Giving feedback is painful and has way too many barriers
It is so freaking hard to give feedback to y'all. I'm trying the 7 day trial but nothing is syncing up to allow me to download it and I genuinely want to cancel and never return to this product again. I had to get through several hoops to even attempt to explain this issue. I'm sure your UX team wants to do better, please fund them or allow them to actually collect user feedback more easily. Also the line height in this text area is way too tight.

Page navigation GONE
The new user interface does not allow for page navigation using the page numbers, and does not allow for bookmarks and comments to be open at the same time. It really is NOT user friendly for efficiently.

Need setting to Always Show Cover Page in Two Page View
I need every file to open in two-page view and show the cover page.
Currently, settings exist to make opening in two-page view the default, but no setting exists to always show the cover page in two-page view, or to make this the default open setting. Every time I open a file I have to go to View>Page Display>Show Cover Page in Two Page View.
Please add this setting to the Preferences>Page Display>Default Layout and Zoom section.

Retain settings during update
All of my personal settings in my user interface did not transfer during this update. I come to work this morning and have to re-learn how to find the tools that I use every day. Simple navigation is a major task. This completely wiped out my morning's productivity, which is EXTREMELY FRUSTERATING. Please please please dont do this to your users without our concent. The new Adobe Acrobat DC
Why does the new layout differ so much from the old one. The best thing is the switch button to the old version. Better would be a structure by toolbar, menu and panels like in Photoshop.

Relocate "+ Create" button or make smaller
The new "+Create" button is poorly located. When many documents are open in Adobe, it pushes this new button so far to the left that there is barely any room to grab the top bar so I can move the Adobe window to a different location on my screen or over to a different screen. My mouse ends up grazing the button, thus activating the options mini pop-up, which completely hides any space on the tab bar that was available to grab. Happens often to me and is super-frustrating.

I highly dislike the new layout. I have used the "insert (arrow, text box, check mark, etc.)" for years and years. Now I cannot even ADD comments and arrows, etc. I can only "SEND" for comments. I have gone around in circles and even Googled trying to find where the "arrows" are now. I am finding no answers. SO frustrating. I have found nothing that is an improvement, It is just rearranged on the page with things now no longer accessible. Please help!

Search doesn't highlight text, navigation arrows moved away from search box
In Windows version 2023.006, searching a PDF for text doesn't highlight the selected text. The navigation arrows for moving between searched text instances have moved to the lower right side of the window, away from the search box. That's not intuitive at all, and requires moving the mouse or touching a different area away from the user's focus.

Bug: Pdf Opens in the Desktop where an instance of it already exists when using multiple Desktop
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Open any pdf document in Desktop 1.
2. Open an other pdf document in Desktop 2.Environment:
Windows 10Expected result and observed result:
If you Open a pdf on Desktop 2 but already exists an instance on Desktop 1 the pdf opens in Desktop 1. I think It should open a new instance in Desktop 2.

"Always show document page size" is not working
I have the preference checked on for "Always show document page size" in the Preferences > Page Display tab in Acrobat Version 2023.006.20320 on MacOS Monterey but I no longer see the page size at the bottom left. Is it displayed somewhere new? Is this a bug?

Ability to pin ALL TOOLS
Is it possible to pin All Tools so I don't have to keep opening it? So frustrating that the window closes! This new update requires so many clicks to do simple tasks, very irritating.

"Enable Scrolling" DEFAULT On/Off Setting in Preferences -> Page Display
On the new Acrobat, there is no setting to change the default for this. It defaults to ON at all times. I am a legal professional, and this would be a big improvement for me. Users who regularly navigate long PDFs of hundreds of pages or more would benefit from having this setting OFF when opening documents, instead of having to disable it every time. Please add the ability to create custom keyboard shortcuts or assign default hotkeys to items on the toolbar
Hello:
I would really appreciate if the Adobe team would consider implementing either the ability to allow custom keyboard shortcuts or assign default keyboard shortcuts (i.e., hotkeys) to shortcuts on the toolbar.
If the second option to map hotkeys to toolbar shortcuts is implemented, I would really appreciate if by pressing the Alt key I could bring up a display of all shortcuts available. For example, please see the Microsoft Word image: if I press the Alt key, it displays all available keyboard shortcuts.

Acrobat 2023.006.20320 slowness/screen rendering death loop when zooming in
Acrobat 2023.006.20320 is slow to render when zooming in. Also when viewing a document with large dimensions like a banner or a large sign Acrobat will try to render the view but either fails to render all elements after a long time or it will keep looping trying to render portions of the screen, it looks like white boxes appearing then disappearing and just keeps looping and never finishes rendering. The only way to make it stop is to close the document or force quit Acrobat. Just zoom in to reproduce.

Zoom buttons :
1st - they used to be on the top and in view, now they are in the bottom right corner and you can't move them.
2nd - the buttons only move in increments of 25%, 100% is too big, 75% is too small. to have 85% i have to click on the 100 (not the % because if you just have 85, it doesn't work) every time I open a file.this would not be bad if I was able to set my preferences to a particular %, but that only goes in 25% increments as well…

It is common that the underlying PDF used for an Acrobate Sign template (like an agreement that is used often) is revised once in a while. combining files is super slow
Combining the files was working fine; however, the files took more than an hour to combine. Trying to sort the sequence of the documents before combining them takes a few minutes to work. The internet's speed for both download and upload speed was more or less 200 Mbps.

Selecting and Extracting Pages from a file
Why is it so difficult now to extract pages from a PDF? You used to be able to open thumbnails, click on a page, hold down on the shift key and arrow down to grab the pages you need to extract. With the update you now have to open thumbnails, click on the 1st page you want about 50 times before a little box pops up and then you have to click another 50 times to get that box to check and then to grab additional pages it's an exercise in futility. Problems with new version
Two features essential to me are either gone or hidden so that I can't find them in the new version. They are important for me in my work as a translator.
In the previous version, there was a "windows" tab at the top that enabled me to open a second copy of the same file and then drag it so that the two copies appeared as separate tabs in a single Acrobat window. I can not find the hand tool with your newest update. Nor does it appear that I can type in a search for it. There is no icon in any of the bars. Nor does there appear any line in the preferences that addresses the hand tool. This seems like a very obvious oversight. Please address it immediately because reader is not nearly as useful without it.
