  2. Please make commenting fonts lockable so that when you share a PDF, someone else can see your comments in a specific font. The default font (Segoe) is not great for in-depth text editing, as some characters, like curly quote marks and apostrophes, are not as easily distinguishable from their straight counterparts as they would be in serif fonts.

  3. Please make a toolbar or something that allows for a one touch colour change for Highlighting.
    Its is time consuming to have to go into properties and set as default everytime i decide to change highlight colour.
    As a student I need to be able to have a variety of colours available for highlighting in order to have organized notetaking

  4. PDF Services API currently has no option to specify the image quality when exporting a PDF to an image. The default resolution is very low quality, and not fit for purpose for enterprise scenarios.

    Acrobat itself has the option to specify image quality, and this is a critical feature for the API so that we could leverage this functionality programmatically.

  5. Using iMac running Catalina OS, latest update and Brother MFCL3770CDW. When I create a document from scanner in Acrobat, the scan command triggers the Mac scanner interface. While black & white scanning works fine, there is a consistent error message when attempting to scan in color. The message is that the color profile chosen is not supported. Since I cannot choose the color profile, I am not sure what to do about this. It is a major headache.

  6. In the new version of Acrobat Reader, when I attempt to open files I've opened previously in an older version, I receive the following error message (and the top few inches of my file is missing: "The dimensions of this page are out of range. Page content might be truncated."

    The file is a Google Analytics 4 report which I had saved to PDF in June. The same thing happens when I download a new version of the same report.

  7. Settings that resulted in change bars being present when converting a word document to a PDF - to highlight new or revised content have been changed and do not function now.

  8. Printer is showing message
    Printing - Can't open "/private/var/spool/cups/tmp/008595c4d2ad1."

    Other applications can print.

    Tried AirPrint and native mode.
    Printer is Epson WF-7520 Series.

  10. It takes time for Acrobat or Reader to log into an Adobe User ID. This only occurs when either program is started. When I'm done with a document, I now close it using Ctrl-W; this leaves the program running and avoids the lag required for login. Would be nice if this was the default when closing a document.

  11. After inputting my credentials into Microsoft Login to connect to Adobe Acrobat. I receive an error message saying it cannot connect.

    I tried this on both Windows 10 and Mac.

  13. Hello,

    Would it be possible to have a license checkup system? Most users need Acrobat to generate PDF files directly from it or from third party software, using the PDF Maker functionality. However, not all users run Acrobat every 30 days and they get a License not registered message. Would it be possible to have a system that checks if the license is valid and keep it activated on the workstations, regardless if the users run Acrobat Pro or not?

  14. For 2 days in a row i have to provide my login when I restart / start Adobe Reader Pro for which I have a Cloud Subscription.
    After doing so.. I get the message taht it is now LIcensed on my account... (but it was already so.. for the last year ++)

    It there something you have changed? If so -- repair.

    Or tell me how to provide this information in such a way that it will remember it.

  15. By default, the Chrome extension will open a new call screen so you can change your outgoing caller ID. It does not, however, instantly begin contacting the number. Go to Chrome Settings to enable automatic calling. Now, when you click on a number, click-to-call will initiate a call automatically.

  16. When scanning a new document, Adobe automatically pulls up the latest document when you have multiple Adobe files open. Adobe then automatically checks the box "Append to current document". This can cause unwanted pages added to a separate file that is being worked. Suggest you fix Adobe so that the Append Box is unchecked as a default and/or "create new document" or "append to current document" options are added that do not pull up the last open file automatically.   17. PDFs fail to display as attachment to WhatsApp chats; fail to display on the website of at least one of my banks; fail to open from the Cloud due to 'being already logged in" in another session.
    Fail to display on my iPhone, using Acrobat Pro. Message states that I need 'Acrobat Reader', etc, etc.
    I have a CC full sub and this is extremely frustrating. The reason I was induced to purchase CC was to avoid this kind of issues.

  18. There is annoying bug on Windows Server 2016: AdobeCollybSync.exe can't locate SetThreadDescription in AdobeGrowthSDL.dll message appears every time we open .pdf. Why is it sill not fixed? We have payed version

  19. After downloading a password-protected document (with password protection but authorization for form processing and saving) can only save once.

    When trying to save the document a second time (also under a different name), the error message appears:
    "The document could not be saved.
    The file is either read-only or used by another user.
    Save the document under a different name or in a different folder. "

    Unfortunately, the document can not be saved under a different name and / or folder.

  20. -The new update has the "Fill in Form Field" button in a prominent place on the toolbar and it is the only text looking button in the default toolbar. Everyone in my design office mistakenly thought it was the text box tool and was extremely frustrated trying to redline documents. As designers, we do not use this software primarily for forms or even text documents, but for reviewing and commenting on drawings.
