  1. When I used to create PDFs from Word documents in Windows 7, the PDF would automatically inherit the Title, Subject, and Author properties.

In Windows 10/Acrobat Pro 17 this is no longer the case. All of these fields are blank.

I don't know if this is a change in Acrobat or Word (Office 365), but it's a major pain to set these properties manually every time.

  2. We are using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017. Our management uses Fill & Sign feature frequently for signing various documents. The default color of signature is black and Acrobat Pro 2017 does not allow to change the color of drawn signature. We would request to please introduce this feature in Acrobat Pro 2017 as is available in Adobe Acrobat DC,

  3. Please add a Percent option in Ruler just like in Photoshop, so that it helps to align Text Boxes and Guides very accurately.

Also, please add alignment buttons for Text Boxes so that we can not only arrange the text inside the text boxes but also the entire text boxes with text in it.

  4. Outlook Calendar & Google Calendar Integration Plug-In. This functionality would make Adobe's - Acrobat Pro DC, truly professional... When completing PDF Forms with "date fields", it would be most helpful to provide a plug-in to synch the date fields to our calendar (Outlook or Google Calendar). Come on...you guys can do it! This functionality would be very helpful.

  6. Older versions (prior to text recognition) allowed you to type onto a pdf and edit it later without any interference. The new DC software while still allowing you to type and edit more than often enough recognizes the original text of the document making it editable and causing tons of interference with the user entered text. There should be a feature which locks text recognition and doesnt allow the editing tool to recognize the base document script which will allow for easy editing if you have to save and come back to a document and make changes.

  7. I can't find any option category to make feature suggestions specifically for the Adobe Admin Centre. Please create such a category so that items relating only to the Admin Centre can be logged there.

    Many thanks.

  8. If there are no open PDFs, there is no reason for Acrobat to open the next PDF in the next staggered position as occurs when opening multiple PDFs at the same time. It interferes with open tools I like to keep on the right side of the screen.

  9. Outlook is unresponsive while a page is active in an Adobe Acrobat window. I am unable to navigate my outlook, send an email or open emails. This is very difficult since I need to reference select items from my Adobe window while writing an email. This forces me to have to print the documents while referencing the collective data which is counteractive to a paperless job.

  10. Could you please make a spellcheck a feature!

We review PDF's frequently and I would love the ability to easily highlight spelling errors and send the file back to the user.

    Hi,
I have forwarded the request to the higher management. Currently we don’t have any plan to implement it but we have kept it in our radar and will implement it in future release.
Meanwhile to see spelling errors, open Edit PDF and click on inside each bounding box one by one to see if there is any error in each paragraph.

Please confirm if this resolves your issue.

    Thanks
    Rachit

  11. While the idea of 'star' documents available at anytime/anywhere is great in theory - it doesn't work. It times out - does not even work considering it was a recent file.

  13. Hello everyone,

I think it would be very beneficial to be able to set guides at a specific coordinate. This is a feature I wish I had in Acrobat Pro many times. It would be nice for editing and quality checking PDFs. Thanks!

  14. Hello

I am using the Adobe Sign service via API.

Sometimes a problem occurs when a signer enters his phone authentication code in the Adobe user interface (browser on smartphone).

Here is a brief description, step by step:
1 - The signer receives the link to the Agreement
2 - By clicking on the link, the user (signer) opens the agreement in his browser (usually on his smartphone): the authentication screen appears.
3 - If the user (signer) selects the "SMS" mode and taps "OK", the SMS with the authentication code is sent correctly.
    4 - But once the user…

  15. Up until a few days ago I was able to very easily go down the list of documents that were pending and see who viewed them and who has or has not signed. Now I have to open each document one at a time to see that. Can we bring the quick preview back?

  16. Access to Google drive is enabled via ADC--great! But please add shared drive access as is possible with DropBox to allow collaboration not just work flow signatures.

  18. Need Adobe Acrobat for Linux. Most fill-ins do not work with the third party software available for Linux systems. So, we have to pay the M/S tax to do tax forms that our state demands.

  19. Allways get this error when scanning "The Selected Color Format is not supported".
Scanner works fine with other software.
    iMacPro with Canon TS8120.
    Thanks

  20. To minimize size and keep a good quality the support of AVIF pictures should be considered. In most cases it gives you just what you want, small sizes and great quality. Especially for archiving scans in color it's really nice, even for a mix of pictures, text and grained colors.
