1. Adobe Acrobat Should remember your "page display" settings.

   I have to navigate to "View", "Page Display" and click on "Enable Scrolling" every time I open or reopen a document because Adobe Acrobat does not recall my previous navigation/view settings.

   This is such a simple user experience feature I would have expected to be sorted out in one of the early versions.

2. Need access to 3 devices, not only 2

   I have a work computer, home computer and laptop computer that I use constantly, interchangably. I have to log out of one computer with Adobe to be able to just view a .pdf on another. It is so annoying that I am looking for a different .pdf viewer just so I don't have to deal with it. MANY people have 3 devices and with OneDrive work seamlessly. Adobe, PLEASE allow your subscribers to have 3 devices or figure out another way to not require us to log out of one computer to access a file on another.

3. Can't save file

   When I review a downloaded file or make changes to a document and go to save the file I get a blank "Save as PDF" window that never completes loading. If I use [ctrl][s] to save the file I get a message that I don't have write privileges for the document. The program worked fine until yesterday.

4. Export Metadata

   Hi all,
   We've tried to add a few metadatas to my PDF file through Indesign (1), such as the title or the author.
   Title works fine, but author does not: to add a second author, I use "," which are converted into ";" right away (2). But when I want to extract pages from the file, all the infos after the first ";" are deleted (3).
   Is there a way to correct this ?

5. Acessibility checker manual pass reverts to needs manual check when pdf is reopened

   When you manually check something like navigation links and click pass manually in the accessibility checker, it reverts back to needs manual check when you reopen the saved pdf. What is the point of allowing a manual check if you can't make it stick in the checker report?

6. Disable "Tools Pane" & "Task Pane" on right by default & give option to enable/disable

   Please turn off the annoying 'Tools Pane' & 'Task Pane,' on the right-side of the screen by default. In addition, it would be very much appreciated, if the user was given ONE, easy step/setting to enable/disable them. While I can go up to View -> Show/Hide and uncheck the Tools Pane, it only hides part of the annoying panes on the right since it's little annoying sidekick the "Task Pane" remains open. I have to hit the little arrow to hide that as well, but even then it still doesn't collapse 100% so it still takes up a little bit of room. I can't imagine that many people use those annoying panes, that just get in the way. If people want to access shortcuts then that's where the toolbars come in. Why eat up space on both the right-side & the top of the screen...then you are invading the user's ability to work from two different sides. Put everything up top, and leave it at that. While I've historically liked Adobe's products, I just feel like more recently Adobe is trying to do too much and doesn't listen to its users for common-sense things like this.

7. Stop annoying Quick Actions popup editor in Adobe Acrobat

   Please please please allow turning OFF that annoying editing popup that appears constantly in the way of my editing. It is unnecessary and time consuming to deal with. A BAD idea—get rid of it.

8. Remove e-signature ad in tool menu

   Why is there an ad for e-signatures in the tool menu. It's embarrassing that I'm being advertised to in a $200/year program. It is also breaking the UI by forcing a scroll bar in the tool menu when there was none before the ad.

10. PDFMaker is broken within Microsoft Word for MAC on Apple M1

    The PDFMaker ribbon for Microsoft Word for Mac (version 16.49) is broken on Apple M1 with the current latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version 2021.001.20155

    The PDFMaker ribbon is installed, the icon visible is greyed out and is missing the export PDF button and the preferences button.

11. Printing preferences reset to Letter after Acrobat updates

    The default printing preferences are Letter even though my Windows regional settings are not US. Should be A4.

    I change the default from Windows Settings>Devices>Printers & scanners>Adobe PDF>Manage>Printing preferences>Adobe PDF Page Size but it resets every time Acrobat updates!

    Please fix both these issues.

12. Tolling transactions

    Please provide a way to keep count of the number of Transactions done. As of right now, we have to actually go through and count every single one of my completed agreements/transactions to find out how many I have so far; as to not exceed my 150 transaction limit.

13. Assign shortcut keys to all menus and options

    Not only is the DC interface confusing and more time-consuming to use than the old one, but it does not comply with Section 508 of the Americans With Disability Act, which requires that the federal government, in its software procurement process, consider accessibility. Adobe Acrobat does not take into account the needs of users who rely on voice recognition software to accomplish actions that fully abled users accomplish with the mouse. When using voice recognition software, it is quick and easy to dictate a shortcut key or sequence of shortcut keys, but extremely slow, cumbersome and error-prone to get the software to click on a particular location. In the older version of Adobe Acrobat, most of what I did could be accomplished by dictating shortcut keys. In the new version, very few commands can be accomplished with keyboard shortcuts (or even with a series of them, as in Microsoft applications). As a result, I do almost nothing in Acrobat with my voice recognition software. Using the current version exacerbates the repetitive stress injury that I rely on voice recognition software to minimize. 16. Tool to copy formatting from one phrase to another in Acrobat Pro DC

    For example, if we type in text in the pdf using the "Add Text" tool which uses a text box in which you can type.
    Now lets say this text box is quite big and you have typed a lot of stuff into it at different times.
    Suppose you want the formatting of the last paragraph to match the formatting of the first paragraph out of a total of 8 paragraphs (all paragraphs are in the same box).
    Now instead of matching the two paragraphs in formatting by manually selecting Text font, Text size, Bold, Italics, Text colour, Line spacing etc, you would want to use a tool which directly allows you to copy formatting from the first paragraph and paste it to the last (copying formatting from one phrase and pasting it to another phrase in the same text box or lets say in some other text box as well).
    Just like we use in Microsoft Word. Acrobat Pro DC doesn't currently have this tool. I would like to request the developers to add this tool since its a very basic much needed feature.

18. Align a single object on the page

    Ability to align a single object to the left, center, right, top, bottom, middle of page. Currently, we are only able to align multiple objects in relation to each other. I just want to align an image or a text box to the center of the page, but for some reason that is not an option! This is a very basic function of every single editing program I have ever used. Why can we not do this in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC???

    To be clear: I want to align a text box on a page. NOT the text inside of the box. I want to put the whole text box precisely in the middle of the page. I don't want to drag it to an approximate location, nor do I want to have to use the ruler to try to align it perfectly. Simple, simple function. I shouldn't even have to request this. It's common sense.

19. Horizontal scrolling would be great so the document can read like a book rather than always vertically.

    I think it would be good to have a horizontal page feature not always just vertical scrolling for set up of brochures etc.

20. Adobe Sign

    Hi!
    We recently switched from HelloSign to Adobe Sign. Adobe sign currently takes our team three times as long as Hellosign did. One of the biggest frustrations is if we noticed we missed an email address, we have to start completely over. Could you PLEASE make it so we can go back to the original page to make changes rather than starting completely over? In addition, is it possible to change the default to be not signing in order and we can change if needed? And lastly, is it possible to change the setting so if a password is entered incorrectly the entire document does not get deleted? It is very frustrating to have 10 people sign a document only to have it deleted when the 11th person enters the incorrect password three times. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
