  1. Stop adding extra steps that add nothing and frequently crash the whole program.

    Save As -> Folder dialogue box. That's worked for years, why add "Recent Folders" to this process, when the "recent folders" just open the same folder dialogue box that's always been used! It's useless, and it crashes ALL THE TIME which means I can't change the name of my file.

    "Fill & Sign" -> Filling and signing. Why do we need "Who needs to sign first?" What does it matter! Useless.

    Maybe if you take out these useless steps the program won't be a massive memory hog…

  3. You should be able to license Adobe on more than two machines. I may be working from the office, from home, or on a portable device when I travel. The default should be at least three devices (by comparison, Microsoft's license allows one user to use 5 devices).

    At a minimum, you should be able to assign devices to users. I have a license for myself and a license for my assistant. My assistant only works in the office. I am paying for two users which should allow me to install on four computers. I should be able to decide…

  4. PDF is still freezing for 5-10 seconds or more upon loading doc.

    Acrobat DC is trying to access the Cloud Service and can't.

  6. As of now there is option to add existing audio file into PDF as rich media format insert in windows acrobat pro DC. But there is no option to add new audio recording directly from acrobat pdf. Please add this option as it will be useful when we are taking notes during lecture, we can record the audio of profession and insert it directly to that page. this helps avoiding recording audio externally and then insert into pdf.

  7. subscribed to Adobe PDF pack. I still cannot print. What do i do pls? Tells me "your request could not be completed. Adobe Aceobat license has either expired or not been activated.

  9. To Whom it may concern for future developments,

    In many cases .pdfs being saved have to be changed manually from #.pdf or untitled.pdf to a specific sometimes longer saved document names.
    Thus far there isn't a way to insert the existing title into a header or footer and have it upgrade automatically (or copied into the header or footer upon printing or opening and saving or transferring). It would safe countless hours having to manually changing the title. I have 1500-2500+ pages I have to upgrade at least twice when changing the titles of the saved .pdf documents. This is…

  10. If I can't figure out a way to stop getting a massive bookmarks pane EVERY SINGLE TIME I open any file I am going to set my computer on fire.

    The Wizard won't do it. Edit > Preferences > Restore last view setting when reopening documents won't do it. I can't mess with the system registry on a work computer so that won't do it. Do not tell me to tick the restore last view setting box.

    Look at this bookmarks pane. Look at it.

  12. Despite numerous Admins saying this matter has been resolved, it has NOT. We need to be able to convert .msg files and, rather than *embed the attachment, it needs to convert the attachment too (if not already a PDF) and place the attachment BEHIND the email. Email + attachment in one PDF, NOT embedded. Please address this, as it is a VERY important feature for law firms.

  13. This does not happen on all documents, but it does on many. I can email a document to you privately if needed.

    When using search, the results are grouped so that when clicking the "next" button to move to the next result, it instead moves to the next group of results. This also happens in the full advanced search (see screen shot). Match counts are incorrect and it's easy to miss matches when using the simple search to move through matches.   14. BUG: Default page range still prints all pages. "Page 1 - Page 2" selected will still print all 400 pages of a document, and can't be cancelled. Causes major problems. If you click the page range radio button and erase "Page 1 - Page 2" and replace with "1-2" it will print those two pages. This is in Adobe Reader.

  15. When you are about to print, the first page of the PDF preview comes out blank. If you click the right arrow to see Page 2, the PDF preview appears again to page 2. However, if you press the left arrow to go back, then all PDF preview pages go blank.

  16. When using a windows application (e.g MS Word 2013) to print to pdf using the Acrobat print to pdf driver, the resulting file cannot be deleted. It says that the file is being used by Adobe acrobat. Even after the program is closed, the error remains. A reboot does not clear the error, i.e. after reboot, you are still unable to delete the file. The only way to delete this file is to enter the task manager and kill the acrobat process. Win 10 1809

  17. The error suddenly appears in my Windows PC. My Adobe Acrobat DC is working well. But, i think Adobe Acrobat Distiller DC made the error.

    It say : " The procedure entry point _DistBeginFileJob@20 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\acrodist.exe "

    Every i click the OK button, it appears soon. How to fix this?
