    • Create Word document in Word 2016 for Mac
      • using League Gothic, Monserrat, and Goudy Old Style fonts
    • Click "Create PDF" under the Acrobat tab in the Ribbon
      • allow it to create with the Adobe Create PDF cloud service
    • Check created PDF

    Expected to see:
    - League Gothic, Monserrat, and Goudy Old Style fonts

    Observed:
    - All fonts replaced with Times New Roman

    OS: macOS 10.13.2
    MS: Word 2016 (version 15.41)

  2. Dear Adobe team.
    I'd like to mention that for some reason, when I am on any app and I want to print as PDF, the quality of the file when I choose Microsoft Print to PDF is much better than when I choose Adobe PDF printer... That's very strange to me, given that as long as I know, you are the creators of this standard... Same thing happened when I had a mac. The built in PDF printer was much better than the Adobe one.   3. I don't understand what I'm doing to make this happen, but when I am typing using fill and sign the page starts zooming out when I type certain keys. It didn't do this before the last update. I've noticed it happens when I type 1 or 2. Is there some shortcut I'm calling without noticing? How can I make this stop?

    Hi,

    We have made some fixes around this area. Can you please update to the latest version : Go to Help > Check for updates.

    Do let us know if you still observe the crash after updating to the latest version (2019.010.20069).

  4. I recently had an issue wherein some of my clients found that hyperlinks in the PDFs which I had sent them did not work. Two clients were on a Mac, opening the doc in Reader, another on a PC. I sent the PDFs to numerous different people and some could access links, others could not. The pdf was created using Indd cc 2018 and later also 2019. This was "solved" by a Tech Support Rep who advised me that Adobe doesn't guarantee usability of links in PDFs if they have been uploaded to a server other than the Adobe Cloud.…

  5. Form created in Designer 11, Using Acrobat XI Pro to extend file for users to fill-in forms using Reader DC or Std DC to save to server. After recent Reader update fields on forms that have a calculation have issues. When the file is closed then re-opened using ReaderDC the calculation fields are blank or zero. Win7 and Win10 PCs.

  6. When using the Combine Files into a PDF option, sometimes that will work (usually the first one or two times) and then it will fail and no files will show up in the window to be combined even after they are selected. This occurs whether the command is started from within Acrobat or if the option is right-click selected from a folder with files in it on the desktop. Restarting Acrobat solves the problem until it occurs again.

  8. A recent update made the circles in the corners of lines drawn with the pencil tool or small stamps applied absolutely HUGE, obscuring the line/stamp itself as well as the text below it.

    This makes it near impossible to properly position a line/stamp and also to see what the heck it is when you select it in the comments pane.

    I work in publishing, and we need to be able to precisely place proofreading marks and be able to read them so we can see what to do with the source text file.

  9. Recently noticed someone had used my workstation and opened all my bank records on my "Recent" list.

    I am trying to clear the list but can't figure out how? It appears to have disappeared with updates, or moved to somewhere I can't find.

  10. I have a purchased pdf with bookmarks and links to areas throughout the same documents. However clicking on the bookmarks does not do anything.

    I have checked the link by
    right click
    selecting 'edit link'
    selcting 'actions'

    The Action is 'execute a menu item' 'Go to a page in this document'.

    Bookmarks and links appear to be set up correctly so I am not sure why they are not working?

  11. Every time I try to share a PDF by email it crashes.
    I am on a Macbook Pro 2017 and running MS Outlook with Exchange server for email.
    I click the envelope icon in the top left corner under Tools and then select on the right "Send as attachment" and choose MS Outlook as my email client.
    it crashes every time.

  13. The dynamic stamp creation process is very difficult, at best. The random names for the stamps makes it extremely difficult to find which stamp you're working on after the stamp has been named during creation. Having to navigate deep into the file system to find a randomly named file is not user friendly by any stretch of the imagination. I'm attempting to make 100 dynamic stamps for our engineering company, not just one or two stamps.

    i have a problem, when i add header then add page number to portofolio , adobe add page number for each pdf alone (from 1) and next pdf start from 1 again, is it possible to have continuous pages number across all portfolio pdfs.

  15. When I see a list of my recent documents in the main dashboard now, it doesn't show who I sent a document to. As a result, I might have five forms with the same name, let's say it's called "CONTRACT" - but I have to click into each one before it shows me who sent it.

  17. The sign in screen is preventing me from accessing the program by popping up over and over, even after I enter my username and password. It might get to the "Check out the new Acrobat Reader DC" and a button that says "Start Tour" that pops up and it will not go away or do anything else. What is the fix for this? I have many important documents in the cloud. Thanks.

  19. Return Menu Tools to the Side where they belong. They are next to useless now. Put actual menu items under the menu drop-downs instead of extra steps to open what should be a drop-down. Sorry - I hate the new look. Hate it. I should not have to navigate away from a page I'm working on in order to get to tools. I should not have to spend half an hour to discover you apparently no longer have this option. Security tools, if still in existence, should be obvious.

  20. When I have entered a custom calculation script for a form field and accidentally click one of the other options in that tab or accidentally click to the Validate tab, my whole script just disappears, which is infuriating. Why can you not just leave the script there as is, but obviously don't apply it if another option is clicked. Perhaps a user would like to test different Calculation/Validation options without having their work erased. I am so sick of losing hours of work simply because I mis-clicked.
