Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Needs File Management Chops
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, unlike its vastly superior predecessor, Adobe Acrobat Pro XI, is extraordinarily poor in the file management window department.
The search functions are terrible, and it is not possible to sort documents by the various parameters. Nor does it 'remember' what folder you used previously, so that you are always having to search back through the folders to get to where you want to be. It's very hard to figure out where you are by looking at the top of the file folder screen. Basically what used to be a great UI, is horrible.
The idea is…

User Document Management from Admin Console
Multiple users send agreements for signature with clients they are working with but these documents are only visible to that user's login. The Admin should have the ability to view all documents in the user accounts or store them centrally. It is an extremely manual process to back these files up for our company records and the main reason we are looking to move to another e-signature tool.

confirm digital signature with enter button again
The new workflow for digital signing of documents looks quite pretty, but before the update i could draw the box, hit "enter" twice, press left arrow, hit enter again and Alt+F4 out, then the document has been signed. Now i could not confirm the certificate, I want to use for signing, with the "enter" key and I cant confirm the appearance of the signature with the "enter" key. So please make confirmation with "enter" possible again, this will hugely increase my workflow, since the whole process is already annoying enough if you have to sign a lot of documents

The Entire Adobe Acrobat Product need a full rework. To keep up with the competition you better rework the who GUI.
Overall Acrobat is horrible non intutitive a simple google search and you will see I am not the only one that thinks this. I would suggest you work with NON-PROGRAMING design and flow oriented people to fix the issue with Adobe Acrobat otherwise it will be a thing of the past since many companies like ZOHO, Microsoft and Google are doing the work better thought the demand in the business world is PDF because you have marketed it so...I do not believe Adobe will be able to hold up this software as people are innovating their software at light speeds…

Always/Never Check Out option for SharePoint users
When opening a document (or in many cases multiple documents) when using SharePoint, a dialogue box opens, prompting you to pick whether you wish to 'check out' the document or simply 'open' the document. This becomes cumbersome when opening more than one document at once, having to click an option on the dialogue box for every document. Adding a 'always check out' or 'always open' feature would be time saving and less frustrating.

Adding a Hotkey to Enable and Disable the 'Snap to Grid' feature
Please add a Hotkey to enable or disable the 'Snap to Grid' Feature. I love the feature, but having to navigate through several menus to turn it on or off really bothers me.

Adobe Sign Recipient e-mail feature
In Adobe Sign, the process to send a signature could be more efficient after adding yourself as a signer in the first recipient field. After doing so, Adobe Sign could have instant suggestions on who to send the document to based on how often this recipient's signature is requested.

Option to Hide Name of Comment Author and Date of Comment
In a long document with multiple comments, the name of the comment author, and date of the comment, clutters up the actual comments and makes them difficult to read. It would be much cleaner if there were an option to hide the name of the comment author and date of the comment in the comments panel. Thank you

Please restore the ability to attach multiple pdfs to an email message rather than combining them into a single file.
We have a customer whose system requires multiple supporting documents for every invoice: invoice, copy of purchase order and proof of delivery. Several years ago these were all mailed or faxed, now we use Acrobat Pro.

the term search freezes and black rectangular blocks cover variable places on page +(not responding)
This version is unusable due to unstable flickering, with slowed down response to page scrolling, freezing search, or black rectangular shapes covering the whole page or partially the content.
At this level, there are no ideas to be suggested since the very basic functions are affected1 vote -
Ability to Edit Font
I find the need to edit the font; one example is to select text and change it to "Strikethrough" text.

COMMENTS: Changing text size & color works once then doesn't popup.
Changing text size / color used to work fine until a forced update to Acrobat DC today to 19.021.20048.
Now selecting a comment and changing text size or color seems to work the first time I try to use the feature after opening the document.
After that I either don't get the popup to change text size / color; or if the popup shows and I click on the color box (change color) no additional popup for color change comes up.

Auto retention of hyperlinks from an excel do to a PDF
hello,
I would like to make PDF docs from excel docs that contain hyperlinks in which the hyperlinks are automatically maintained within the PDF instead of having to manually add then back in after making the PDF.
thank you, Jason1 voteHi
Please update your Office and Acrobat to latest version. We have given this feature in latest Acrobat DC where you can convert the excel sheet via Adobe cloud service. It will preserve all links.
Thanks

move file to dialog, is not showing my other folders besides the scan folder
I have a couple folders setup on my document cloud. Total of 3. Scans, Personal, Work.
On Acrobat DC Pro, the move file dialog only lists my scan folder, no options to move back a directory.. (Bad)
On Acrobat WEB interface, the move file dialog lists all 3 folders. (Good)
On Acrobat Mobile interface, the move file dialog allows me to move back a directory to select my other folders. (OK)*This is when trying to move a document from my scans folder to another location.

Acrobat DC compile files into single PDF, Illustrator files grayed out
In Acrobat DC when attempting to combine files into single PDF and trying to select Illustrator files they are grayed out and cannot be selected. I have to drag them from the finder into Acrobat. This is a major pain and waste of time. Before the upgrade I could always select an AI file to add to a PDF. Now I never can, even when trying to replace a page with a new file. Illustrator and Acrobat are not talking to each other.

Acrobat does not support conversion of AI files to PDF via the Combine functionality.
Can you confirm that you are combining AI files or PDF files created from Illustrator?
Also, do you have Illustrator installed on your system? Thanks

Dialog Utility for Batch PDF Conversion from Office/Docs to PDF
Create a right click utility option to be able to batch convert files to PDF without prompting for each document save. Your competitors have this feature and Adobe Acrobat should be able to do this without "actions" or other workarounds.
Complete the following use case.
- Highlight multiple Office/Document files (even 50-100 is possible) 1A. Right click the documents
- Click "Batch Convert to PDF"
- A dialog opens, lists all selected files, has the ability to add new or remove files, asks where to save all PDFs and what settings such as PDF/A, quality, etc
- Have multiple conversion options such as "Convert…
