  2. When doing a batch conversion of emails in an Outlook folder, all of the emails are captured in a single PDF file. However, it would be nice to restrict what information is captured. For example, I'd like to have bcc information excluded from the email-to-PDF conversion.

  3. The LexisNexis Adobe CaseMap plug-in allows continuous bates numbering. The plug-in allows you to save the current bates numbering sequence, as well as prefixes, for future use. For example: Let's say one day I bates number a serious of documents (say it ends up being A0001-A0113). And then a week later I need to bates stamp more documents. I click on the name of the series I last saved and then my new files will automatically begin at A0114.

Since I use the bates stamping tool for legal document productions, this is very important to avoid accidentally producing documents with…

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
Kindly share with us your machine details and Acrobat version.
Also please provide us some sample files on which you are facing this issue

  5. After splitting a document by top-level bookmarks, file names do not match bookmark names.

Bookmark names are all capital Greek without periods, underscores or other characters. I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro and Windows 7 Professional.

  6. My experience with Adobe’s support staff has been frustrating. Often, no matter how carefully I ask, there appears to be poor understanding of my question. And the staff seems to produce formulaic responses, imstead of specifically addressing my issues. For example:

I have repeatedly asked what computer configurations can best and most quickly handle time-consuming Adobe Acrobat tasks: OCR, placing duplicate buttons on multiple pages, etc.

I’ve specifically asked whether more RAM, or multicore, or other configurations would speed up OCR of scanned documents.

Adobe has not yet provided a coherent response to the above question.

    Many of the support…

  7. I have purchased two perpetual and one subscription to the latest Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. But Adobe acts as if I only have a single license,

When I go to my next computer, Adobe i forms me that I must unload the software from another computer to use the current one, even though I installed a separately purchased software on both computers.

Please credit me with having purchased what I paid for, instead to treating me as if I only have a single license.

  8. Adobe should allow user to enlarge menu font sizes.

I often want to know what page number I’m working in, but must lean into the screen to visualize the tiny number font listed in the menu bar.

  9. In some rare scenario one might want page scrolling to jump to next page like it does by default, but it is an annoyance in the most common context of reading a text document. While there is a way to change this setting, general people cannot be expected to understand that this is done by changing "Page Layout" to "Single Page Continuous" under "Page Display" from "Preferences" under "Edit" menu. Please beef up your UX team!

    Hi,

You can always set the continous scolling as your default view.
Here s how you can do this :
    1) Open preferences dialog (Ctrl+K) and go to Page Display tab
    2) under “Default Layout and Zoom” select the Page layout as Single page Continous and saveit

Let me know if this helps ?

    Thanks
    Ayush

I am sorry for the inconvenience you are facing. Can you share some sample PDFs with which you are facing this.

  11. I cannot get the Page Up/Down keys to work. I'm viewing a multi-page PDF in full page to flip through them and spot changes. I can't see an option to reset tools or select this as a transition option.
Also, in all other Adobe products, you can hit Command+` to jump between open documents, but not in Acrobat.

  12. The dynamic stamp creation process is very difficult, at best. The random names for the stamps makes it extremely difficult to find which stamp you're working on after the stamp has been named during creation. Having to navigate deep into the file system to find a randomly named file is not user friendly by any stretch of the imagination. I'm attempting to make 100 dynamic stamps for our engineering company, not just one or two stamps.

Please see if you can make the dynamic stamp process easier

  20. My company has a license for Adobe Acrobat for its employee's. My account has a problem where it will tell me the subscription for my Adobe Acrobat service has expired. This does not happen to any of the other accounts on our company's license yet it has happened on my account for the 4th time now. My IT person has contacted Adobe to fix the problem but it has yet to be resolved. Have other people had this problem and is there an easy solution? So far we have checked the company's admin account to ensure my account was still…
