Acrobat UI
At every major update, the Acrobat Pro UI is getting more and more confusing. None of the standard OS behaviors are respected. I tried to modify the toolbar on Mac (version 2023.0001), impossible to move an icon anywhere.

<Caption> tag from Caption style in Word - PDF Maker
When using PDF Maker to export a tagged, accessible PDF from MS Office applications, use the Caption paragraph style to identify and create the <Caption> tag in the PDF.

autorecovery of edited PDF documents after PC crash or app crash
Right now the user has to dig through various TEMP folders in Windows in order to MAYBE find the document they spent hours working on before the program or Windows crashed.
The problem is that TEMP files are usually scratched after a reboot, so this means NIL former versions.
Other programs like MS WORD will show to recovered, unsaved documents prompt from a crash like this.
Why in 2023, is this not a feature in this commonly used program?

Bug Report. Weird highlighting.
I downloaded f1099oid.pdf from IRS.gov. I tried to highlight a couple of words, but I got weird highlighting patterns spanning multiple paragraphs. ???

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO THIS INTERFACE?!
I edit PDFs on the regular and the old system was easy, I could run through it with minimal fuss. A lot of the PDFs I receive are scanned and come through upside down. I could click and drag pages from one PDF to another by hovering over the tab and drop it into the new PDF. I could rotate the whole document and drag and drop pages into the document with all the pages oriented in the same direction.
Now... well...

Highlight and Adding Text workflow is cumbersome
I often highlight and add text to PDFs. The current workflow is cumbersome, especially when I need to switch from one feature to other.
Given that it's a premium product, I find that there are just so many unnecessary toolbar options visible while the tools I need often require multiple clicks and cumbersome navigation.
I often find myself hiding all toolbars left, top and right. Worst part is app doesn't remember my settings so I have to hide these toolbars everytime.
Would be nice to have a student mode which provides a light mode version, allowing highlighting and adding/deleting text.

Set form field Rich Text properties
You should be able to set the defaults for the rich text paragraph settings. Currently if my users delete the text in a form field to enter their own input they have to us the hotkey to bring up the rich text properties, click more, and then choose "text middle/bottom/top" to get the desired layout.
As the form creator I should be able to set these for a form field the same way I can set the alignment, Left/center/right/justified.
Text Centered vertically is very useful for certain forms and needs to be possible even for multi line inputs.

3 Options to Create PDF; 2 of 3 create more accessibility errors
The "Create PDF" button in Word and PowerPoint creates more errors under Accessibility Checker than if you do File > Save As PDF Best for Electronic Distribution.
The option to Create PDF in Acrobat also produces more errors in the Accessibility Checker than does the method File > Save As PDF Best for Electronic Distribution.
Make these methods work properly or remove them. We don't need methods that generate more errors and confuse users.

The "Adobe Acrobat Export PDF" subscription is not supported by Adobe Acrobat
Unified 64-bit Adobe Acrobat is installed.
Suppress sign-in a.k.a "bIsSCReducedModeEnforcedEx" is enabled.
End-user is signed into their Adobe account with "Adobe Acrobat Export PDF" subscription.
Export PDF function does not work. Acrobat prompts end-user to contact the IT department.2 votes -
Increase Cursor Size
When attempting to perform redactions, the cursors are difficult to see and the wrong information may be accidentally marked out. It would be nice to have the option to increase the size of the crosshair and text-select cursors as well as add some color contrast that will help users see the cursor(s) better. Thanks!

Minimum number of signers in the Recipient Group
It is important to be able to manage the principle of the double signature of the legal representatives. Recipient Group should have an attribute on the minimum number of signers needed to consider the signing step fulfilled. Example: in a group of 6 legal representatives, at least 2 must sign. If I use 2 Recipient Groups with the same components, they all receive 2 emails from the system and the same person can sign the document twice (this is a problem to be solved)

Insert and automatically resize photos into form using iPhone
Using a form, one can easily insert images and they will automatically resize when using Adobe Acrobat on a computer; however, this same features does NOT work when using the Adobe Acrobat app on an iPhone. Could you please add this feature to the app as it would be very helpful for inserting pictures into a form and having them automatically resize? I would use this feature for construction site inspections, and I imagine other people would find it helpful too if they didn't have to resize an image each time it was inserted. Bookmarks: Pages should move to the location in the document where a bookmark is moved to.
The U.S. Patent Office ("USPTO") includes Bookmarks to documents filed on its website. To report the documents to our clients, as filed with the USPTO, I follow the order of the documents as listed on the USPTO's Electronic Acknowledgement Receipt ("EAR"). We download the documents from the USPTO's website. Once you select the documents filed to report, they are downloaded into one file. That file will have bookmarks defining the specific documents downloaded. The order of the downloaded documents rarely match the EAR. Add a setting to make horizontal scrolling / zoom with mouse wheel match operating system
In Windows, holding shift while scrolling scrolls horizontally and holding ctrl while scrolling zooms in / out.
I would like to be able to the same behavior in InDesign so I do not have to consciously change how I navigate documents when using adobe products

Redact tool removing other unselected text
Redact tool is removing all lowercase letters 'i' and 'L' from my document (and possibly some 't'), as well as adding the black boxes to redact text.
