Auto refresh the sort by list when one of the properties changes
If I am sorting comments, the group of comments should auto-refresh. If I have 4 unchecked comments and choose sort by checkmark status, all four show up in the top group "Unchecked". But if I then check one of the comments, the group doesn't auto refresh. The now checked comment is still in the Unchecked list. So I have to sort by another method, then sort again by my original method to get the groups to display correctly.

Make sort by groups collapsed as the default behavior
When I sort comments: by type, author, color, page, etc, the groups are always fully open. If I'm sorting by a particular group, I want to target something within a group. If I have a lot of comments, they scroll past the end of the comment pane. So EVERY TIME, I have to collapse the groups. At the very least, make the name of the groups BOLD somehow, so that I can see which group it is more easily. Also, I miss the little twirl down triangle, That UI was more intuitive. I don't like the ellipses.

Send & Track Personalized Email Message
Allow users to edit and save a new default email Subject and body Message when using Send & Track. This is useful for those companies that send PDF files on a regular basis with a particular form letter attached to the file. Currently, we have to cut and paste our message into the default form each time. It would be nice to eliminate this step.

Ability to save security settings in Adobe presets
Our agency has several custom presets when saving pdfs from Illustrator. We would like to limit one client from altering our pdfs. We can apply the security setting, however they do not save in the preset.

Please open the file in Acrobat.Go to Protect Tool from Tools Page.
Go to Encrypt— Manage Security Policies—New- Using passwords,public key certificates —Save as a Policy-and then choose the settings that you want to apply .
As the policy is saved,you can apply the policy next time on-wards
which appears as a template from Security Options(Control+D) on the file. -

I worked on a document for 3 hours. Then something unexpectedly happened as I was trying to save it. Now all is gone. Can I retrieve this document by any chance?

Customize view when open PDF
I would like to be able to customize what opens in DC like previous versions. For example, I almost always need the comments bar open when I open PDFs. It was save me time and clicks if I could set in Preferences or someplace to always open that bar when opening a PDF> I used to be able to do this i thought in previous versions. I hop eyou can add this tweak.

Incorrect conversion of Greek letters
Hi,
We use Adobe Reader Pro to convert PDFs to DOCX. However, there is a problem when we are trying to convert a PDF having some greek letters (please check the screen I have attached). For example, lowercase Greek Delta is being converted into uppercase Gamma. Is there any possibility to change this behaviour to the correct one?Regards

Combine two small pages and create one single page
When I scan two pages and crop them, they are smaller or equal to an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. I want to be able to take the two pages and make them just one single page. There are many times that I have scanned something that had just a couple lines at the top of the second page. I may want to be able to shrink that to fit it all on one page. Thumbnail size reduction in Acrobat
RE:Acrobat Professional ver. 2017 and DC
In version 9 I was able to reduce the size of a thumbnail whereby I could view +/- 50 thumbnail pages alongside of a single page document view. According to tech support, this functionality is no longer available. If the only way to see more than +/- 5 thumbnails is to fill the screen with the thumbnail pane, then what is the point of thumbnails at all. We have shared your concern with the team and we will look into this. In the meantime as you yourself mentioned, you can resize the thumbnails panel to a size where you can accommodate more thumbnails and can still see the document.

Vector Rasterise
Rasterise all vectors option in the export PDF dialogue window.
I use lots of detailed vector files in my layouts and when producing PDF's for approval this can be an issue as the files sizes can be too big to send back and forth over email. There are numerous work arounds but none really give a seamless document flow that should happen. Making a JPEG of my files and placing those instead of eps or ai files can be a headache also.

add the split option to the "tools to add" in Action Wizard.
Please add the split option to the "tools to add" when creating a new Action Wizard action.
This would allow for automated actions to be created where split top level bookmarks using bookmark names for file names utilized as part of a action, so it wouldn't be necessary to physically go through the setup process of: Organize Pages/Split/Split by: Top level bookmarks/Output Options/Use bookmark names for file names.

Digital Signature Creation Suggestion!
When you create your Digital Signature thru the Sign With A Digital ID Wizard that say you like how your first name looks but then when you get to your last name and you make a mistake that instead of clicking the Clear Button to start over that you could Click a Button that says Undo instead as this would really save a lot of time in the long run being that it takes quite a while and too long at that to do that if you like it to look just right both ways both first and last name.

Digital Signature Good Suggestion!
When you click the Signature Field to put your Digital Signature there it would be nice after you put it there that you could stretch your signature to make it larger to fit the Signature Line because it's way too small looking when you print the whole document out.

Highlighted text color
Add a feature to change all highlighted color at once ..
I needed this feature due to changing the screen i use .. when i connected my laptop to samsung screen through hdmi the color was not so clear and the text is unreadable i wanted to change them all at once to another color so i can read ..
