  1. Embedded video in PDF Interactive has borders

    I have a video in MP4, H.264 embedded in an Interactive PDF. Properties are with no border and background white, still before it starts reproducing I see a grey cube in place of the video and as long as it is not in Full Screen mode I have always some kind of border around the video.   2. Pdf not recognized by default email application (Microsoft Outlook) on Windows 10 PC

    Bug. I am unable to attach and send pdf documents from Adobe using the default email application (Microsoft Outlook) from my Windows 10 PC even though it is set up in the default applications.

  3. white box around text - Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

    I've got some text layers 95% opacity with drop shadow applied on Illustrator. Those Ai files are linked into a Indesign doc, exported as PDF but when I view the artworks on Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (version attached) there is a white box around the text. This only happens on Adobe Acrobat. If I use Mac Preview it looks fine. I can only fix the issue if I make the text layer 100% opacity in Illustrator. This bug only happens when the doc is viewed on any zooms that are 100% or less. It looks fine on 125% or over…

  5. Printing locally from Adobe Acrobat Pro DC has never worked despite multiple "fixes"

    I have CC full suite and from the day I had to install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC I have been unable to print locally from any open PDF. I have tried multiple fixes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I've updated the printer drivers and had my IT support look at it. And now that this program is embedded in everything, I can't event go back to Acrobat XI. If I'm lucky I can export the PDF as an image or word document and print from there, but if I'm looking at document that's large that is just simply…

  7. Preparing a document for Send & Sign

    I had a 42 page document that I needed to send out for initials & signatures. I carefully [for 30 minutes] prepared the document for sender + 2 signers, sent to be "prepared" and then clicked sign. It came back with me being the only signer in every place I had prepared. This despite checking and double checking the emails addresses were correct for signers 1 & 2. So I tried going in and editing the fields, which still did not resolve the problem. So I deleted the document and redid it...with the same result. I called support and spoke…

  8. Taskbar icon for Acrobat and Reader are exactly the same

    How about having a different taskbar icon for Reader and Acrobat! There are some users that use both and it would be nice to be able to distinguish which program is which by looking at the icon! Like we USED to!

  10. Correcting dimensions of the boxes with + and - in "Set Page Boxes"

    In every Adobe program it is possible to correct sizes by adding a value with + or -. Why isn't it possible in Acrobat menu "Set Page Boxes"?

  12. Don't move the document zoom after using "Set Page Boxes"

    If you use the "Set Pages Boxes" and apply the entered correction with "OK" the scrollbar moves to the top of the side. So I have to scroll down again to check my correction. If you have to work really detailed, it's quite annoying to scroll down again and again....

  13. "Set Page Boxes" wrong preview for TrimBox

    1. Open PDF
    2. Open Set Page Boxes - TrimBox
    3. Add a value in "Top", "Bottom", "Left" and "Right": For all sides you can see grey guides in your document. Expect for the right side. The right guideline is somewhere outside the document.

    I have to use this really often so it's quite annoying not to see where the guideline is placed. That means a lot of time for "trying".

    I tried using it myself and the guidelines are visible for all four sides. Can you please share some files where you see this happening (and also a screenshot of the issue so that I can be sure we are on the same page).
    This would help us investigate the issue faster.

    Cannot convert PDF to word when temp folder is Directory Junction in Windows.

    Steps to reproduce the issue:
    1. Create a Directory Junction for %temp% using mklink /J %temp% X:\temp_dst
    2. Try convert a pdf file to word (also as powerpoint, excel)

    Environment:
    OS: Windows 7 x64 Traditional Chinese
    Acrobat Version: 2018.009.20044

    Expected result:
    Word file create correctly.

    Observed result:
    A dialog say: "Save As failed to process this document. No file was created."

  18. Unable to change Acrobat DC default settings

    Acrobat DC doesn't remember settings of action "Create PDF file from scanner", in Output: i have to manually select "Multiple files" instead of the default "One File",
    and when saving files at the end of the scan, i have each time to change the default acrobat directory.
