Remove e-signature ad in tool menu
Why is there an ad for e-signatures in the tool menu. It's embarrassing that I'm being advertised to in a $200/year program. It is also breaking the UI by forcing a scroll bar in the tool menu when there was none before the ad.

Tool Bar Obscures Information
The Tool Bar cannot be easily moved or hidden.
On some documents this means that information is covered by the Tool Bar and there is no way to move the document to show it.
In the attached example, the left column of the table is hidden, and there is no horizontal scroll bar to move the document across.7 votes -
Set default scale for Measure Tool
Ability to set the default scale (other than 1=1) for all future PDF docs.
AND the ability to set the scale for each individual PDF docs that will remain assigned to that PDF even if you exit Adobe Acrobat and re-open it. I'm an engineer, and work with various different scales, so it would be very beneficial for each PDF, if the user set scale would remain locked with each document, so you don't have to re-establish the scale after exiting and re-opening Adobe Acrobat.17 votes -
Continued AI prompts AFTER DISABLING AI entirely - STOP IT!!!
It is deeply problematic that Adobe keeps popping up intrusive AI panes and prompts even after AI is completely disabled in settings. I will seriously consider alternative PDF apps if you can't take a hint -- many of us DON'T WANT THIS INTRUSION OR DISRUPTION!!

BUG: cannot save file, text disappears
Third time this week. Working on an existing PDF with commenting tools, and when I go to save, I get the message that the file cannot be saved. Try to save as, as suggested, and get the message that there's a file error, then the text of the file disappears. (Spread in screenshot is two solid pages of text.)

Frustrating Experience
Was there a reason for putting everything along all three sides and making it difficult to find the "settings" option? At least when everything was along the top and tools on one side, it was easy to use and I could find everything I needed quickly. This new format is frustrating.

Customize Shortcuts on Home Screen • I would like to be able to select or "Pin" the tools I actually use to the top of the Home Screen. Acrobat selects the tools at the top of the Home Screen, but the default choices (which change from time to time) are NOT based on my actual usage. For example, I have NEVER used "Request E-Signatures" or "Protect PDF" yet these are currently the first two options. Give us an option to set default behaviour for the side-bar. I NEVER want to see the ******** Bookmarks tool do it's own thing.
Whoever made the tools sidebar THIS convoluted to operate is ********. Yes, he is allowed to take it personal. Fire that guy. Give us a Default toggle for the sidebar tools, not this half-assed "remember state of" toggle that is buried in the corner.

No Longer Able to Keep Tool Selected
You are not able to keep a tool selected any longer. If you use it once, then it reverts back to the cursor. Stamps, highlighter, comments, all of them. This had been a feature in Acrobat since I can remember and all of a sudden they removed it. WHY? Bring it back. There are several other people on here complaining of the same thing but if they don't respond, they say the issue is resolved. It is not in any way "resolved". Please bring back asap.

Recent update has made it difficult to move between multiple screens
Since a recent ADOBE DC update (Version 18), I have been experiencing so many bugs/ issues. One (more minor than others) is that moving the Adobe window/pane between multiple screens is difficult. When trying to drag the screen over to another screen, the program flicks it back onto the original page it opened in, and will not flow over to the other screen easily or at all in some instances. Very frustrating. I have tried minimising the screen and dragging when it is smaller but that is hit and miss aswell. Please fix this.

Page Controls no longer on tool bar, now an invisible tool bar
All the features in the disappearing bottom tool bar is what I use every day. I am in Adobe a great deal of my day, I need to fit one page all the time. When I add the page controls to my tool bar, none of the page controls appear. Can you please let the page controls be on the tool bar again? These updates are slowing me down, and I don't want to start using another application, but I just might start looking around. I'm a big fan of Adobe, but sometimes....

Need to be able to drag and drop pages from the Page Thumbnails pane to email.
Need to be able to drag Page Thumbnails to email. We can drag themto the desktop then to email but its an extra step Foxit doesnt require us to do.

Measuring tool font
i would like to be able to change the font color used with the measuring tool. sometimes what i am marking up has a black or dark background and the black default font does not show up. The work around is to label on top of the measuring line font which is messy and does not look professional. Please make this enhancement, thank you.

Toolbar Issue
Allow all users to choose how they use toolbars, so they can set it up to however they work. This means allowing them to turn it on or off. If on, allow users to dock it to whatever part of the screen they want it on, top, bottom, left or right. And finally, allow them to expand the toolbar to be able to read the names OR have just the icons themselves. i use the pen from the comment tools to write notes, but it is difficult to write with it because it is not smooth, making the writing process very slow

More file/folder options for combine files tool
I've used this tool for years and have turned to 3rd party vendors for better options. Adobe should step in and revamp this tool.
For me the issue with this tool is the processing features. I cannot add multiple folders containing multiple files and output aggregate PDF's that correspond to each folder. The same is true with more complex file/folder structures where I may wish to add and combine specific sub-folders from specific directories into aggregated PDF's.
Moreover, the file naming features could benefit from an upgrade in features. I'd like to have the option of renaming a new aggregate…

Bug Report: Auto-Locked Text Comment Tool - how do you unlock the comment tool ("Locked" selection cannot be unchecked)? Please provide a concise & clear method for removed the "auto-lock" of the tools. The selection to reverse the lock is grayed out and cannot be unselected.

Video not working on Acrobat DC
Tools for Rich Media work fine for development when we add a video. It fails when we try to view the video added on Acrobat DC for Windows.
Acrobat Reader can play the video fine on both the PC and Mac
Acrobat DC Pro on the Mac version # 2021.005.20048 can create and play the video correctly.
Acrobat DC Pro on Windows can create the PDF with Rich Media tools but it can not play the video. It may crash or it may do nothing. No video can be seen. I tried it both playing in the document or in…
