Microsoft hyperlink accessibility through pdf conversion
If you add a pdf link in word it will not be accessible when you CONVERT the document to pdf. BUT if you create a pdf using the word file, the links created in the word document will be accessible. My request is that you make the hyperlinks accessible through pdf conversion as well. MEANING, please have the accessible when you file>>save as >> pdf.

We already create accessible links with Acrobat DC and Office 2016 on Mac OS.
You can follow the steps here to create such PDFs:
Open the Word file
Go to Acrobat ribbon > Create PDF.Thanks

Your sign in process is idiotic. I don't have 20 minutes every day to pick cars and road signs. Please fix or I will cancel my subscription.
Fix the sign in process! Figure out an easier way to verify users. This is a complete waste of my time and the function does not work properly.
Thank you.2 votes -
Lease too Expensive
Nearly $17/month is way too high for a single computer in a residence. The value received is minimal compared to the cost--given that MS Word will also create PDF documents. Office 365 costs a little over $100/year for a suite of programs that can be loaded on up to 5 computers in the household. Your's is $196.56 for a single program for a single computer. I will be canceling. You need to address your pricing!

Converting emails with attachments
Despite numerous Admins saying this matter has been resolved, it has NOT. We need to be able to convert .msg files and, rather than *embed the attachment, it needs to convert the attachment too (if not already a PDF) and place the attachment BEHIND the email. Email + attachment in one PDF, NOT embedded. Please address this, as it is a VERY important feature for law firms.

Tab order not working correctly
My tab order is correct under "prepare form" but when I preview it is incorrect. The issue occurs when I tag the document. I am unable to change the tab order. If I try to change the reading order by dragging items around other items will jump around and it creates a mess that's worse than what I started with. I have to choose between an untagged pdf that is a fillable form with correct tab order or a tagged pdf that is still technically a fillable form, but with a weird reading order and tab order. Please fix this.

Digital Certificates for Mobile Devices
Usually when something needs to be digitally signed or validated with a certificate, it's because it is upper management. In my experience, upper management tend to be on the move a lot more and since certificates are only available to their computer, it would be handy if they could also digitally sign from their phone. This is also very useful when they're on vacation too.

Srikethrough marks should be more visible
Strikethrough lines to mark text deletions and text revisions use only one line width that cannot be changed. The lines can be difficult to spot, especially when a full page is viewed or when the line's color blends with the text's color or the font's stroke width and the line's width are similar. With newer monitors having higher resolutions or graphics processors providing finer lines, strikethrough lines can appear very differently from the editor's monitor to the reader's monitor. A viewer's vision limitations should also be considered.
Bottom line, allow strikethrough line width to be set to something higher than…3 votes -
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC ver 18.011.20058 continually freezes while highlighting. Any changes made are lost if not saved before freezing.
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC ver 18.011.20058 continually freezes while highlighting. Any changes made are lost if not saved before freezing. Happens across multiple machines. Only way to restart editing is to use task manager and kill the process then reopen losing the changes made.

Multiple error messages
I'm getting errors when reading PDFs. All different sizes, all different sources.
"There was an error processing a page. There was a problem reading this document (109)."
"A number is out of range."
"There was an error while reading a stream."
"Please wait while the document is being prepared for reading."
"Out of memory."
It's a brand new Windows 10 machine with 8GB of RAM. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program. How do I fix this issue? The program is essentially unusable at this point.

Better support of Wacom for commenting
I add a line/arrow/whatsoever with a Wacom Pen. If I want to add text close by, I often get caught by the handles of the previously, nearby added object. Actually it works much better to use MS Ink for handwritten comments. But then it is not within the PDF and I have to files. So please, give some thought on how to use pencils like Wacom more smoothly. BR, Michael

Acrobat Pro DC hangs (Not Responding) at first run.
Win 10 x64 1709
Classroom/lab environment.
New-to-machine user, in other words, newly created user profile, extremely common in a classroom/lab environment.
Licensed via ETLA AdobeSerialization.exe
Installation package modified using Acrobat Customization Wizard DCIf a user runs Acrobat straight-away, Acrobat.exe hangs and shows a "not responding" status before the Acrobat UI is displayed.
After killing the Acrobat.exe process, subsequent launches work.
If a new-to-the-machine user launches then closes Google Chrome AND Microsoft Edge BEFORE running Acrobat then runs Acrobat, Acrobat launches without issue.
Disabling Protected View via policy has no effect.
No errors are displayed.
There are no discernable errors…

Missing Zoom
Did you already notice that in Acrobat / Adobe Reader there is now no way to zoom the document, except with a mouse click on the corresponding buttons? Previously, as in Indesign and Photoshop, you could use Space + Alt + Control and Mouse Action to select areas or Zoom by Alt + mouse wheel.
It would be nice if these possibilities are finally reactivated!9 votes -
Select object tool in Acrobat Standard
The "Select object" tool is only available in the Pro version under "Rich Media". The tool is very useful for selecting text boxes and shapes. There is no alternative to the tool in the Standard version of Acrobat. Please make it or something similar available in the Standard version.
