1. In Organize Pages tool entering a page number closes tool

   1. Open a multi page pdf
   2. Open Organize pages tool (my files are over 50 pages)
   3. Set view that you can see several pages and the page control appears on the right side of the screen.
   4. Enter a page number into the page control and press the enter key.
   5. Press the enter key again.

   Results: Either nothing happens (first time clicking <enter>) or the Organize pages tool closes (second time clicking <enter>). This makes the page control useless within Organize pages. I have to larger documents I'm trying to sort out and this is making it **** difficult to do!

2. Recent folders not updating in the App (ACROBAT DC) (MacOS)

   When clicking "save as.." the list of folders available to simply click has not updated since late March. Now I need to go to "choose another folder" and then use the system file dialog to choose the recent folder. This is an annoying break of something that simply used to work before.

5. Send PDF as a file using email like the older versions of Adobe

   It's really simple, when you select share and email just have an option to send the actual file rather than a link no one can access. Just like in the old days when we could actually get work done using Adobe.

6. Multiple files opening at once

   The latest version of Acrobat Reader is frustrating to the point where I no longer want to use it.

   I'm particularly frustrated that when opening a PDF file, Acrobat decides to automatically open all of the files that I had open last time I used it, meaning I have to wait to use the file that I actually wanted to use and select it from the list of opened files. Why can't I just open the file I want to use and have it ready to go?

   Another thing is that while I'm using other apps, Acrobat randomly decides to open all of the files I recently used. Why? I have auto open on start up disabled, and this happens randomly even hours after starting the computer.

   And my last rant is about the new UI. Sure, it might look cool, but why can't I set up toolbars so that regular operations are there to click rather than having to hunt through menus to find them?

8. PPT to PDF conversion line are thicker.

   PPT file is converted to PDF has different connector thicknesses. Does not matter if the file gets converted from save as PDF or saved from Print option or create PDF or any other option.

10. Add Acrobat Pro desktop annotatoin shapes to mobile apps

    As an Adobe Acrobat Pro licensed mobile user I would like to have the same annotation features such as shapes that are available in the desktop versions to also be available on iOS and Android so I do not have to continually switch from my mobile device in order to perform annotation tasks.

11. A merged PDF file, when emailed out, the recipient received only the first page

    Bug: I have a 30-page PDF file that, when emailed out, some recipients see a PDF file with only the first page (although the file size is correct).

    The final 30-page PDF was merged from 3 PDF files:
    1. File #1: 1 page, converted from Microsoft Word 365 using its native PDF exporter
    2. File #2: 2 pages, converted from Microsoft Word 365 using its native PDF exporter
    3. File #3: 27 pages, came from an external party who said it was converted from Microsoft PowerPoint 365

    The scenarios:
    1. Scenario 1: emailed out from Outlook 365 to Gmail (and to some Outlook users), the User can only view the first page (even though the file size is correct)
    2. Scenario 2: used an online tool to "compress" the PDF, then the file can be sent correctly ... i.e. the recepient can view all pages

    Upon investigation of the PDF properties:
    1. all files mentioned above were PDF Version 1.7 (Acrobat 8.x)
    2. Scenario 2 file is missing the XMP Media Management Properties metadata compared to Scenario 1 file. Furthermore, when comparing File #1, File #2, File #3, and Scenario 1, Scenario 2 files, after merging the metadata became a mix from File #1 #2 #3 ... while Scenario 2 mainly has the XMP Media Management Properties removed

12. Save related methods are not being invoked for Tools->export

    In the plugin code, I am trying to intercept/replace AVDocDoSave, AVDocDoSaveAs, PDDocSave etc functions to identify the original file when the user tries to export the file from Tools option, and I see that none of the above functions are being called in this flow. But this seems to work when we try export from Menu bar.

    This bug is to report the same. I have tried this in Adobe 24 version on mac OS Sonoma. But I think this is applicable to pervious versions as well

Aside from the disruptive UX/UI aspect of how Gen AI is being pushed onto users, there is also the fact that a number of your users (myself included) are literally not allowed to use Gen AI in our work. Furthermore, surely Adobe is aware that there are a number of use cases where PDFs very often represent the most sensitive, private and/or confidential documents that people use and work with. Think court documents, legal and contractual agreements, government documents. As a result the last thing users in these contexts want is the sense that Adobe is foisting Gen AI onto them - and potentially Gen AI is already consuming these most sensitive and confidential of all documents! From my perspective this is a disastrous decision by Adobe that needs to be rectified asap.

16. Acrobat won't allow saving PDF after scanning

    After scanning pages of a paper document, I go to save the scan to a PDF file, but Acrobat pops up a blank dialog box that won't let me pick a folder or create a file name to save the document in a Windows folder. This has been happening since an upgrade about 2 weeks ago. HOWEVER, if I scan one page of a simple, letter-size B&W document, it does allow saving the document, after which I can scan and save any number of additional pages. BUT, if I scan one page of a letter-size color document (even at 100 dpi), Acrobat won't let me save even the first page. Is Acrobat choking on the size of the image, allowing the smaller B&W page scan to work but not the larger color scan? I'm running Win11 with all updates and 32 gigs of RAM, if that helps.

18. adobe crashes when highlighting

    Adobe crashes when using the highlighter feature from the commenting menu. I can add other markups without any issues but this causes the program to Not Respond then crashes and closes all documents. On average it happens approx. 5-6 times an hour. Typically this happens when trying to change the color of the highlighter by right clicking and accessing the properties.

    Users need the ability to delete unsolicited PDF documents that are from unknown senders plus the ability to block the unknown sender from repeating the abuse. This is critical, especially when a document is an "invoice" asking for a signature. User should not have to contact sender. I see this system as currently allowing dangerous SPAM and becoming a target for use by unscrupulous senders. Please give users the easy ability to quickly delete these documents without acknowledging or confirming to the sender of receipt or deletion. Users need to be able to permanently block the sender and prevent further abuse of Acrobat Sign.

20. Cannot delete pages when organizing pages under EDIT.

    After most recent update, when editing saved and password protected PDFs, the trashcan icon and option to DELETE pages is in gray. Selecting one or several pages is the same problem; option to delete page is not available.
