  1. I would like to be able to select all open docs for printing and have them print separately.
The workaround is to combine the docs, but when printing two-sided, the documents end up with page one of one section on the back of the last page of another section. I need these to print out as individual sections.
Instead of having to combine, please create this as a print option - "print all open docs."

  2. When I print my pdf file as a booklet (8.5 x 11 folded) in Acrobat Pro 2017 on a Mac, the margins are much wider than I'd like them to be - they are not printing as they are in the file - they are much thicker, with more white space around the text. What can I do to fix this? Thank you!

  3. The California ruling for filing court documents as of January 2019 requires the exhibit number of a PDF to be included with the Bates stamp. This means that the exhibit number needs to be able to change for each PDF file that you are batch stamping while the bates stamp changes for each page in each sequential Exhibit file. In short, an "Exhibit X of X" or "File Name" needs to be added to the header/footer options so legal professionals can continue to bates stamp their court files in batches. Adding the Exhibit number to each PDF file separately defeats…

  4. Every time we open a SharePoint PDF, Acrobat asks to Checkout and Open, Open, or Cancel. Please let me skip this question to browse quickly! It is an Adobe problem, not Microsoft! It only happens on Acrobat.

  5. In addition to just an eraser, I have found it very useful to select an area and either erase inside or outside the area. I use this a lot in Nuance's Paperport. I too work with old documents and newspapers. Erase outside comes in handy to clean up staples, tears, smudges, etc. on the borders. Erase inside comes in handy to clean up sections of a document or unwanted newspaper articles near the desired article.

  6. Use 'Open' to add an Enfocus PitStop toolset. It appears in the right-side ribbon with the 'Active' icon. Click on this icon => it changes into a black square.
When using 'Add' to add the same toolset, it appears using the 'Inactive' icon, clicking it makes it Active but it is not showing the 'Active' icon.

  8. Under the prepare form function, users should be allowed to create multiple radio buttons with a single function rather than creating one radio button at a time for each group. Say I have 100 questions and each question has 4 choices meaning it has 4 radio buttons, that is 400 radio buttons that i have to manually create. It is tedious and painful. There has to be a faster way to do this.

This should also provide an option whether the layout of the radio buttons is vertical or horizontal.

  9. Drawboard PDF's single page view allows one to swipe through pages (like "flipping" pages in a book). I find this helps with retention as it breaks apart the text, delineated by page breaks. I've tried your single page vertical scrolling view, but I found it to be clunky. A few things that would probably make this better (for the horizontal swipe as well):

    1. Don't have the page "glued" to the screen, but put it on a rubber band -- so, as someone "drags" the page, you can see it react/ shift from the center/ default position. If the user just…

  13. Current default color is nearly unreadable. All my PDF's are using this color, so it's the default. Unable to change the color except by opening every PDF with bookmarks & changing using properties bar. Color change should be easier

  14. My idea is that Adobe should save data I entered on a PDF via edit, saved my work twice, and now when I open the saved PDF, all my data has been lost!!

If this is not a bug, tell me what is.

  15. I tried to export a PDF to Excel in order to capture and manipulate the data without having to retype it. When I did so, the resulting Excel document was unreadable and the formatting was off. I have several files like this that I need to extract the data from. I have Acrobat Pro for Mac. I'm using osSierra version 10.12.6. Please see the attached PDF and resulting Excel output file.

    Hi Chantal Smith,

The attached PDF is already an OCRed file whose output is incorrect. Try to copy and paste the text from the PDF file. It contains garbage values.

Please provide non-OCRed file for this issue.

  16. Please consider revising your subscription pricing structure. It is too high for people who need it for hh use or even for students. Also, please consider making more of your products one-time purchases.

    Thank you,

  17. My attempts to use Acrobat were the most frustrating experience of my 31 years on Macs. The program crashed constantly. Simple operations proved to be obtuse and non-intuitive and the layout of the tools, together with the process of interacting with the program, is very badly thought out. The tools page opens a page of cheesy icons resembling something from a children’s book, and why, for example, would anyone hide the ability to insert a rectangle under ‘comments’? Crazy.
I spent almost a whole day (consulting Adobe help files and online sources) just trying to bring an image to the…

  20. If Acrobat is to replace PDF generating software, scanning with the native scanner interface needs to be one click - it now is at least 3 clicks - adding this to the customizable menus previously requested would be great.
