  1. Add horizontal and vertical text alignment options for the Panel Tool fillable text within the text box. Currently the alignment function only allows for the text box itself to align on the page. The ability to align text within the text box is crucial when the lower half of text is cut off at the bottom of the text box when changing fonts.

  2. Form fields should have character limits. When a user types characters into a field, Adobe Sign allows unlimited characters. When the document is saved and sent for further signatures, the text is truncated and not visible to the next signer. If you place a character limit on the fields this would alleviate the problem.

  3. I want my customers to be able to fill out an Adobe Form on an iPad with a feature to capture a photo of their ID. Currently there is not an image/photo capture field that can be included in the form. just the ability to add a photo to a form in the design.

  4. The e-sign tool appears when I try to enter text in a field that does not require a signature. Customer service had me deactivate the "new" Adobe and then open "prepare form" from the toolbar.

Please change whatever is now causing this issue, as I have not changed anything on my end.

  5. We have had issues with alt text being duplicated into the actual text field when using the right click to access alt text or using the order panel to access alt text. The only way it is not duplicated is if alt text is entered via the tags panel properties method.

  8. Forms made in Acrobat Pro DC on a Mac running High Sierra, OS 10.13.6. When specifying fields 'required' any text entered doubles up when printed on a pc.
Tried changing field background colour to white to block out doubled text, but cannot make the fields non-transparrant

  9. I'm editing 2 different PDF forms, last years an internal PDF form created from external source pdf and this years external source PDF with changes converted to a PDF form.

    1. I can't open the 2 forms in separate instances of PDF form editor, or at least it is not ready apparent on how to do this.
    2. Being that I'm unable to open the forms in 2 separate instances, I open both PDFs in same instance and pull one of the tabs to another monitor. 2a. Each time I click on the properties menu item, the dialog…

  10. need an option to highlight the entire pdf when preparing a form to change features like read only and lock it. either give an option to highlight the entire form or by page (where the field box is on the right side) that way we can edit properties faster and conveniently.

  11. OS: 10.13.1 & Acrobat Pro DC 17.12.20098.240878

When building a form for a client, I use the "Add An Image Field". This field stopped working properly after I updated OS and to CC 2018. Now when the client tries to add a photo, everything works as expected through the photo upload process, but the photo will not display in the photo's form field after they click the "OK" button after browsing for and uploading the photo.

The options for the button are "Label only", "Invert", State: Up. These are the default settings for the Image field.

    I was…

  14. When filling out a PDF form in Hebrew it crashes.

The good news is that I found a fix: If I change the first field in the form to right to left (it is left to right by default) It does not crash anymore.

  15. Environment:
Windows. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version 2019.012.20040

Expected result is that the text field remains Read Only when the digital signature is cleared.

What happens is the Read Only field appears visible as if it can have data entered into it.

Unfortunately I cannot seem to reproduce it on other forms, and I cannot attach this form as it is proprietary. Not sure if this is a familiar problem with others.

  16. Acrobat is soo frustrating. Everytime we enter text is a space the text is a different size. Please add multi-select capabilities with options to make the text boxes align on the bottom and make the same text size... .OMG. Please fix. This is been awful and still no fix. It makes people and business look amaturish.

  17. Form Fills are no longer being detected since updated to the new Mac OSX Mojave.

Previous PDF's that I used successfully with the form fill option are no longer having their fields detected. Not a single aspect of the form has the field detected. When preparing a form, it quickly goes through all pages and detects zero form fills.

Need this function for my work, and it's currently crippling me.

  18. After marking up edits (using the Comments tools of Strikethrough, Replace text and Insert text) in PDF proofs generated by InDesign, I want to be able to view and copy the edited text as it will now apppear, without the mark-up. This is because it is extremely difficult to read and understand the result of numerous complex edits in the PDF, and also I want to send the revised text to other people to check that the final version reads ok. So I envisage it as selecting the edited text in the PDF and being able to copy and…

  19. When creating a template or otherwise sending a document, form fields should auto "snap to grid" in any document that has lines on it similar to Acrobat DC auto form create. It's frustrating to go into this platform after using Acrobat DC and realizing it will now take about an hour to re-create the same form that took 2 minutes in Acrobat DC.

  20. Why is there now easily found method of adjusting the font size or to allow for text wrapping in a form I am filling out. It's maddening I pay for a service that doesn't clearly lay out preferences for this.

I am entering text into a fillable form and it disappears beyond the text box. I want the information to be readable for whomever wants to see the information, not have it appear as cut off words.
