Page position and bookmark error when closing multiple documents
BUG.
If you open several documents in Acrobat Pro and close them all using X button in top right corner of the window (which closes all tabs at once), page position and bookmarks are not saved properly.
Page position and bookmark position is applied according to document which was in an active tab when you closed the window.Example.
Open doc1 at page 10. Open doc2 at page 20. Both are opened under different tabs in one Acrobat window.
Close the window using X button. Prompt will asks if you want to close all tabs. Confirm and close.

Copy and Paste Bookmark List to Plain Text
it's frustrating to 'see' the list of Bookmarks that I cannot export or copy into plain text. I need to search each of those items in our image database and I'm forced to do them one-by-one. Why can't I just copy/paste? I can 'see' exactly what I need, but I can't copy it and use it in a timely manner. One-by-one is AWFUL.

Page navigation GONE
The new user interface does not allow for page navigation using the page numbers, and does not allow for bookmarks and comments to be open at the same time. It really is NOT user friendly for efficiently.

Mouse Scroll Wheel - Skips pages sometimes
The mouse wheel is a great tool for scrolling through pages. However, sometimes it skips a page, instead of flipping to the next. Can you please fix this?

Scroll bar gone
The most recent update to how pages function is not user friendly. The scroll bar has virtually disappeared. I must continually re-enable it for every document. Very frustrating.

Two large extended screens, scrolling left to right
I have two large screens extended, and would like to see documents scroll full pages left to right to be able to view up to four pages at a time and don't want the entire display to be replaced with four more pages, but want a smooth scroll from left to right, to see the context of the adjacent pages.

Bug: Blank space after new bookmark name
Under Windows 8.1 using Acrobat Pro 10.1.16 when you create a new bookmark and manually type in the bookmark name it now adds a blank space at the end of the text. It did not do this under Windows 7. This is a problem when I split the document by bookmarks because now there is always a blank space before the file extension, i.e. "bookmark1 .pdf". I believe this to be a problem under Windows 10 too.

AI assistant
Actually make disabling the AI assistant, disable the AI assistant. I have the AI assistant disable in the settings, but I still get pop-ups asking to summarize the documents I am trying to read. These pop-ups both block the material I am trying to read and reduces the usability of the basic program, like scrolling. Also that little chat bar at the bottom should not exist when the assistant is disabled. Please for the love of God fix this. Not everything needs AI help. If I want AI help, I'll use Chat GPT

Default settings for Split function
Give the ability to set defaults in the Split function of Adobe DC. I always split by "Top Level Bookmarks" and Output using the Bookmark names for file names. Since I (and my team) do this for multiple files every day, having to reset those parameters every time you want to split a file is really unhelpful and a waste of time. Given that Adobe is a massive time saver, this would help even more.
I get that is how I do it, but not how everyone does it, so the ability to update just my defaults would be…13 votes -

Form Fields tab scroll bug
I've lost the ability lately to scroll the contents via the mouse scroll wheel of the Fields tab of the Prepare a form part of the program. Scrolling works properly in other tabs and dialog boxes though. I started experiencing it since the latest patch.

The Return of the Scroll Bar!
I can't possibly be the only one to ask about this. The scroll bar has to be reinstated. It's such a basic and necessary item -- why would it have been removed in the first place? I hear that if you scroll down, you can get to the scroll bar -- but how can you get to the scroll bar to scroll down to the scroll, without having the scroll bar? I deal with accessibility for 150+ page documents and I just can't do my job without it. Please consider bringing it back in a usable way. Thank you.

Give users better control of UI
I open many PDFs every day that are created by multiple people in multiple different ways. Every. Single. Time I open a PDF, the bookmarks bar pops up, even if it's a single page document with no bookmarks. Also, whenever I have hidden the tools or anything else (F8 and F9), opening a new document brings all that stuff up. That means every time I open a document, I have to click 4 extra times to get rid of all the garbage so I can just see the document. Can you please just give us some preferences to never…

EXTREMELY SLOW Adobe Acrobat performance on Mac (re-reporting of common issue)
I'd like to re-report a general issue with Adobe Acrobat running on Mac. While viewing simple PDFs (<1MB), without annotations, Adobe Acrobat has 1 to two second delays when scrolling, painfully slow performance, the program is basically unusable.
I'm sure you are aware of this, because with a limited search I've seen multiple posts asking for help with this, most notably:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/acrobat-scrolling-is-incredibly-laggy-and-slow/m-p/10652846
The issues brought up in this post fully summarize my problem -- and BEAUTIFULLY surmises a likely cause of these problems. However, while a recurrent issue, I've seen very little interest from your company in…45 votes -
Print Section Skips First Section
Our PDF is organized by bookmarks. We can select each bookmark section to print, however this does not work on the first bookmark section. Additionally, if multiple bookmarks are selected to print (print sections...), it ignores the first section.

Provide option to customize keyboard shortcuts
would be nice to have the option of remapping existing shortcuts for moving around, adding bookmarks, etc..

Default hide navigation pane
If I can't figure out a way to stop getting a massive bookmarks pane EVERY SINGLE TIME I open any file I am going to set my computer on fire.
The Wizard won't do it. Edit > Preferences > Restore last view setting when reopening documents won't do it. I can't mess with the system registry on a work computer so that won't do it. Do not tell me to tick the restore last view setting box.
Look at this bookmarks pane. Look at it.

Not all the text for a bookmark is displaying
I have set bookmarks for custom styles in my Preferences. However, when I create the PDF, not all the text is displayed, particularly the numbering in some of my headings. Some of the numbering is displayed, while others are not. I checked the Word document and the correct styles are applied to all the text.
1 voteUnfortunately, we cannot take your bug request at this moment given other high priority issues.
Can you please explain why these numbering were so important (in the event we want to fix this in future) ?Thanks
