  3. Launcing Acrobat DC takes 2-3 minutes, and occasionally an error occurs and it will not launch. Once open, PDF files can be selected and opened immediately, but double clicking on a PDF file also takes 2-3 minutes for the file to open. This makes it awkward to use, so looking for another PDF application. Have tried all the forum suggestions for fixing this issue, but nothing works, and the IT people have been unable to solve the problem. I am running DC with the latest version of Windows 10.

  5. When a PDF is opened and I select send as an attachment, Outlook 2016 opens with the file attached. I'm able to enter the body of the e-mail as normal. I can send the e-mail. The recipient does not see the text that was typed. It also does not show any text that was typed in the sent e-mail looking at sent items. This only occurs when sending a file through Adobe Acrobat DC. When I attach the file without going through Adobe, everything functions normally.

  13. Whenever I use "File → Save as Other → Reader Extended PDF → Enable More Tools (Includes form fill-in & save)" to save my form. The form in the resulting file cannot be edited. Why? This effectively causes me to have to maintain three copies of my PDF forms: One with no form controls, one converted to a form, and one with More Tools enabled.

  15. I constantly get the attached error message/demand for "confidential information" both from the browser plug-in and from Acrobat, proper. Selecting "Always Allow" does not provide a lasting fix, only a temporary salve that work for a short period that somewhat, but not exactly, coincides with a particular Acrobat or browser session.

  17. In my process of lien searches when I scan the completed documents, to prepare for the return e-mail to the customer, it is easier to scan all 20 - 40 items at the same time. Then I select each customer's document from the multiple scan and label the new pdf with the customer's name and search #. It would be expeditious to be able to have the "Current Page" selected without having to return the mouse to select it for each new pfd.

  18. To have an option to send documents from an email account not associated with your Adobe CC Account.

we should be able to create a new verified email account for sending documents.

As i need to send documents for approval to customers from a generic 'design' email account i have along side my personal emails in outlook.

  20. You need to make this easier and less quirky. I'm using a mac and have downloaded acrobat pro for windows and mac. It's taken me ages and youtube videos to create a digital signature and on a blank pdf I can add it. But when sent a pdf that already contains digital signatures it won't let me sign. In the end I used Mac Preview. This obliterated the original signatures but at least I could sign and send it back for resignature by others. The whole exercise is very unpleasant and very very annoying.
