  1. With the latest update, not all PDF files are displayed correctly.
    Problem occurs with me and our end customers under Windows.
    The fonts are no longer displayed correctly in terms of character spacing and font size.
    The same PDF files worked before the update and continue to work in other programs for displaying a PDF.
    The EDocPrintPro PDF printer is used in my case, but I cannot rule out that other PDF printers are affected.

  2. The quick tool icons were changed after Acrobat X during the overhaul of Acrobat's UI to DC and beyond. One of them was to make the tools in the quick access all GRAY, and eliminate their COLOR unil the pointer hovers over it.

  4. The latest page layout is so confusing. Why did you do this to us?! It's one thing to update looks and add/subtract features. But you swapped sides. Now all editing tools are on the left and navigation (bookmarks etc.) are on the right. Why do this? That just slows us down and confuses us when we are used to it being editing on the right and navigation on the left. There doesn't seem to be a purpose in swapping them except to torment us.   5. Adobe Sign templates should be replaceable. There's currently no way to upload a new PDF file and replace an existing template. The only recourse is to delete the previous template, upload the revised PDF form as a new template, and then track down all of your workflows and web forms that utilize that template and update them. This defeats the main purpose of a template, which is to allow you to update a form in one place and expect that update to appear everywhere the template is used.

  6. You used to have access to Creative Cloud files when logging in with Adobe ID on Acrobat or Reader (on PC or iPhone). A recent update removed this function. Please bring this back! We like to collaborate and edit/view files from Creative Cloud whether on a mobile device or desktop. Creative Cloud needs to be a "storage account" again.

  7. When trying to open a second pdf in an new tab, Acrobat DC crashes after some seconds of freeze.

    I found the reason for this in the latest two Win 10 cumulative updates of 08 and 09/2020. Skipping the update in August and hoping, that the update in September works better didn't help. Deinstalling these updates solves the problem.

    Some other applications are affected as well (like the launcher from EA/Origin or the Samsung Magician).

  9. The latest update to Adobe is terrible. Please revert back to support the old version

    Everything takes way longer and functions are now hidden within other functions

    also why did you swap the side that the tools are on? it makes no sense.

  11. Please make the updater of Adobe Acrobat visible when it runs. Yesterday, I already begun to look for malware on my MacBook until I realized that it was simply the Acrobat Updater downloading and installing the newest update silently and invisibly in the background. Thank you.

    Thanks for writing your concerns to Adobe. We try to apply updates in background so that it is less intrusive to users .
    We will try to improve based on your inputs.

  12. After the October 2018 release update, if the PDF is opened with the output preview displayed, the display is frequently lost. This has not yet been resolved in update 2019.021.20056. Therefore, PDF checking in prepress is the reason why you should use 2017 instead of DC. I think that it was a problem that can be corrected because it was displayed normally before.

  13. Small icons on comments (could be hidden until mouseover) to quickly set a comment's Status with a left-click. Could be 4 icons (preferable), or one icon that toggles between Status type.

  14. I have reverted to the original for now, but if forced to permanently switch to the new look, I will stop paying for it. Not sure how rearranging everything and hiding some tools is supposed to make thing more efficient. I don't think I have ever witnessed such a terrible "update" to any program ever. My idea is to fire whoever's idea it was to do the redesign.

  16. I'd like to give feedback on how clunky the new layout/design of Adobe DC is. I really strongly dislike the zoom icons being down in the bottom right corner of screen. Why can't they be next to the save icon?
    Also, the tools menu should be put back on the right side of screen where the other tools are, to save us from having to flick between menus on both the left and right of screen.

  17. Acrobat DC's Save As dialogue is horrible. Why does this product need to differentiate from a typical Save As--even from the rest of Adobe's products? I want to immediately be able to choose Desktop or Documents or whatever, and not have to click an additional "Choose a Different Folder..." button, just because my save location does not appear in the recent short list.

  18. The Preflight tool window will appear on all virtual desktops instead of just the one it was opened in or manually set to. This is not standard behavior for any Windows application and disregards the user's intent. All individual components of Adobe Acrobat should respect the standard behavior of appearing on a single virtual desktop and being able to be moved between them by the user.

  19. The PDFMaker ribbon for Microsoft Word for Mac (version 16.49) is broken on Apple M1 with the current latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version 2021.001.20155

    The PDFMaker ribbon is installed, the icon visible is greyed out and is missing the export PDF button and the preferences button.

  20. For some reason, after many years of working with Acrobat Pro, they removed the photo snap shot option. This was extremely valuable when you just want a section copied and pasted in to a Word document. Now, there is no way of doing it. I now use the Windows SnipIt to get what I want. The other way is to export the page, crop it, then save it. I purchase the full Adobe suite at several hundred dollars a month and this is a good deal breaker.
