  2. We used to see a blue banner in Acrobat Pro which contained the Microsoft AIP setting for the document (when applied). Now we see only the lock icon in the upper left. I have confirmed the registry setting per the attached instructions is in place. Has this banner display been removed from Acrobat Pro?

  3. Please make the Adobe Acrobat Pro Interface 100% customizable: With that I mean that the user should decide if an icon should be in the interface at all and where its position should be. I would be very happy if you could manage to implement this. One example for such a software is the browser vivaldi which lets the user decide about nearly everything about the browser layout etc. Thank you.

  4. SysInfo ICS File Converter is an easy-to-use tool that helps you convert .ics calendar files into different formats. You can save your calendar data as Outlook PST, Excel, Google CSV, Word, Image, or other document formats. It can convert multiple calendar files at the same time. Additionally, it also migrates ICS to Office 365, Gmail, and Google Workspace with attachments. Using this utility, you can remove duplicates and apply a date range filter for selective conversion.

  5. Using VSCO's search feature is straightforward, offering three primary methods: looking for users, images, and Journals. Furthermore, you can easily browse VSCO through the web to experience a bigger interface or when you don't have your mobile device. Both the website and the app have a magnifying glass icon in the top left-hand corner to search functionality.

  6. I am very frustrated that the ability to organize/remove/add pages from the desktop app was removed int he most recent version. When clicking the help/tutorials, it only gives me instructions for the online version. However, there is an organize pages icon which pulls up a list of pages. When I attempt to delete a page, it doesn't delete. I'm also not seeing a way to add additional pages.

Please try it out and let us know your feedback.

Thanks for your patience and support!

  9. The PDF splitting function by Top Level Bookmarked name is largely to main reason we have Acrobat Pro, however annoyingly the splitting fails if you have the same Bookmark name more then once (see image for error message), as understandably it can't save two pdf's with the same file name.

It would be a handy feature if Acrobat Pro could instead of aborting the split request halfway through, it instead adds a consecutive number at the end of the duplicated file name (for example 'Jo Blogs.pdf' / 'Jo Blogs_1.pdf').

  10. Getting the droplets to work is hit and miss after updating to Ventura 13.5.2. Create droplet. Open droplet with control key down, get the error message and cancel, open a second time and then run, save as a different name. Ignore this renamed file which will have a changed icon and open the original one. Don't save this droplet or it will stop working. If it stops working open as before save a copy and droplet should work again.

  11. The tool bars do display all the items that can be used for the various function. For example, one day I can add text and circle items in the fill and sign. these ribbons should be pinned. we should be able to select what tools we need on these bars. when we hover over the icon the name of the tool should appear. just idea to improve usability.

  12. When I click the comment icon pointing to the spot on the pdf and look in the right hand comments column to see what the comment is, it is impossible to see what item is the one I just clicked on. There is a very faint grey background that is very hard to see. Can you make it more obvious which comment is the one I clicked on?

  13. There should be a setting when creating a form in Acrobat Pro such that when a user opens it in Acrobat Reader and they click on the comment icon, that the comment list pane on the right side of the document does not automatically open up. This is confusing for some users. They should be able to open it up manually, but it should be possible to set it to not auto-open that pane.

  14. I had a hard time describing this problem (or feature change), so I hope this makes sense. In previous versions of Acrobat Pro, clicking the email icon would open a new email window with the attachment -- and stay there. Now, it opens a new email window and immediately jumps back to Acrobat. How annoying! Why should I have to click back to email, when I just told Acrobat I wanted to attach to email?

  15. When a File is Optimized, the next thing to do is save it.
However the save operation is cumbersome and since the file in question being optimized is already a combination of other files and additional duplication not needed, the original file name and location is the desired saved to. Yet, Adobe ask for a new location and new file name for some strange reason. And while it is possible to select the original location and file to over write, that process is cumbersome.
Replacing the original seems like the default choice.

  17. If you searching for an easy method to migrate Gmail to iCloud Mail, you can use the EmailProHelp Gmail Email Backup Tool. This solution exports Gmail data into a wide range of formats including PST, PDF, CSV, ICS, MBOX, and JPG. It supports migration from Gmail to Office 365, IMAP, iCloud, Yahoo Mail, Yandex Mail, and other email clients. The tool efficiently performs bulk mailbox migration with attachments and includes handy features such as date-based mail filtering and skipping duplicates. It works on every version of Windows OS.

  18. I can only access Adobe Reader (downloaded TODAY) by right clicking on the desktop icon and choosing to open it as an administrator.

If I double click on an actual pdf document, nothing happens, and I can only see it by opening Reader as an administrator and using the "open" function within Adobe.

I searched online for a fix (you had one available previously) but could not find it.

You need to post - or otherwise communicate - how to fix this issue.

Needless to say, I am disappointed.

  19. This new update has taken away the option to be able to extract and email a single PDF from multiple pages. Now you have to save the individual page before it can be emailed.
Previously I was able to extract a page from a document (multiple pages) that has already been saved on my drive by selecting - organise pages - extract - extract - selecting email icon on the top of the page.
    PLEASE PUT THIS FEATURE BACK

  20. When I click on "sign" I do not get the sub-menu as shown in the tutorial. I see the icon (large circle with moving blue line) that typically indicates the software is "working". This never completes.

I have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat DC 19.010.20069
I checked preferences and signature is allowed.
I'm signed in to Adobe - no issues.
I don't see anything else to setup in my account to allow signatures.
