Access Code or Password to open up Document at Review & Sign part of the Request for Signature in Adobe Sign
Currently even if a document is password protected, whoever receives the document to esign has complete access to the document without providing a password or access code. This defeats the purpose of protecting the document with a password when a person can just click it open when asked to review & sign. Once a person has already viewed the document (just by clicking review & sign) and signed the document, then they can download the signed document and at that point it becomes password protected to access it, which again is already too late, as the document has already been viewed without any password or access code. If the wrong email is mistakenly used to send a document that is not theirs to see, they will see that document because they just click review & sign and it opens it right up. If there was an access code given to the person who is supposed to sign, then only they would be able to review & sign once they put their access code in and the person who mistakenly receives the email, can't open it up because they don't have the access code.

Preparing files to compare
When comparing two PDFs, the application is just stuck on "Preparing files to compare…" for several minutes and does not proceed. No progress is shown on the progress bar, again even after several minutes. This is comparing two small PDFs that are only two pages each. The application appears to go unresponsive after causing the computer fans to rapidly spin up.

More Editing Tools within Adobe Acrobat DC instead of using Paint
It would be nice to be able to have access to more or better editing tools. I am constantly needing to edit data but cannot erase text or highlight with a different color without using Paint. This is highly aggravating and time consuming.

Updates auto-installing
Your software auto-updated and forced me to restart in the middle of a workflow which was a massive pain. Make it optional so I can install at the end of the day like a normal program.

Mail Merge Plugin for PDFs that works for MAC.
I have 100 attendees to a workshop who require a personalized certificate of attendance and I thought I could create an editable PDF certificate with fields that could be automatically filled using a mail merge feature linked to an excel table, or CSV or word table. Since I even have their emails on that table, I wanted to not just create a personalized certificate but also have Adbe email the certificate to each attendee. However, after seeing a google post that this MailMerge ™ plugin exists, it turns out it does not work on a Mac. I have spent that past 4 hours creating, personalizing and then emailing these certificates one by one manually. So time consuming. is there any way you could please look into creating this feature? I cannot begin to tell you how convenient this would be. Thank you.
In my case, the certificate had to include a number of "unique fields" such as the person's name, their license number, the date of completion, the name of the class and the class reference code. It would really help if you could please make this plugin or feature readily available for PDFs. Also, it would help if we could flatten the document once it is filled to prevent the user receiving it from editing its content.
I am attaching a copy of the certificate I created so you can see what fields would auto populate
If you already have a way for me to do this that I have not figured out, I would truly appreciate you contacting me and letting me know. I have MS Office installed on my Mac and use it all the time but I don't understand why we cannot do a mail merge on a ma operating system with PDF.

Hyperlinks in Adobe Sign
When creating a fillable PDF for a user to sign, having the hyperlink option functional would be incredibly helpful. Many times I am creating forms with several sections. Not every section applies to every client. The ability for the client filling out the form to move from one section that may not apply to another, while still being able to leverage the function of forms (radio buttons, free text, initialing and/or signing) would be incredibly helpful. Any hyperlinks I put into a native PDF are not usable when the form is flattened in order for the Sign portion to work. Very frustrating for the clients' use.

Expandable fields in Acrobat DC/Pro especially since users are not able to print all text content from scrollable field boxes.
Expandable fields in Acrobat DC/Pro is a necessity especially since users are not able to print all text content from scrollable field boxes. LiveCycle is transitioning out to Adobe Experience manager and this feature should be included within Acrobat DC/Pro in order to provide a smooth transition. It is a feature request that I've seen on message boards for quite a few years. Please take this into consideration.
Thank you!

Labels No Longer Works in Version 14.7
After updating to Premier Pro version 14.7 (Windows OS 10 Pro) labelling clips no longer works. Only in “Freeform View” do the label colors show, not in “List View.” Had to downgrade to version 14.5 to get labeling function to return. FYI, most editors use the labeling function to organize clips.

There is no way to just print the comments in my PDF document. I cannot print underlined or highlighted comments.
I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. There is no way to print just the comments in my PDF. If I highlight or underline something in my PDF, I cannot print just the comments. I can extract pages containing the comments, but they are not in a properly formatted form. Can you fix this issue ASAP?

Files that I personally created are being password protected randomly.
PDF files that I created are being password protected randomly. This is a major issue because i need to be able to edit/merge these files for work. I did not set up or request a password to be added so I have no idea what password it is looking for.
2 votesSorry for the inconvenience, though this sounds very strange. Can you kindly share the steps you are following to create the pdf. I am asuming it is asking for a password when you are trying to reopen it later – correct me if it is not so.
Also share the version of the software you are using as well as the version of the Operating system.
