  1. I don't want the required fields outlined with a red border when my client opens the form, only when they have completed it if there are any required fields missing. This would seem logical & I cant understand why this isn't already in place?

You will need to implement keystroke script for this. You can use the Properties dialog > format > Custom options to use.

  2. With Flash/Animate for years, I've had trouble with nested animations. In order to use the nesting to its full potential, and for organization, I will animate small pieces in nested animations (Flash) and am now trying to use pre-Composite groups on the main composition (AfterEffects). For multiple items, and for many nested animations, it's extremely difficult to create a uniform animation when I can't see what's happening in the Main Composition/ Timeline while in the nested animation or pre-composite. A feature to allow you to see what happens in the Main Timeline while working on these smaller pieces would be…

  5. I would like to be able to either resize all pages in an Adobe & have the program scale down the oversized documents or find an alternative way to save PDFs through Adobe with the printer option. I just moved from a Windows computer to a Mac and I used to be able to print as a PDF and my documents would be scaled down to 8.5x11 but apparently, Mac does not allow this option and Adobe doesn't allow you to resize all pages nor does it scale them when you do try to shrink the page dimensions

  6. When adding a stamp to a document, it automatically adds an additional blank comment as well. This is new and unexpected behavior. The file attached has 3 stamps on it but 6 comments were created - there should only be 3 comments created by the stamps.

  7. Please consider returning the menu option's drop down menus to black letters. The current very thin grey font, while fashionable, does look very similar to the well established 'grey = unavailable' menu entries. Especially on LCD laptop screens who's hues & tone are affected by screen tilt. Thank you

  8. In the top menu bar under the "View" tab: please revise the way "view functions" operates so that while editing PDFs, it only rotates the page you are viewing instead of the entire document. Otherwise, you must open the document in "organize pages" and correct page orientation to obtain the desired result.

  9. In our day-to-day work, we have documents that are required to be signed on each page (or at least stamped on each page). My current work-around is that I have loaded a 'stamp' into the initials field in Adobe DC and use this to identify each page in a report that I issue.

An example is attached which shows the green coloured "Audit Identified Only" stamp on the top right of each page. This 'stamp' has been applied as a signature (using initials) on each page.

It would be useful to have someway of 'stamping' or 'signing' each page with…

  11. I often sign for me wife and cannot store more than 1 signature.

We don't have a printer, so we rely on digital signatures to sign contracts. Given I am more tech savvy than her, I often sign on her behalf.

Can Acrobat allow for more than 1 signature?

  14. I like that I can now scroll through the entire document and not just one page at a time but I can't scroll with my touchscreen because it always thinks I'm trying to "fill". It would help a lot if I could also scroll using touchscreen in my business.

    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

We are investigating the issue at our end and will let you know in case of any updates.

    Regards,
    Sandeep Grover

  15. Since the latest Acrobat update (Build: 19.8.20071.303822), the app briefly "flashes" (launches and quits) at startup. I checked the System Prefs/Login Items, and, as expected, I only see AdobeResourceSynchronizer there so I don't quite understand what is going on. Do you? Otherwise, the app works as advertised (so far). Thanks.

  17. Adobe DC is not cooperarting with the canon printer at work. We had to change my default printer and it seemed to fix things, for a few hours.
All in all Adobe is giving me trouble with
-wouldn't open files through windows file explorer (I have to go through Adobe's menus, fine. Inconvenient but it'll work.)
-extracting pages from a pdf file
-saving a pdf file to my network drive
    - Adobe DC closes/shuts down when I try to open more than one pdf at a time

This program used to work beautifully and now it's giving me headaches and…
