Crop Pages as a standalone icon
When you need to quickly crop a page it's irritating to have to go to EDIT and have to wait for it to recognize the text/language of the content on the document before you can select CROP. Often the text doesn't need to be edited, you just want to get rid of the white space.
Cropping should be it's own icon/feature separate from other "editing" functions so that it's fast and easy.
Also, the idea someone posted for combining two small crops into one page is excellent.2 votes -

fix sync with google drive on desktop version
The synchronization with Google Drive doesn’t work on the desktop version at all, and there’s no place to sync it. On the tablet, it syncs automatically as soon as I open it, but on the desktop, it doesn’t work! When switching from reading to writing the text, I’m forced to use two screens because of this.

Better update UX
Acrobat will sometimes generate a pop-up that says "Update completed!" with two options: "Restart Now" and "Cancel". Naturally, I assumed that "Restart Now" meant restart Acrobat. Because that's what it means in every other application on my computer, from Firefox and Chrome, to Intellij, to Microsoft Word, to Steam, and so on. In reality, that innocuous looking button immediately restarted my entire computer, without any sort of warning or confirmation prompt. I've twice lost work (from other applications, like my web browser) because I forgot that in Adobe's world, a user is going to want to immediately restart their…

Change the "update" button to "upgrade"
While installing Photoshop and Lightroom today, the installation screen showed that I had an existing install of Acrobat DC. I've never heard of Acrobat DC... so I assumed it must be part of the Acrobat system - and I elected to update the installation by pressing the "update" button. Unbeknownst to me, it uninstalled my Acrobat Pro XI and installed a trial version of Acrobat DC. I called the Support Line and waited AN HOUR AND A HALF to speak to a tech support representative to find out how to revert back to my Pro XI. By the…

Stop the Adobe Desktop Service.exe from memory hogging
Adobe should fix this (Desktop Service) supporting application for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC from taking up so much memory as a background process. Currently about 240 MBytes of memory. If all it is doing is checking the licence, why does it need so much space??!

This update SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Whose good idea is it to move the bookmarks to the right side panel with no options to move it to the left? SUCKS Whose good idea is it to set it up so that I can't have both the comments bar and bookmarks displayed at the same time SUCKS I can't even tell what page, e.g., 5/124 I am on so that I can navigate easily or set footers to specific pages SUCKS And this is just in the first 5 minutes of my day

Acrobat update
Move Acrobat Pro updates to the Creative Cloud app. It makes no sense for one app to live outside Creative Cloud, and the auto update is a resource hog, usually updating at the exact worst time, and creates an ominous warning about restarting while it’s updating. Turning auto updates off in the system settings creates an annoying pop up dialog constantly hassling me to turn it back on. Not a true manual update option. Horrible user experience. Please fix this obvious bug, which has been reported by others over a year ago.

Simplifying Nonprofit Accounting: Integrate Kindful with QuickBooks Desktop
Integrating Kindful with QuickBooks Desktop offers nonprofits a seamless way to manage donor data and financial records in one unified workflow. Kindful is a donor management platform designed to help organizations track contributions, manage campaigns, and engage with supporters. When connected with QuickBooks Desktop, it automates the synchronization of donation and donor data, eliminating the need for manual entry and reducing the risk of accounting errors.
The integration allows donations recorded in Kindful to flow directly into QuickBooks Desktop, categorized by donor, campaign, or fund. This ensures that financial records remain accurate and up to date, which is…

update ADMX/ADM Files
Hello,
I would like to see an update to the ADMX/ADM files for Adobe DC and other versions. It is a little bit of a hassle to try and find all the features and what can be done from an administrative space by looking through pages and trying to think of what we want and what can be done. The ADMX files that I was provided by support are really out of date and do not have things like turning off cloud storage. This could easily be done via some ADMX files, but since those are not updated with…

Automatically open pop-up note when using Replace Text icon
When Replace Text is selected and a relevant portion of text is highlighted, a comment box doesn't automatically open up. If I choose this icon my aim is to replace the text, so why wouldn't a pop-up open automatically (or at least have an option to turn said feature on in settings/preferences)? Annoyingly, I need to right click and manually open the pop-up. Please fix or explain how I enable this feature.

requirement to login after update
I hope Adobe will re-think the requirement to sign in after an update is applied to Acrobat. From an enterprise change management perspective we are required to notify 4k+ users every time we need to update Acrobat, that's a whole lot of email just because they will have to sign in again. 99 days makes a whole lot more sense. Let whatever cookie is set persist across updates please!

Remove extra spacing and lock icon from annotations (Comments) pane
In Adobe Acrobat DC Comments, the Lock icon adds unnecessary space to the already inefficient spacing (even without the lock, for some reason a lot of extra spacing was added). Is there a way to compress the spacing and/or remove the lock icon, which was never shown in previous versions of Acrobat? If not, the result of our company switching to acrobat DC is a reduction in productivity.
