  1. We are currently experiencing a problematic issue concerning validating signatures in PDF files created with Adobe PRO. We are using a third party platform that places the signatures (3 signers) and its audittrail into the PDF with a Hash. All signings are placed succesfully but after i download the file again it will not validate the signatures because the file has been changed according to Adobe. This, however, is not the case and Foxit PDF does succesfully validate the signatures.   2. stop taking over and exporting my Microsoft Word office documents saved in pdf form. When using my Word office then saving docs to pdf they are now opening in adobe acrobat dc. I use to be able to save my docs in pdf form, open them with my microsoft office and add signatures and write text on them through that program. Now when I save a document it AUTOMATICALLY is converted into an adobe pdf and opens in adobe dc WHICH I DO NOT WANT! I should have the OPTION on choosing which program opens my pdf. If I choose…

  3. Make feedback simple. Like it used to be for software. Just click on a feedback button in the application and type your feedback. This web based, second party system is absurd.

  4. In "Prepare Form" form fields are sometimes auto-generated with names that contain leading space e.g. " _2b". These fields looks innocent in user interaction. But when one want to manipulate them in javascript, they are listed out in getNthFieldName() yet invisible in getField(), thus blocking the automation.

    Solution 1: allow leading/trailing space in getField()
    Solution 2: trim field names in form field auto-generation

    Implement both would be best.

  5. In Acrobat DC, when viewing in untabbed mode, the part of the toolbar that shows the current zoom level and allows the user to type in the desired zoom percentage is missing. It appears on the floating/vanishing toolbar when page controls are moved out of toolbar, but not on the main toolbar.

    Please add this feature back to the toolbar. Using tabbed viewing is NOT a solution. This should have never been removed in the first place. Let me repeat, having to use tabbed viewing is NOT a solution.

  6. As an architect, whenever I create a plan or document that needs to have an area measured by square feet, I use the MEASURE tool, change the scale to .250/sf, for ex. Then I save it and close it. When I need to go back in to that plan at a later date, I want to be able to highlight the measured area and show the scale that was utilized to measure the area, not just the total square foot measured.

    Any chance for this option in Preferences?

  7. The new version of camera raw is inconvenient to use. I prefer the versions where the tools were at the top with icons and not on the right. it would be good if I could change versions to the previous interface myself. The new camera raw looks like LR and many people don't like it.
    scrolling down is a step back for more efficient work. It slows me down personally. old camera raw interface please

  8. The program has been freezing multiple times in the last week just opening a document. The Send By Email envelope has changed to the top right corner of the document in the last week as well. Clicking on the envelope opens up a blank screen with no options to attach to email. I use this function many times a day to submit bids.

  10. This box I'm typing in has no expansion triangle in the bottom right corner. Although it scrolls, the limited dimensions may be OK for ideas but are a hindrance for bug reporting. The entry space in the Acrobat Support Forums allows all the room one needs and allows the posting of images and video of anomalies. Yet the last couple of times I've reported a bug in Support, I've been redirected to re-report everything here and provide the Uservoice URL. If this is going to be a bug-reporting space as well as an "idea" space, it needs a full-featured editor.

  11. Get the free Adobe Scan app no Ukraine in the list of countries for telephone numbers
    Adobe Acrobat PRO DC -> Left bar "Scans" -> "Get the free Adobe Scan app -> choose country for phone number that link by SMS can be revived

  12. The uninstall process left the highlighted programs still running on my machine after the uninstall completed successfully. this caused my google chrome web browser to stutter whilst playing videos. Funny how there's a .dll file with "chrome" in its name in that directory.

    Don't really appreciate software running on my PC without permission. Probably contacting Adobe servers to see if its a licensed copy. It was a trial version of Adobe Acrobat DC downloaded 2 weeks ago.

  13. Add a setting for zoom wheel reverse.
    Push should mean the part or doc on screen goes away from you… eg work goes away
    Pull the wheel toward you … pulls the item / work towards you…

  15. I can't combine PDF files into one document. I'm combining several pages that are in the same layout with different information. It changes all of the data in later pages to the same as the first one! Why would I want multiples of the same page? I don't want a portfolio I want to combine the multiple pages.

    This used to be fine, why can it no longer be done??

  16. I want to upvote "Reopen PDFs Launched in previous sessions on Opening Acrobat/Reader".
    Although you implemented reopen pdfs from last session, it would be INCREDIBLY useful to be able to save sessions. e.g. 5 specific pdfs regarding research on wastewater management could be saved as a session and 10 different pdfs (or some of the previous 5) as a session regarding Mn removal from water with an option to recall whichever I need when opening Acrobat. That would speed up a lot of people's workflow, especially those who have to jump through multiple topics with various materials.

  18. When creating a PDF from a .docx file from within Microsoft Word, when PDF/A compliance is set to "PDF/A-1a", text boxes will have borders in the PDF even when they do not have borders in the Word document itself. No other PDF/A compliance setting exhibits this bug.

  19. A dynamic date stamp tool that does NOT show the user's name and also does NOT show the time would be very helpful especially now while working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. My physical custom date stamper is in the office. We need a date but do not need my name or the time stamped on documents we receive. I was asked this morning to remove an Acrobat date stamp because management does not want my name on the date stamp.

  20. Printed an envelope a month ago, but system then decided that was my default. I print letters daily but have to change out from #10 envelope every time. No way to change default; how about a button to do so?
