  2. User's Usage Statistic Report

    I would like to suggest that in Adobe admin console, we can generate the statistic report of user's usage. This is to identify the user's activity usage to optimize the license used by users.

  3. Kommentare in Adobe Acrobat automatisch speichern

    Früher konnte man einfach einen Kommentar einfügen (rechte Maustaste am entsprechenden Ort), etwas hineinschreiben und zum nächsten Kommentar gehen. Auch wenn verschiedene Kommentare offen waren, konnte man ohne Probleme die Kommentare ergänzen.
    Heute muss man jedes Mal bestätigen ("beitragen"). Das ist extrem mühsam und behindert den Workflow. Erstellen Sie bitte die Funktion, dass Kommentare wieder automatisch gespeichert werden. (Man könnte sonst die Option mit dem Beitragen optional machen.)

  4. Web Form Recovery by Admin After User Is Deactivated

    This is for Adobe Sign for Government Platform. When a user is offboarded, webforms cannot currently be recovered by administrators and reassigned to another owner.
    This is needed to ensure web forms can be managed by someone.

  7. GET RID OF THE BOOKMARKS BAR!!! EVERYONE HATES IT!

    Legitimately everyone who has ever posted on this forum about this feature hates it. GET RID OF IT ALREADY! Nobody wants or needs the bookmarks tab to open by default. It is the most irritating thing on the planet!

  9. AI assistant

    AI assistant doesn't recognize loaded languages. I got a scanned pdf from China, the AI couldn't process the file. I had to upload to google translate to read the file.

    Also, regular scan and ORC didn't work... but the freeware from google works.

  10. We noticed that there is a bug in the modern send experience. When your browser theme is "Dark" the fields shown to the left in the "preview

    Dark theme makes the advanced search keyword field text invisible (white font on white background) ! It has been like this since the dark theme was introduced. How come has this bug never been detected and fixed ?

  11. Signatures load too slow upon opening PDF (20 signature pages)

    When opening a large pdf, 130 pages or 4 MB, and it has 20 pages worth of signatures, the pdf takes a long time to open, not because of the size of the file, but because of the signatures. Not sure how it processes them, but the delay is significant. Is there a way to load all the signatures quicker ?

  12. HIDE BOOKMARKS PANE PERMANENTLY!

    Please make an option in the preferences to be able to hide the Bookmarks pane permanently for all files that open in Adobe. It is not user friendly for that pane to open and having to close it for every single document I open. When I Googled a fix for this issue I've seen MANY complaints about this issue, some going back to 2022! This feature of the pane opening every single time when not needed, honestly makes me hate having to use Adobe.

    Please fix this ASAP!!! Thank you!!

  14. can't rename portfolio components

    There's no way for me to edit the name (or the description) of a portfolio option. There's no Edit Value option in the right-click menu, and the fields aren't editable when I click view information. From what I can tell, this has been an issue for months.

  17. Default Page Thumbnail Size

    I am coming from Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 and started using Adobe Acrobat Pro Continuous Release (latest and greatest?). My only real complaint is that Pro 2017 would keep the last thumbnail size and panel width when opening new documents. Our office uses Adobe to extract documents using the page thumbnail feature, and now we will have hundreds of employees having to readjust the thumbnail size/panel width for every new document.   18. back button

    This is a simple idea. I read a lot of scientific papers in PDF format. The text often includes links to references (other papers) and figures within the paper. I'd like a back button so that when I click on a link and go to a figure, say, I can use the back button to return to the point in the text from which I jumped.
