The new version sucks big time. Why take away certain features & make the tool bar on the side where we can't move it to the top task bar.
The new version of Adobe sucks, it is totally user un friendly and requires a lot more work and navigating to do what was much simpler. Why change something that was working fine. Do you even test drive the new version to see how it is prior to sending out to the public. And the program keeps freezing when adding pics and the "restore " version doesn't work at all when you have to close the program and reopen continuously. Why pay for this piece of garbage software. Per-document Highlight Form Field setting
Highlight Form Field function draws over the form field so instead of a nice button I get an ugly blue/red rectangle that is acting buggily anyway. It makes the document useless and I have to find a different solution than pdf questionnaire. Forcing people to switch it in some advanced menu is out of question. This feature should be on per-document basis with possible override in Acrobat preferences where you specifically state that you want to override document settings.

If we uncheck "Enable AI," actually disable it for us.
I very intentionally do not have "Enable generative AI features in Acrobat" checked in my Preferences. For security reasons, I can't use AI in my work, nor do I want to. This appears to be the only place I can indicate my choice not to use Adobe's AI features.
However, I still have:
1) a pop-up pushing AI every time I open Adobe;
2) a bright flashy button at the top of my screen pushing AI;

Stop messing with interface
Please stop changing the Acrobat interface every year. It is very frustrating and time wasting to find the basic tools that I use to navigate documents. A basic thing like Marquee Zoom and other basic tools should be obvious and accessible, not buried in menus. I've wasted an hour this morning and whilst I can find the tool now, no idea how to add to standard tool bar. Stop doing this!!!!

Page transitions are no longer working in acrobat. Please can you advise
There seems to be a bug in Acrobat Pro DC. Since I switched to a MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020), the page transitions in Acrobat do not work. I only have an ugly cut from one page to the next. Please advise.

Font of file title for Chinese
The font used for displaying the file title at the top of the window of Acrobat for Chinese is really ugly! The old version of Acrobat DC uses sans-serif font in title for both Chinese and English, which is beautiful. However, currently, it uses sans-serif font for English but serif for Chinese, and the latter is very ugly.

Where did the title bar go in Adobe Acrobat Pro? First you raise the price, then you update the program and took away the title bar. Horrible new design. Please bring back the ability of paying customers to show the title bar (File, Edit, Sign, Window, Help). Thank you.

This is horrible. I can not use this new acrobat.
Please bring back the old format. It was user friendly and had better features. This is chaotic and I just want to disconnect

Slow/Hard to Share Files
The new update is HORRIBLE!!! I send paystubs to our employees using tracking and it is taking way longer and freezing up all the time!

The new version is horrible. Definitely was not created to save time, but to waste it instead. I have wasted so much time in the last couple of days trying to find workarounds to the options that are now gone! What happened to "Undo"? Now if a mistake is made, the whole document has to be deleted and started over. Also, the "fill in forms fields" doesn't stay open so when a document needs several marks, it has to be re-opened every time, which is annoying. And don't get me started on documents that you have to enable editing!…

Remove the 2 device maximum for enterprise licenses with federated ID
Does the 2-device maximum make any sense for Federated IDs? People aren't going to be sharing Federated IDs at an enterprise level in order to circumvent paying adobe licenses. These accounts are tied to PC logins, emails, file access, etc. and are protected by 2fa basically everywhere. People get fired for sharing their credentials. It's silly to still have a 2 device limit at the enterprise level when every other software vendor in the space allows 5-10, often with an additional 5-10 for mobile devices.

Tab order not working correctly
My tab order is correct under "prepare form" but when I preview it is incorrect. The issue occurs when I tag the document. I am unable to change the tab order. If I try to change the reading order by dragging items around other items will jump around and it creates a mess that's worse than what I started with. I have to choose between an untagged pdf that is a fillable form with correct tab order or a tagged pdf that is still technically a fillable form, but with a weird reading order and tab order. Please fix this.

Can't add text today using PDF edit. I'm not going to lie - this new version of Acrobat is horrible. Can we backtrack to the old version that actually worked?

When editing a photo, like on a newsletter, text gets messed up.
When editing a photo in a newsletter for example, I only want to edit the photo, by using photoshop, only to have text recognition mess up the text from a clipping on the same page. So there's no way, or extra steps needed to fix a page and then we receive complaints from clients, because we didn't catch it. This was rarely the case with older versions. I'm sure you're aware of this. WHEN are you going to give us back out old editing capabilities?

Redesign the Idiotic UI design
Adobe Photoshop has 70 tools. Acrobat has about half the number of tools as Photoshop. In Photoshop, a user doesn't have to load tools. All are accessible from the Tools panel and menu commands in the Windows menu. In Acrobat one has to load tools from the Load Tools Window.
