  4. The little palette described in the title just appears in fairly random positions below whatever I've just highlighted. It's very often in the way, as I'm working my way down a list. In the case of the attached image, I'm working my way down a bank statement & the palette is covering up the next number (in the grey horontal bar). I can click away to clear it but that is quite lterally doubling the amount of work I have to do. I personally don't need it there at all but I can see how it might be useful to…

  6. I would like to request that future versions of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader include full support for modern emoji rendering within PDF documents.

Currently, emojis are often displayed as blank or black boxes, depending on the system fonts and the specific emoji used. This creates readability issues, especially in documents that rely on visual icons for clarity and accessibility.

Improved emoji support would greatly benefit users who create visually structured PDFs, such as guides, educational materials, and quick-reference documents. It would also ensure consistency across platforms and align with the growing role of emojis in modern communication.

    Thank you…

  9. In Adobe Acrobat DC Comments, the Lock icon adds unnecessary space to the already inefficient spacing (even without the lock, for some reason a lot of extra spacing was added). Is there a way to compress the spacing and/or remove the lock icon, which was never shown in previous versions of Acrobat? If not, the result of our company switching to acrobat DC is a reduction in productivity.

  10. Hi,
On Windows, suppose if i have 4 tabs open on Acrobat Pro DC, when i navigate my arrow on the Acrobat icon on the task bar, it shows 4 different windows preview of the tabs open. This looks really messy when lots of tabs are open. This also prevents me from doing one click to minimise and one click to maximise window because when i click on the acrobat icon on task bar it shows me preview window of tab and i have to click again.

On Chrome or firefox, even if i have 50 tabs open, when i…

  11. The website is not accepting my vote on another idea (although I am logged in), so I'm adding more ideas.
    Multiple issues:
    1. The new icon-based styles for editing or commenting are completely nonintuitive; other than printing/saving/zooming/scrolling from the other toolbars, I don't know what any of the buttons mean.
    2. Please move some buttons from editing to commenting or vice versa, or combine their toolbars, or rename their bars. It is ridiculously hard to figure out how to add a rectangular shape in the new Acrobat Pro. It was easy in my last version of Acrobat Pro
    3. Please…

  12. If I change the order in the tags panel, this updated order isn't reflected in the reading order panel.

When I test with a screen reader, the screen reader reads the order that is in the tags panel.

Ideally, they would show the same order. That way, it's easier to fix in the reading order panel.

    Duplicate:
    1. Get reading order panel and tags panel to match order
    2. Change one thing in the tags panel
    3. Open order panel - the order here didn't change
    4. Open a screen reader and it does the order from the tags…

  13. I'm working on a confidential PDF document, locally on my encrypted drive, and accidentally clicked on the "link" icon which immediately began sharing the document to the cloud. There is no cancel button. There is no way to stop it. My only recourse is to wait until the file finished uploading to cloud storage, and then manually delete it. This is a serious privacy violation.

First, uploading a local file to cloud storage should be simple, but not so simple as inadvertenly clicking an unlabled icon in the toolbar.

I know you're seriously pushing people to use your cloud storage,…

  16. RESIZING A PAGE or pages in a pdf and SAVING the pdf should be EASY. However, it is currently very complicated and requires going into Preflight (not easy for a lay person) and clicking thru non-self evident icons and menus in order to change the page size (found after much googling!). There is a way to change page size when printing but sometimes I need to resize pages and save the pdf to either be shared with someone or to be printed at a later date, not right then and there. PLEASE MAKE THIS EASIER SO THAT LAY USERS CAN…

  17. After having automatically updated Acrobat Pro (64 bits) to version 2025.001.21223, all our computers have started to have the same issue: when the pages of some documents (with large scanned pictures inside them) are viewed in "iconised" mode, some of the icons take a long time to be fully shown and consume all the memory, blocking the computer.

All our PCs are fully updated to the latest Windows 11 24H2 version, with at least 16 GB of RAM.

I have installed a fresh copy of the Acrobat Pro, without changing any parameters in a new computer, and the problem appears…

  18. Use 'Open' to add an Enfocus PitStop toolset. It appears in the right-side ribbon with the 'Active' icon. Click on this icon => it changes into a black square.
When using 'Add' to add the same toolset, it appears using the 'Inactive' icon, clicking it makes it Active but it is not showing the 'Active' icon.

  19. The Reader DC icon on my Mac changed to this and now the "Fill & Sign" feature constantly crashes. This happened after the last DC update which shows this:
    Architecture: x86_64
    Build: 19.21.20047.353337
    AGM: 4.30.91
    CoolType: 5.14.5
    JP2K: 1.2.2.44610

See the attached file for the icon that appears.

Do you think the two items (strange icon and constant crashing) could be related? I have to use the Adobe Uninstaller to remove DC to clean it out completely, then reinstall DC. It will work for one or two documents, then returns to continuous crashing, whereupon I have to uninstall and reinstall.…

  20. If you are searching for a method to migrate Gmail Email to an IMAP Account, you can use Emailprohelp Gmail Email Backup Tool. It's also great if you want to move your Gmail emails to other services like Office 365, Yahoo Mail, or iCloud. You can move lots of emails at once, and it handles all your attachments too. It exports Gmail data in file formats such as PST, PDF, CSV, ICS, MBOX, JPG, etc. Additionally, it includes several features like a date mail filter and skipping duplicate emails. It works on all versions of Windows OS.
