Allow Guided Actions to run without needing to click Start and Done
You should be able to set per Guided Action if you want the Start and Done prompts to be displayed. They are VERY unproductive and completely unnecessary in my particular usage of the feature.

Log in Logs
Although we understand that the option to view login logs is currently unavailable, we would like to request this feature be considered for future enhancements.
Specifically, enabling login logs visibility for Admins—or alternatively, providing a mechanism to fetch these logs upon request—would be extremely helpful for investigations and security audits.
Such logs play a critical role in:Identifying login patterns and anomalies
Resolving access-related incidents efficiently

Adobe Acrobat Edge Extension & Microsoft Purview Information Protection (MPIP)
Adobe Acrobat Edge Extension (v25.9.2.0) does not support rendering or decrypting PDFs protected by Microsoft Purview Information Protection (MPIP). This technology is the core component of sensitivity label encryption. When the extension is enabled and set as the default PDF handler in Edge, it overrides Edge’s native PDF viewer, which DOES support MPIP. The resulting behavior is a failure to load MPIP-protected content until the extension is effectively disabled.

Request for Optional OCR Prompt and Improved Performance When Using the Edit Tool in Acrobat
Dear Adobe Team,
I would like to raise a concern regarding the way Acrobat currently handles scanned sheet music when the Edit tool is selected.
At present, the software automatically performs a full-page scan and applies OCR, which results in the image being divided into multiple fragments. Unfortunately, these fragments are often slightly displaced from their original positions, making the score unusable.
This behaviour is problematic for users who work with scanned musical scores or other documents where precise visual alignment is essential. I kindly suggest that Acrobat be improved in one of the following ways:

Produce a fully accessible, tagged PDF with alt text directly from a web page
Tagged PDF with alt-text is required under accessibility rules and many laws. When creating a PDF from a Webpage, using the Enhanced engine under the advanced options, the resulting PDF is untagged, and thus inaccessible. When using the Classic engine it results in a Tagged PDF, but Alt-text for images does not convert.
This means it is not possible to create an accessible Tagged PDF from a Webpage using the Adobe software.
My request is for a Create PDF from Webpage ability to produce a fully accessible, tagged PDF with alt text directly from a web page.1 vote -
Automatic page selection failed with Brother MFC-J6955DW Printer
The latest (late 2025) Acrobat print dialog promises to automatically select the paper tray based on the document size. I have a Brother MFC-J6955DW Printer with A3 paper in Tray 1 and A4 paper in Tray 2. Acrobat sends my A4 document to Tray 1, which the Brother printer is smart enough to reject. I can manually select Tray 2 and then print, but why advertise a feature that should easily work, that even my printer is smart enough to error check, yet does not work when it should? Using CTRL + SHIFT + F to Find and Replace Across Multiple PDF Files in a Folder
It would be super awesome if you could use CTRL + Shift + F feature to find and replace words or phrases on multiple PDF's in the same folder. I'm having to go into 400 documents to revise the same thing over and over and it would be nice if it could just be done automatically. Maybe combine it with AI to tell the user that something wont look right with the change and provide examples of what the user would like it to look like. When two windows are open, commenting function does not work properly
Menu -> Window -> New Window
Then, select a text, "Add a comment".

Need to move OST mailbox data to a fresh Outlook installation
After reinstalling Windows and Outlook, my old OST file is no longer loading. Outlook does not recognize the file in the new setup. I still need access to all emails and attachments stored in it. I am seeking advice on how to move this mailbox data into a fresh Outlook environment without issues.

Acrobat Reader won't print on a Brother L3780CDW model printer. I just installed this printer and updated all firmware and drivers on Windows 10. There is no print output from Acrobat Reader. I can open the PDF in Microsoft Word, and it prints just fine. The printer is visible in the Adobe Acrobat Reader print dialog, but it's nonfunctional. No job appears in the print queue. The printer is connected to the computer through WiFi.

Hallo ADOBE-Community, seit kurzem habe ich folgendes Problem: Wenn ich ein MS Word (A4)-Dokument über den Adobe PDF (Einstellung: A4) als pdf-Datei ausdrucke, ist das Seitenformat US-Letter (215,9 x 279,4 mm) und nicht mehr A4 (210 x 297 mm). I am outraged that the latest update no longer allows you to save a PDF file outside the Adobe cloud in a simple way in ADOBE ACROBAT PRO. This is an insidious way of imposing one's Cloud that seems to me to be contrary to European legislation and I will forward this complaint to the EU services.

Your product has gotten worse over time
I can't believe that I pay for a service as bad as this. Your product is constantly freezing, acting slow, or causing other problems. I thought that the advancement of time made technology better, but not judging by Adobe's application. I tried to reduce the file size of a PDF and it "reduced" it somehow to make it larger than the original file. I try to extract pages and it takes forever. Prior versions were not like this. I'm tired of being disappointed in this product. I was not looking for an alternative only because I didn't have time to…

make adobesigned pdfs signable by the counterparty
when someone adobe signs a pdf and sends it to you for counter signature, my idea is to make it actually signable. Then i won't have to go through adobe help, google, my wife, and gemini every time, thinking that i'm doing something wrong, until gemini provides the truth: "no, adobe sign doesn't work for anyone. the workaround is to print to pdf, save as a different file name, reopen and sign in adobe." whenever i receive an adobe signed contract for counter signature it's approximately a 20 minute task to countersign. i should charge adobe for my time.

BUG: Titles Fail Accessibility Check
Document titles consistently fail the accessibility check when a title is already present.
This happens to me and my peer. We use InDesign 2026 to generate PDFs and the current version of Acrobat 2025.001.20997 fails the title every single time. It also seems to fail the title on documents created with MS Word.
The fix is to open File > Properties, cut the title, OK out of the dialog, open File > Properties again, and paste the title back in. Then it quits failing the title.
This is an annoying bug that should be fixed.

Deactivating automatic opening of downloaded files doesnt work

I want to deactivate "open downloaded pdf automatically".
The old adobe reader version (I always updated to newest version automatically!! So your updater doesnt work, found this trick online to reinstall..) did not have the option. Deinstalled, downloaded again.
Now the option exists, but doesnt work. everytime I download a pdf, it opens automatically. wtf? Fix that! Online I tried so many workarounds. nothing helps1 vote -
Signing Multiple PDFs at once
Proposed Functionality:
- PDFs would contain digital signature fields in the same position (XFA or AcroForm).
- The user clicks the digital signature field on one PDF and is then able to select multiple other PDFs to sign in the same location.This functionality currently exists in Foxit PDF Editor and has proven to be a valuable tool for users.
Benefits:
- Reduces task time significantly.
- Improves efficiency for workflows involving repetitive document signing.While Adobe offers online services for signing, this request is specific to the local application.
