  2. I pay a subscription for Adobe Sign using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and it is telling me I need to upgrade to send for signature. I have used this service for a long time and im current on my annual renewal yet it stop letting me send for signature for some reason. Please fix asap!!! Hard to do business without it. May need to go elsewhere.

  3. I have to open multiple PDF invoices and put some information on each one (our promotion number, type of invoice, etc). Currently, every time I open an invoice, I need to select Comments and then select the type of comment that I want. This takes longer than typing in the comment itself. I would like a way to go into "comment mode," or lock my ability to have comments on for the duration of the session.

  4. Under MacOSX (10.9/10.11/10.13) Acrobat DC does not play well with Dropbox. Using the Acrobat file screen to open a file in Dropbox often results in a LONG delay (or even crashes).

    Double clicking directly within Dropbox folders in the Finder brings the same file up without delay or crashing.

    Please fix this annoying bug.

  5. The comment markers are not resizing with the same level as the diagram and their position relative to the items in the diagram changes.

    can you make the comment boxes resize in the same level as the other object om a pdf page when zoming in or out in the future.

  7. When opening Adobe Acrobat Standard DC, it shows you a list of Recent Files that you have used; however, you can only open one of these files at a time. Similar to the ability to select multiples files in other programs of holding the Control key to select more than one file or holding the Shift key to select a range of files, it would be useful (and a standard Windows function) to be able to select multiple files and open them all at the same time.     You can select multiple files also from the recent list, by clicking on the checkbox and also by holding the control key to select more files.

  8. I need your full suite of products, specially those related to pdf, (reader, editor, etc.), for work on Linux, kubuntu or Debian.
    I know of there are many companies of the lack of these tools jeopardize the switch of the work stations to Linux, for the daily office task.

    You will not be able to edit the PDF file created from Adobe LiveCycle Designer in Acrobat

    You need separate application.

  11. in Pro XI, when using the Drop List of fonts in "add text", the fonts actually DISPLAYED in the stated font. This was incredibly helpful for those of us who have to be creative with our text additions. For some reason, somewhere along the line between Pro XI and 2017 (which I just purchased and installed) someone in their infinite wisdom decided to delete that feature. please, Please, PLEASE put it back, and sooner rather than later. NOT having it is a major headache.

  12. I love the Adobe Send & Track plug-in for Outlook 2016 on the PC. I was just informed by someone from Adobe that this feature is not available on Macs. Could you please look into developing this feature for Macs at some point? Thank you.

  13. I can drag and drop emails from Outlook into the Combine Files Window, however, when you "combine" the files, the attachments are embedded rather than attached at the end of each email. You can manually convert each email in Outlook with attachments in that fashion, but when you have 100+ emails with attachments, that just doesn't work.

  14. I am using Keyboard only to access the Tags Panel.

    Switching between the Advanced Search menu, and the main document Window, using F6 to move Focus to the Tags panel and Find Tag from Selection work great. I perform subsequent actions and my first search/action is done.

    Then I Alt tab back to the Advanced Search panel, move up to the next item, Alt tab back to the main document Window, F6 to the Tags Panel, the item I searched for is selected, but the previous Tag (from search # 1) still has dotted lines around it and it has…

  15. Always having to log in....I am sick of it. Then when you log in with your password, it just goes back to the same website asking you to log in. This forces you to change your password AGAIN....I am so over it.

  17. When I export PDF to postscript and next create PDF from that poscript, text is viewed correct, but when I try to copy that text then all or some text is unreadable. I am using Adobe Acrobat DC. Input PDF file could be created in older version of Adobe. Do you have similar problem? I wonder if you have found a solution so you can share with me.

  18. Have a file specifically for recovered files. I just lost 4 hours worth of work because the program crashed and the file reverted!!!

  19. add the option to customize the size, shape, and color of the cursor. similar to autocad.

    this will allow easier navigation of the document especially when doing presentations or when doing takeoffs and measurements.

  20. Product manuals are often secured and one can print but not comment, hi-lite or otherwise mark up important info would be helpful. Such "edits" could be a different layer and not integral to the original document. Even disclaimer text or ownership of such edits could be water-marked into the file.
