  2. Adobe Acrobat DC - Program Not Responding. Every time I open the program it crashes. It is completely unusable

  3. twice received virus with adobe

    twice I received an offer from Adobe in the last 4 days to download their software followed immediately by a warning that a severe virus had infected my computer. it's a trojan of some kind.

  4. Automatic bookmark building

    There should be a feature when editing PDFs to build bookmarks from headings/text format.

    Hi,

    Greetings!

    You can directly create bookmarks by selecting the text and pressing ctlr/cmd+b.
    The bookmark will be created with required heading or text.

  6. Extremely slow printing after updating Acrobat Pro DC

    After the latest Acrobat Pro DC update, I click on the printer icon and it takes 5-6 seconds before the application begins bringing up the print dialog. Then I click the print button on the print dialog and it takes 15-19 seconds before the document actually begins printing on my HP LaserJet color printer. This is immensely longer than printing took before the update. On the initial click of the printer icon, the title bar actually says "not responding."

  7. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription expried

    My company has a license for Adobe Acrobat for its employee's. My account has a problem where it will tell me the subscription for my Adobe Acrobat service has expired. This does not happen to any of the other accounts on our company's license yet it has happened on my account for the 4th time now. My IT person has contacted Adobe to fix the problem but it has yet to be resolved. Have other people had this problem and is there an easy solution?   8. Updated Email???

    I updated my new e-mail and it's still emailing my old e-mail every time I send out a document for signature. It also isn't showing my documents in my sent folder. Does it take time for the app to register? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall?

  10. editing pdf and question mark boxes

    I have been editing a PDF without problem, and now all of the sudden, I have a question mark in a box, littered throughout my PDF. It seems to occur over the letter T. It also won't let me into the text box to edit any more.

    Working on a large project with a tight deadline, with hours in the project already..

  11. When I go to change/update/remove headers, pages disappear

    Running Mac 10.11.6 and Acrobat Pro and when I go to change or update or remove the headers, I lose random pages within my document. I've tried updating the headers, removing the headers and adding headers and it nothing works. HELP.

  13. Bug Report - Acrobat DC opens, but nothing shows.

    When opening Acrobat DC on Mac OS (High Sierra 10.13.3) the icon 'bounces' in the dock, shows that it's open, then is unusable. If I click the icon in the dock, nothing happens. If I control-click, and select 'Show All Windows', a blue halo appears where an application screen should be, but there's nothing there. When selecting a PDF to open, if Acrobat is 'open' nothing happens. If it is not, it goes through the normal startup with the bouncing icon in the dock, then nothing happens.   14. Adobe acrobat no usable any more... Sorry!!

    Your program hangs and struggle all the times when it opens a document. It take a time to open a document at the point it is making it unusable.

    It is not a great deal to open a pdf file, why Acrobat reader take a lot of time to open a file?

  17. Adobe PDF Pack Image export Quality

    The Export PDF via Adobe Clouds PDF Pack uses a slider to select the Image quality when converting an Image to PNG, JPG, or TIFF. However, regardless of the setting, it outputs a low quality 792X1024 image. Whereas, Adobe Acrobat Pro can output 5100X6600 PNGs.

    If due to subscription, the PDF pack is not able to output different quality Images, there should not be a setting for quality and it should be noted in the subscriptions comparison table.

  18. Need to click two screens to close one document

    I use Acrobat Standard DC v.2015.006.30417
    Each time I close a document, I get another screen which I then need to click on to close my document. I've seen, online, comments regarding a box, in General Preferences, that can be checked to eliminate this feature, but my version does not have the box.
    What can I do to stop this very annoying activity?

  19. please allow when you convert "type" files from multiple folders they remain in the same folders... I have a major snafu all my conversions

    include a feature when converting files they remain in the same folder / directory to avoid major file displacements...

    Please try creating from File > Create > Create Multiple PDF files
    Add the files that you want and as you press OK, click on “The Same folder selected at the start” when asked for target folder.

    Please share the version of acrobat you are using. You can do so using the link -helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product..

    And also share the test PDF file using forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7161 for us to investigate further.
