you try to print

    When you open a pdf file and click on the print icon or go to file - print, the program becomes unresponsive and you must end the process.

  16. Mouse Scroll Wheel - Skips pages sometimes

    The mouse wheel is a great tool for scrolling through pages. However, sometimes it skips a page, instead of flipping to the next. Can you please fix this?

  17. Print error with grayscale bitmapped files using "print in grayscale (black and white)"

    Discovered a printing error in Acrobat Pro DC. Converted a PDF created in Word using Illustrator to CMYK and just to Black and White. Most of the art is vector or text, however the logos are bitmaps. I copied them into photoshop, converted to grayscale, and pasted them back into Illustrator and saved the file as a high resolution PDF. When printing in Acrobat Pro DC (2019.010.20099) to our Minolta Bizhunb C308, using the function of "Print in grayscale (black and white)" the bitmaps are printed in inverse.   18. PDF Preview Page 1 comes out blank

    When you are about to print, the first page of the PDF preview comes out blank. If you click the right arrow to see Page 2, the PDF preview appears again to page 2. However, if you press the left arrow to go back, then all PDF preview pages go blank.

  19. Drag and Drop doesn't update page thumbnails

    When dragging a PDF or Word document into the page thumbnails to add that document to the existing PDF document, the thumbnails occasionally fail to refresh, and show the incorrect page thumbnails.

    E.g. If I drag a 3 page document file into page 50 of a 100 page PDF, the thumbnails will show the previous pages 50-52 until you close the thumbnail view and re-open it or scroll the thumbnail view past those pages forcing a refresh.
