  2. My Acrobat Pro was set to auto update and now suddenly I can't copy/paste special characters.
    For example special letters in Spanish, French, German, Danish etc. Instead of letters it just leaves blank spaces in the document I paste into - no matter which application.
    I have tested this on three different computers now (Mac), and they all have the same issue (Acrobat version 2021.005.20048).
    I tested three other Macs with older versions and they worked fine, like mine did before the update.

    The above was tested on Macs and it does not matter if it is Mac OS…

  3. I currently have an Adobe Acrobat DC Pro account and regularly use the e-signature option. I love that the emails usually populate when I begin typing the name/email address. We recently changed email domains within our organization and I have several old or incorrect email addresses in my "contact list". This has led to the selection of incorrect emails and I have to cancel the signature requests and start the process over again.

    After an extensive chat with one of your techs, it was explained the option which to remove or delete obsolete or incorrect emails is only available on…

  4. Adobe Sign updated today 11/14/2017 and now the SEND NOW button is gone and after chosing the only other option NEXT it opens UP the document again and I have to hit SEND again????? Serious regression in efficiency here. Please bring back the SEND NOW option, this is a very slow and tedious process now.

  5. The last 2 upgrades are terrible! Slow to open and slow to process, eg. export function. Insufficient testing prior to release. Adobe team, you must improve this!

  8. Using Adobe Document Cloud for review of PDFs that will go through multiple versions simply will not work. There appears to be no way to update or overwrite files with a NEW VERSION on Adobe Document Cloud. I would like to see this feature.

  9. I can see certain documents were created in MS Word with simple follow on/flowing text and standard paragraph styles ie no **** text boxes. Even with the export options turned off, Acrobat does this incredibly annoying export to text boxes where it is simply run-on (flowing) text. You then have to extract the text, box by box to get the document to be in an editable form. Even exporting to rtf has similar issues. Exporting to plain text means you have to format.

    In the end, you waste valuable time either extracting the text or having to reformat the text…

  10. I HATE the new Acrobat interface! The new tools toolbar is confusing and my old favorites ( "+" and "-") are missing. Missing also is the Hand icon. Are you guys crazy?

  12. Since a recent ADOBE DC update (Version 18), I have been experiencing so many bugs/ issues. One (more minor than others) is that moving the Adobe window/pane between multiple screens is difficult. When trying to drag the screen over to another screen, the program flicks it back onto the original page it opened in, and will not flow over to the other screen easily or at all in some instances. Very frustrating. I have tried minimising the screen and dragging when it is smaller but that is hit and miss aswell. Please fix this.

  14. Acrobat previously had an option to have buttons for "Preview View" (using a left arrow icon) and "Next View" (using a right arrow icon). This is no longer the case in the new user interface. Please allow this to be added to the customizable toolbar. Thank you.

    Unable to open our standard time sheet, which is a .pdf form, and has been in use for years.
    Form opens as usual on computers that have not received the recent update.
    When we try to open the form after the Acrobat update, form requires password to open ('std634.pdf' is protected. Please enter a Document Open Password.)

    Correct status is ‘Implemented’. Resolved is used for cases where we resolve an issue without any code changes.

  16. Please allow us to move the tools around and add all tools to our favourites. I can't stand having to search for the "add stamp" or other tools I use daily every single time I need it. As well, there are too many steps to get to the stamp. The old way was simpler and much faster & user friendly.

    The create & manage stamp portion does not work so anyone who needs to add a stamp to the document cannot do so and our company uses this daily.

  17. Why does it say the update could damage my computer. I am sick of seeing update notifications and then after downloading the update it says this could damage my computer. Get your act together and stop doing this to your customers.
