  2. We used to be able to actually ADD text to our pdf's, I am not seeing where or what I need to click on to be able to do this as easy as with the previous Adobe Pro XI version our company had.

  3. I do not have an idea, I have a complaint. We pay for adobe and we use the adobe sign on a daily basis and on a daily basis I have issues with the website not responding and I have to try multiple times to get it to work. Today I have tried multiple times to send my documents to be signed and all I see is thumbnail not yet available and it is not displaying my docs. Super frustrating when there are deadlines to meet. My idea would be to have a working program.

  5. I purchased a monthly plan of Acrobat DC. I was not able to install via Adobe Creative Cloud. Therefore, I downloaded the installer from the Web, and have succesfully installed Acrobat DC. I am now asked to provide a registration serial number. Where can I find this number?

  7. I received this document via email, and it previews fine in my Outlook Client, I downloaded and opened the file to sign, and Acrobat Pro would not display the file correctly. I was under pressure to sign the document, and I ended up downloading Foxit Reader and it read and allowed me to sign the document for free. Later I viewed the same document on my Android device in Acrobat, and the same error was reproduced. I contacted support and they were unable to resolve the issue.   8. I need to share a PDF of some confidential documents of our business that are integral to finalising a deal with a new partner. They need to view these documents before they can sign an agreement

    I can ensure that they cannot copy, edit or print the PDF, but I cannot stop them from downloading a copy and storing it locally. Even though this copy would also be uncopyable or unprintable they would be able to share their local copy with other people if they shared their password too.

  9. Adobe Acrobat XI Standard opens for 10-20 seconds before crashing. No error dialog, the application window simply disappears. Have run repair, have uninstalled Reader, have run as administrator, same result. Computer has been rebooted several times. This is for a managed client who critically needs Acrobat to function.

  10. I've noticed that with recent updates to Adobe Acrobat DC that one can no longer Command-Click the title bar of the window to open the containing folder in Finder. This works for other apps. This is really useful when trying to find the file.

  11. Please let those of us who prefer it to simply use Adobe software like any other. No creative cloud, no membership, no password. I just want to read and edit pdf files. It's software. Let me just use it. As it is I have lots of pdf files and I'll go along. But as soon as there's an alternative, I'll bold from Adobe and never come back. Unless I can again just use the software like before.

  12. Dear Adobe Team,

    it would be a great feature if a sender is receiving Out of Office messages if he has send out an aggrement via Adobe Sign. If the user replys to a Adobe Sign mail this is being send to the sender. But Out of Office messages are not being forwared. This would be a highly needed feature. If you need anything from me concerning this feature request please let me know.

  13. The "save as" dialog menu in Acrobat Pro (Windows edition) looks counterintuitive, especially the location of "Choose a different folder" button. I've never seen such a menu structure ever. Normally Windows Explorer has a similar thing on the top of the menu. It's a good idea to have a list of recent folders on a screen, but actually I need easy access to other folders on my computer.   14. Acrobat DC is better than 11.x in many ways, but one lost feature is the ability to default opening documents viewed for the first time with 2-up continuous view (or other choices). Downloading pdfs from many sources, pdfs may be single page, single page scroll, etc, with bookmarks or menus open or closed. Acro11 actually worked when setting this default to 2-up. In DC preferences/page display/default layout & zoom, setting to 2-up has ZERO effect on documents opened for the first time. They open in the default of the provider.   15. When I want to edit an object in an external editor, the tool ”Edit using…” only shows ”Open with…”.
    Illustrator/Photoshop is not shown in the list as it used to. It makes no difference if I set them (or any other compatible app) as default editors in preferences.

  16. I made a PDF with InDesign 15.0 and the bookmarks are missing in full Acrobat DC 2019.021.20056. However, the bookmarks do display ok in my wife's computer's copy of Acrobat Reader.

  18. I want to be able to do form that, when someone fills it, they dont need to log in to their email account to send it to me. I want it that, when pressing the send button, it automatically sends it to my email account.

  19. I regularly print pdf files in booklet format. A lot of files stop the with error code 900. While on an older MacBook with Adobe Reader 9.5.5 all documents print flawless! I will not activate this version until I have a solution for this problem!

  20. Back to the usability idea ... One should be able to have a UNIQUE reference number for each and every post. If users/moderators take the time to review posts, then they should be able to reference them BY NUMBER in their own personal notes and to others.

    Right now I cannot possibly suggest that you refer to comment xxxx from date xxxx under topic xxxx .....

    How about a simple SQL database to track things ??? These pop-up subcategories by keyword search are helpful, but they are not nearly complete !

    PS Number = xxxxxxxx + Section + 2 keywords…
