1. "an invalid json was specified"

   I get the following error after specifying were the recipients should sign:

   "Could not Send"
   "an invalid JSON was specified"

   It works when I send it to my personal email but doesn't work when i send it to the intended recipients.

   I also tried to change the language and removed the special characthers and it didn't work.

   Please help me with this.

3. Bug Report: Selection boxes disappear when dragging multiple annotations

   Summary:
   Selection boxes disappear when one of the selected annotations is a line--Upon moving the multiple selection with a cursor, any annotation selected before the last line annotation was selected will not have a blue selection box. This creates a very confusing user experience because it looks like you're only moving the line annotation.

   Steps to reproduce issue:
   - Select multiple annotations
   - Include a line annotation in the multiple selection
   - Click and drag the selection

   Expected result:
   - All selected annotations should have a blue selection box representing the move

   Observed result:
   - Only the last selected line annotation and any annotation selected after it has a blue selection box. Any annotation selected before the last selected line annotation disappears.

   OS: macOS Catalina

5. Print to PDF - Preset and Save desired page display

   Would like to pre-set my desired page Layout and Magnification (Pages panel and page, single page, fit width) so that all print to PDF pages are stored with those default settings. As is I have to print and modify every single output file accordingly. Thanks!

6. Can't flip a hand-written signed doc rec'vd upside down!!!

   Acrobat Pro X was much better!!! DC version "reads" hand-written docs as "digital" and therefore, will not allow me to ROTATE the doc, as the "signed" doc is un-editable!!!! This is outrageous! I receive a variety of multi-page docs, which can include a w-9 form signed by someone, but this version will not let me touch the other docs as the entire file is now "signed", and therefore un-editable, NOR will it let me remove the w-9 form, as it is not required by other depts. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!

7. Crash when commenting on PDF portfolio file

   1. Create a PDF portfolio from any two PDF files
   2. Right click on one of the files on the left and choose Open File
   3. Go to the Comment tool
   4. Click Add Text Comment from the toolbar (the single line one)
   5. Type in a comment anywhere
   6. Click X to close the tab while the caret is still blinking

   Expected:
   Asks you to save like it does with a non-portfolio PDF file.

   Actual:
   Freezes and then crashes. Reproducible every time, occurs on multiple Windows accounts.

   After typing, if you press Esc or do anything else to move focus off the comment, the comment commits and everything is fine. If you close the tab without doing that, while the caret is still blinking, it crashes. This doesn't happen for regular PDFs, only those opened from a portfolio.

   Running in remote desktop on Windows Server 2016 version 1607 build 14393.3686

8. Undo

   How TF can you not allow undo ANYWHERE in ANY application! The year is 2020! Why are computers great? Many reasons. One of the biggest? UNDO.

   WHY CAN I NOT UNDO WHEN I MAKE A MISTAKE FILLING A DOC IN FILL + SIGN MODE, WHEN I'M THE CREATOR OF THE DOCUMENT?! Every time I try to use Adobe's half-assed software (Premiere [the worst of all], Audition, Acrobat), I want to pull my f&*%ing hair out because you fools either altogether left out a VERY common and important feature, or you included a broken version of it! And when I say broken, I mean BROKE. Ever tried to export multitrack audio, in sync with picture, from Premiere "Pro" to BASICALLY THE ONLY PRO AUDIO SOFTWARE USED IN POST SOUND–Pro Tools? IT'S A COTDARN TRAINWRECK. I'm glad I've been cracking your sheisty software for years (and now have free access through my employer) because I would never pay for this sorry excuse for "professional" software! Sometimes it's helpful. But only ever enough to be a free beta. Except you charge money for your betas, and seemingly the majority of what you output is effectively a beta. Shoooot, one might even say its a gamma.

   And the support! Had a tech remoting my machine trying to figure out why Premiere was sending horribly unreliable AAFs and OMFs to Pro Tools (using a purchased and up to date verison of Premiere and Pro Tools). Guess what? 1.5 hours of him clicking around and sounding like an idiot over the phone, and he simply says "this is a known issue" and ends the call. He clearly had never made a movie in his life and was clueless about the mechanics of any of it, so it was about impossible to even describe my issue in a way he could follow. Compound that with the fact that English is not his first language, and he could give 2 shots about my 1st world problems, and you've got a recipe for the worst possible support you can imagine, as evidenced by the 1.5 hour long, fruitless phone call + remote access.

   Oh, and fork your subscription model.

9. Make commenting fonts lockable

   Please make commenting fonts lockable so that when you share a PDF, someone else can see your comments in a specific font. The default font (Segoe) is not great for in-depth text editing, as some characters, like curly quote marks and apostrophes, are not as easily distinguishable from their straight counterparts as they would be in serif fonts.

10. Let apps run in the background

    When I set Acrobat to run a task like text recognition for example, I don't want to sit there and watch the program do that. So I go to do something else on my computer. But Acrobat, and other Adobe programs continually push themselves to the foreground forcing me to wait while a task finishes. Why?

11. New Feature - Convert Doc name, email address, status in to an Excel file. These lists can be used for marketing purposes.

    Build lists of all document data that failed to convert into a signed agreement.

    This data can be used for marketing purposes. If we send out an agreement for a signature and it never came back signed, then that lead failed to convert into a new customer. If we could take that captured data and convert it into an Excel file, then we could re-target and continue to market those leads from that list.

12. Text edits corrupted after saving.

    I've spent most of a week adding text to this pdf and saving it to my hard drive. Today when I opened it, all of the additions were corrupted or missing! Unless there is a trick to recovering this document, I've lost a week of work!!

    The information is sensitive so it is not possible to attach the file.

    Please provide a simple user web site option which explains the differences between the multiple product you provide. I needed Adobe DC but was unaware that there were two version of Adobe. Your web site indicated that I needed Adobe Pro DC to complete an Adobe form sent from my bank. This has caused all sorts of issues as when I discovered that Adobe DC was the product I needed, not a simple task, the process of cancelling the erroneous subscription generated a chat session which I thoughT I had completed and fully cancelled the trail subscription. I also received numerous emails saying my chat was still open. All very annoying and time consuming. I shall be taking this issue up with my bank as they were unable to communicate that all I needed to do was to down load the Adobe DC version.

    Also the messages you display when you try update your version of adobe do not make it clear that there are two separate versions. I was told I needed a particular version of Adobe but I already had the current version.

14. Accessibility Checker to check at WCAG in line with PAC3 App checker

    We are continually getting issues with compliance and the Adobe PDF Checker is not being stringent enough. We have created PDFs that are given a clear bill of health using the Adobe checker but our web team use the PAC3 app to verify and they fail on many levels. We would like Adobe to improve the checker to a similar standard so it then complies with legislation for public service bodies in the United Kingdom. Also, as we use Macs most other checkers are PC only so a level playing field would be immensely helpful. Thanks.

    If I receive a protected document, I want to pw the doc if it contains sensitive info, or change the pw to our standard, but cannot due to existing permission pw.

19. Improve your subscription pricing, trial and cancellation policy for individuals

    Please consider updating the pricing, trial and cancellation policy for your product subscriptions. Your monthly subscription fees are way too expensive for individual customers, with one exception - your photography plan. Your photography plan is a great value. Why can't your other plans be like that?

    Also, who can remember to cancel within 7 days? When you start charging monthly fees for a yearly plan so quickly, and then charge a ridiculous amount (50%!) for your cancellation fee, it makes me feel like you couldn't care less about your customers - you just want to make a buck. Is that really how you want to be perceived? Why can't you just let your customers' trials lapse, and then send marketing offers to get them to sign up?
