   Different color option is available by using the color picker to change the color of the Pen.
   The color picker is available in the tool bar. Please try that and let us know if that works for you.

2. Activate advanced features in OpenType fonts

   I bought a font that resembles real handwriting, and in order to activate the alternate characters (i.e. type 444 and each 4 looks slightly different), it requires advanced OpenType font settings. MS Word has this, but Adobe Acrobat does not. I believe Indesign does. It would be helpful to have this feature in Acrobat Pro.

5. Bug Report: Organize does not show image

   If I am working for several hours in acrobat dc, the organize feature will show only blank pages... no content. I have to close the program and restart it to view the images. It will work for about 20-30 minutes and then do the same thing. UGH.

   Sorry for such a delayed response on this and for the trouble you were going through.
   I tried using the tool with several files and could not see the issue.
   Can you please try upgrading your Acrobat to the latest version and see if that resolves the issue for you.

   If not, can you please share the file(s) where this happens.
   This would help us in investigating the issue faster.

6. Hyperlink to first occurrence of a range name

   I have created a PDF file from an Excel Workbook. Each tab in the workbook has a range name that is in the "rows to repeat at top". I have a table of contents that hyperlinks to each of these range names in each worksheet. When the PDF is created, sometimes a worksheet will become 2 pages. The hyperlink shows at the top of both pages (because it is in the "rows to repeat at top"). When I click on the hyperlink in my table of contents, it always goes to the range name in the second page rather than the first. Is there any way around this? I have attached example files

8. Arabic script with Fill & Sign

   This topic has been discussed before, but I want to share one thing the team might find useful.

   Now we tell all Acrobat users that Adobe Fill and Sign doesn't support Arabic. But when you look at it, we are able to type Arabic very well on Desktop machines and mobile devices.

   On a Mac for instance, as an Adobe CC subscriber, I have to choose English in Preferences for my Acrobat language in order to show [ Fill & Sign, Send and Track, and Send for Signature ] features in Tools workspace. If I go and change Acrobat language to Arabic, or English with Arabic Support above three features will not be displayed any longer.    I cannot test Arabic with Adobe Fill and Sign with Acrobat Language changed to Arabic in Preferences to see if it handles Arabic fully. I bet Acrobat team can do this for us.

   To shed light on this issue… as long as I'm within the Fill & Sign environment, I'm able to type and view Arabic that I typed as expected, it is once I leave Fill &Sign environment that Arabic words get fragmented and all characters get disjointed. So could this be to the fact that we must change the Language of Acrobat itself to Arabic so that Fill & Sign to function well? This I cannot verify and test due to he reason I mentioned above that some features will disappear from Acrobat upon selecting Arabic for language.

   This topic has been discussed before, but I want to share one thing the team might find useful.

9. Tab order feature

   The field view is entirely too small to manually edit tab order. This should either be a separate pane or perhaps a pop-out window. I easily have over 100 fields on one page and it's impossible to order them as I need to (by column, within a section or rows of fields). Default tab ordering structures (By Row, By Column) are not useful here. Need more flexibility to set tab order manually.

10. PDF Thumbnails in PDF Portfolio : Portfolio/ View / Layout

    In Acrobat Pro DC 2015 Classic & Acrobat Pro 2017 the PDF icons on the left are quite large in Portfolio / View /Layout . It would be great if PDF Thumbnails could be enabled like in Windows explorer by checking the preference in General . I realise not all file thumbnails for all types of files could easily be created ( example Excel , Word )etc ..but we combine a lot of PDF secured files into a Portfolio & the thumbnail PDF view would really be a great feature in Portfolio/View / Layout

12. Precise placement of objects in Prepare Form and Edit Form

    I would like to see a "transform" capability similar to InDesign, with a panel or set of boxes in which the actual pixel X & Y coordinates, as well as the dimensions of an object, can be precisely set. Currently, the resolution on this type of placement appears to be set at 2 points, and I would like to be able to fine-tune that to pixels or 10,000ths of an inch as I can in InDesign. That's the basic idea, but read on for rationale.
    I work mainly in InDesign to create pdf forms that I then take into Acrobat Pro to make "fillable" (Prepare Form). Often, after I have submitted a form for approval of my superiors, they come up with edits they would like to see. Many times, these edits are additions that need to be inserted precisely into the form to prevent having to recreate the form and then go through the process of making the form fillable again. Frequently, I create a text box or button, only to find I cannot move it to precisely the location required to avoid overlapping text or an object already extant in the form, i.e., the form already is "crowded," but the ability to precisely locate the new object would be acceptable in the eyes of my employer—crowded or not.
    This also comes up when I need to align a newly created line that spans the page as an "underline" for two or more text boxes. In this instance, I need the line to extend beyond the text boxes as a place to indicate a fillable text field, so the underline function of the font will not suffice. The text boxes and the line, itself, will only get too close to, or else too far apart from, each other.
    There are other instances where this would be a wonderful feature to have, but basically, I'm spoiled to the fine-tuning that InDesign allows, and would appreciate that one feature be incorporated into Acrobat Pro.

13. Snapshot of PDF page for export to JPG has bugs

    If you open those files in Acrobat, and use the snapshot feature, then "control-a" to select everything, you will see differences in each one. In each case, on the right side, the app selects more than it should be selecting. For example, the sample with inset and color has a small band of white on the right side that is included in the selection that should not be. This was a bug in Acrobat 9. I was hoping to find this problem fixed in this version, but it is not. I only discovered this recently, because I started adding background color to my pages that I was exporting to acrobat from Indesign, and when I exported them, I noticed the uncolored band on the right. It is not a problem with the margins (all .25 in), and the gutter is zero. These are single page exports from Indesign, not facing pages. I suppose the problem could have its origins in some bug in Indesign.

14. Does acrobat have access to my computer?

    Whenever I use acrobat, my mouse seems driven by commads - not mine - to do things in acraobat. Things like scrolling, moving mouse, opening other windows in acrobat. Is it a ghost or is it Adobe?

15. Customize Adobe Sign Emails

    We would like to be able to send more customized emails to our customers instead of the template Adobe Sign Email. Such as, instead of an automatic email being send out that reads "your agreement has been cancelled" we would like to edit this email to read "your agreement has been rejected".

    Once someone enters a global signature block in Adobe Sign under Email Settings you need to make sure to not smash all the words together. If someone puts a new line in the signature block preserve that structure, such as:

18. Adobe Sign Cannot Send Docs 8/18/17

    Adobe Sign is not working 8/18/17 for sending any documents. We have tried sending from multiple accounts and a variety of different documents. We have tried using the workflows and just the Send button. It gives back this message: Adobe Sign was unable to create your agreement because the document could not be thumbnailed. Please let me know you need more information.

20. Latest updated version Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2017.012.20095 problem

    The latest version is taking too much time while saving the file. Sometime the latest version gets corrupted after saving. We fill that the older version was better.
