Remove annoying "Make edits right in your PDF" ad
For the past few days, whenever I started Acrobat, an annoying advertising popup that required manual closing appeared. It says "Make edits right in your PDF" and no matter whether I let it "show me" how it works (I customarily do Edit documents myself, BTW), it keeps opening on the next iteration. Most annoying, unlike other similar popups that occasionally appeared on startup. Happens on different systems.

Mouse scroll wheel no longer works in Acrobat Pro.
Beginning June 17, I can no longer scroll through the tags or content panes. This is a new problem this week, and I have confirmed that multiple people are experiencing the same thing.

Enhance Camera Image Fails in new UX
After the latest update I am unable to use the Enhance Camera Image option when performing OCR. I am given the handles to select the border area of the document, but the popup window with the "Enhance" button does not appear, leaving me unable to continue.

Annoying we cannot hide side toobars
It's super annoying we cannot hide the side bars. If I am editing two pdf's side by side they take up a LOT of space. This is a professional app. Also a very expensive all. Why don't we have complete and configurable key commands that we can use instead of giving up 30% of our screen space to toolbars?

We Need a Flip (Horizontally) and Stick Floating Toolbar
Please give us a floating bar with flip and stick functionality. The request is two part:
(1) THE FLIP: Please program a floating toolbar that cab be flipped horizontally. The vertical bar can be problematic on both small and large format screens. On small screens it may float over the text (where documents are maximized for readability) making documents less readable (I see this problem commonly in Adobe Discussion threads). My problem is that I use a large screen, and often review wide format documents (maps, plans, etc.) or I am using a two-page view. With my bigger screen, the…

Please remove the [+create] button from the top ribbon where the tabs are. It's highly annoying. Can it be placed somewhere else?
Please remove the [+create] button from the top ribbon where the tabs are. It's highly annoying. Can it be placed somewhere else? I accidently hit it quite often when I am just trying to move the window, or close a tab.

Documents with fill sections
This is more of a complaint. This new e-signatures feature you all put in for the PDFs has messed up the ability to enter information into fill sections. I can't change the information in the fill sections anymore.
Overall, could you all just stop messing with stuff for a little while and let us get used to whats already there? You all have added so many new features and stuff that it's becoming convoluted. Just stop. Ya'll doing too much.

Please make the button less noticeable
Naturally, I use adobe acrobat reader mainly for reading pdfs. However, with the new update, I find the big bright colourful button in the top right corner very distracting. Acrobat reader is designed mainly for viewing pdfs, so it would make sense for it to have a streamline user interface that puts emphasis on the pdf being viewed. While that is the strategy adopted by most pdf viewers, it seems like acrobat reader took a turn for the worst and decided to sacrifice user interface in order to force AI features that nobody asked for into their users workflow.

Accessibility tags
The user experience of using the Accessibility tags feature is unacceptably inefficient. Consider that the user might need to tag hundreds of documents, themselves hundreds of pages. Try this yourself, or observe someone else trying it. You should quickly see how unnecessarily slow and tedious the workflow is, using these tools. Dragging little tiny icons around in the sidebar panel is slow, difficult, and often inaccurate. There's no way to just click on something on the screen to indicate what it is and how it should be tagged. You can't draw an area around an image/caption. When the auto tag…

text selection broken
Acrobat Pro does not always allow the text selection tool to actually select text (in OCR'd or otherwise readable text distilled from a Word doc or whatever). Quitting the app then restarting solves the problem, temporarily, but later the bug returns. There are threads about this on Reddit and other places. I am not able to produce a screenshot because I cannot capture a picture of Acrobat not allowing the selection tool to work.

Bring back email pdf file
In the latest version of Acrobat Pro, it looks like the ability to send a pdf as a file by email has been removed. This is a critical feature. When I receive a pdf invoice I send the file into my accounting software for archive and processing. I can't send my accounting software a link to the pdf, I need to send the actual file. Please bring this feature back.

Hide the left side tool bar
I DESPERATELY want a user preference that inhibits automatically opening the left side toolbar. I've seen a couple of other comments on the same topic where an Adobe engineer claims that F8 turns off the menu. News Flash: F8 does nothing in my Acrobat Reader AND I ALWAYS want the left-side tools menu hidden, unless summoned. I<b> READ</b> PDFs with Acrobat <b>Reader</b>, I don't need or want to see editing tools. So far (after YEARS of use) I haven't needed to redact, highlight, or annotate (comment), but I can see those capabilities as being potentially valuable when needed, though RARELY.

PDF files with layers always open the 'Layers' side panel.
When i open a PDF file that contains layers (most of our generated drawings) the 'Layers' side panel always opens, this is not required and I have to manually close the side panel every time, please add an option to stop side panels or tool panels from opening automatically.

Make New Acrobat Toolbar Fully Editable
First of all: great new clean look of Acrobat interface, I really like it. finally I can put my long desired "save as..." button in the toolbar, crazy it is not there by default but I can live with that.
Now why are the above elements not editable? For example the most used tools as the black arrow and the hand tool are hidden both under the arrow tool. It's one click extra again every time I like to switch from the one tool to the other. Like in other Adobe applications, please make that toolbar fully editable so we…
