  1. This is a bug. I'm checking a check box on a W9 in Acrobat but when I go to "Sign". I want to check the box before it goes to the signer but the check mark does not show up. I don't want the signer to check the box.
i get amessage in Acrobat Pro that I need yet another application to make a text edit so I can get this document out, which is not quite time sensitive.

  5. I don't want to save the document in Word, I just want to save the PDF in "my documents" on my computer. Is there no way to do this? Or if there is what is the magic spell I have to put on Adobe to do that. Cannot access the Adobe Cloud- whatever that is- to attach documents.

  7. When a select a comment (annotation) in a pdf's page, his correspondance in the comment list is highlight and show in the bottom of the list.
Is there a way to change that (like all other Acrobat before!!). So when you select the comment his correspondance is show first in the comment list?
I don't know why that change in Acrobat DC, but it it makes my job really complicated....

Lorsque je sélecte un commentaire ou annotation dans une page d'une pdf, sa correspondance dans la liste de commentaires devient en couleur et se place en bas de la liste…

    Hi,

Thanks for Reaching out to us.
I would request you to kindly add the Loupe tool in your main toolbar. thats how you can do that

    1) launch any pdf and right click on the main toolbar
    2) select “Show Select and zoom Tool” and click on “Loupe Tool”
    3) click on the loupe tool icon added to the toolbar and then click on any area in the pdf

Now you can see an enlarged view of a specific area in a pdf in a separate window

Let me know if that solves your concerns

    Thanks

  11. I will be in the middle of a project and this comes up...

Adobe Acrobat DC has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. If this happens, I am going to stop paying a monthly fee and discontinue services. HELP

You can do the following steps to get the desired result.
    1) Open a pdf
    2) Right click and go to document properties.
    3) click on initial view tab
    4) Select desired values from the drop-down for ‘Page lyaout’ & ‘Navigation tab’.

  16. When opening Acrobat DC on Mac OS (High Sierra 10.13.3) the icon 'bounces' in the dock, shows that it's open, then is unusable. If I click the icon in the dock, nothing happens. If I control-click, and select 'Show All Windows', a blue halo appears where an application screen should be, but there's nothing there. When selecting a PDF to open, if Acrobat is 'open' nothing happens. If it is not, it goes through the normal startup with the bouncing icon in the dock, then nothing happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few different times now, as…

  17. Place image (click field, browse for image, image selected, fit with options to Fit Proportional to Image and Fit proportional to frame) in fillable, save-enabled PDF form via READER, not edit via Pro. This is to allow end users to place a logo in a standardized form (sponsorships, partnerships, etc). To limit this to Pro as a layout option only is such a waste.

  18. When viewing PDF file containing .notdef glyph for a type 3 font, Acrobat displays incorrect output. Other viewers, such as Chrome, display the file correctly. Attached is an example of such file.

  19. I am needing a way to have a notification pop up upon entering a document letting me know if someone is already in the pdf and editing. As it stands now, the only notification you get is when you are finished editing and ready to save. At this point neither individuals can save their changes unless someone closes out without saving changes to allow the other to save.
