Duplication of Sender Message into Comments
When we share for review, the sender message option is causing duplication of email notifications.
Even if we do not input anything into the sender message when we share a file, a generic message is added into the email notification that is sent to all recipients, and then 30 seconds later, that generic message is added automatically as a comment to the shared file. The comment generates 2nd email notification that is going out to all recipients letting them know there is a comment added to the link. So for every shared file, each recipient gets two emails back-to-back.

Customized pre-populated form message
I include the same message with each form I send out for signature. Rather than having to copy/paste it into each individual form, I would like to save my customized message so that it pre-populates on each form automatically. The current message, which I have to delete each time to enter my own message, says: Please review and sign this document.

READ ONLY warning message
When opening a pdf that is already in use by another user, please provide a message box to notify the user the file will be opened in read only because someone already has opened the file.

Insert and replace default color
When using the "Add note to replace text" (insert and replace) commenting tool, it is impossible to edit the default color of the replacement mark using Properties. This used to be possible, and is still possible for other commenting tools. (Adobe Acrobat Pro via Creative Cloud on MacOS 12.6.7)

Changing layer default visibility state is awkward and sometimes does not save
I use Acrobat PRO DC in prepress to switch layer visibility in PDF's that are linked to Illustrator imposition file. Usually I need to change 2-5 layer visibility. The process involves awkwardly too many steps to change a default visibility state of a layer in order for it to be saved. And when trying to save changes sometimes it fails. To correct the issue I usually have to rotate the page CCW and back CW and just then the layer visibility state can be saved. Allow shared review deadline default to be changed to None
I never use deadlines for shared reviews, so the 14-day default is a nuisance. I often forget to change it to None (3 extra clicks for nothing) and then have to go back and change it when reviewers complain review is locked - more time wasted.
Please give us the option to have None as the default. It's the obvious default.

Deceptive "default app" notification on mac
Minutes ago, I got a desktop notification from Acrobat asking if I wanted to change the default PDF handler to Acrobat Pro (I don't). However, the button on the notification alert simply said "Show." I clicked it, thinking it would open Acrobat and give me a choice to "never ask me again." Instead, it opened Acrobat and said "Successfully set Acrobat to open PDF files by default."
This is downright user-hostile. Adobe, stop using these terrible deceptive patterns! We are literally paying you hundred and thousands of dollars and you treat us like garbage.

Hide Page Controls by Default
Please add a setting to preferences to hide page controls by default on each new PDF.
I don't want page controls docked to the top of the screen because I never use them, so when I choose "Hide Page Controls" I would like it if they stayed hidden. Yet, every time I open a new PDF, there they are again. I have to choose "hide page controls" on every new document. They hide content on the PDF by constantly getting in the way. Track Comments Feature Must Be Activated
We are currently facing an issue with the "Track Comments" feature under "Send for Comments" in the latest version of Adobe Acrobat:
In the latest version, the feature cannot be added.
In the previous version, the feature could be added, but it appeared in a disabled state and could not be activated.
This functionality is essential for our document review workflows and must be enabled as soon as possible.We have already contacted Adobe Support, and they advised us to submit this issue as an enhancement request via UserVoice.

default textbox settings
Whenever a page is copied with a text box on it, the text box defaults to left aligned and shrinks to the size of the text. Then I need to stretch the text box to the edges of the screen and click center text again. This would be avoided if there was a way to center the text box on the text. At least have the text box of a copied page inherit the properties of the page it came from. This would significantly reduce the tedium of creating pages identical aside from the text centered on each page.

Outlook - Adobe PDFMaker - Generate Single PDF with Message and Attachments
It would be really awesome if Adobe PDF Maker was able to generate a single PDF Document containing the message and any attachments automatically. For example, if I receive an email and that email has one or more attached documents (e.g. PDF, Word, etc.), when I create a PDF document, a PDF document is created containing the email message and all attachments in the subsequent pages.

Adobe Sign - provide option to amend message after uploading pdf
When using Acorbat's Adobe Sign tool to configure a document for signatures, the standard message to recipients is "Please review and sign this document." I often customize this message. However, you get only one opportunity to edit it: after clicking "specify where to sign," triggering the upload process, you cannot change the message to recipients. At that point your only options are to either (1) cancel and start the whole process over, or (2) send for signatures. CC updates default my preferences
Can we stop defaulting preferences when there is a CC update. My tools keep disappearing and having to open them and viewing preferences are gone. Having to change it everytime you update and I never know when that is going to happen as I don't ever get notified.

error message when creating pdf
Today when I try to create a PDF from a word doc, I receive an error message when the word file opens that "windows cannot print due to a problem with the current printer setup."
I have not made any changes to my printer, printer drivers, word software or Adobe software.
I also get a similar error message when trying to create a PDF from a spreadsheet. Again, I haven't made any changes here.
What should I do? I am completely out of ideas.

Zoom Tool: Please add additional default zoom percentages
Please add additional default zoom percentages for 15" and 17" laptop screens. BACKGROUND: As a college student, I read a lot of academic articles and PDF textbooks. However, I get a little irritated every time that I have to manually type in a zoom percentage of 250% or 270% because the default percentages jump from 200% to 300% (which is TOO much)! I know. It's a menial request. But it would make a HUGE difference for someone in my situation. Thank you!

Default color palettes should be the same across all android, windows & mac devices
When working with a document in different devices (in my case Android and windows PC devices), the default color palettes for commenting are different. They should be similar to ensure the colors are the same across any device.
