  1. Did you already notice that in Acrobat / Adobe Reader there is now no way to zoom the document, except with a mouse click on the corresponding buttons? Previously, as in Indesign and Photoshop, you could use Space + Alt + Control and Mouse Action to select areas or Zoom by Alt + mouse wheel.
    It would be nice if these possibilities are finally reactivated!

  2. Ok here is the issue,

    When I edit PDF file using Arabic text, everything ( to some extent is fine )
    But if I just saved the file, then try to edit it again
    ( i.e. Change font, Change Color, Change size, edit the text it self )

    Arabic letters would just go wrong, attached an image showing the issue.

    I noticed that this only happen if ( Tashkeel ) is used.

    I had the same issue on both Machines : Mac OS & Windows 10.

    Also PDF attached with an example,
    if you just tried to change the Text…

  3. If there was a refresh button maybe that would help. As it is now, I have to get into to Form setup and back out again, or keep on clicking on various fields until the correct values show up.

  4. Right now your Adobe Cloud or DropBox are the only way to save your edits to a PDF on your iPad. I need a way to save the Adobe PDFs from my Adobe Reader (Pro Subscription) to any kind of shared drive. Microsoft is best.

  5. It should be possible, to have an ADD TO, JOIN TO or MERGE command to integrate a PDF file into another one, directly from the File Menu applications.
    As an example
    1. Attached on an email I receive a PDF file containing the instructions to pay my Car Insurance.
    2. I save this PDF as “Car Insurance 2019.pdf”
    3. A few day later I pay this insurance thru Online Banking
    4. I save the proof of the payment as “Payment House Insurance 2019.pdf”
    The new command
    a. Besides the SAVE or SAVE AS - creating another PDF file, it should…

    I am sorry for the inconvenience you are facing.
    Can you share with us the acrobat version and the operating system you are using
    Also some sample PDFs with which you are facing this issue.

  8. There is no differentiation between ben and finger touch input und windows tablet pcs. I'd like to hightlight, write etc with the pen and move the page withmy fingers without selecting the "move" tool every time.

  11. The process to make a PDF accessible is overly complicated and buggy. Usually while doing this, something will go wrong and the only way to fix it is to close the document, open it again, do the same process and hope it works. This process should be as simplistic as possible so everything can be accessible.

    Hi Joel,
    We are always working to make it a better of experience for our accessibility customers.
    We’ll be adding the support of Undo/Redo in order panels and Reading Order Tool in our coming releases.
    Can you please tell me why you need the Tags Panel and Reading Order to be merged.

  12. On Macbook Pro, OS Mojave: when Acrobat Pro DC starts it's always at the main 15" screen of the Macbook when i simply want to drag the window to my external 27" screen (LG) it crashes instantly. Note that that it does not matter if Acrobat is in fullscreen or regular floating screen modus. I also tried to move the screen by using the Mac OS Mission Control but Acrobat crashes anyway. After crashing i get only the error report: "Acrobat has stopped unexpectedly"'.

  13. i have 20+ active reviews in tracker. The icons shows not and then icon for new message. It usually means that there is something new in my reviews. But very often there is no new stuff. So I need to open and close every single item to see close the new item icon???
    I have realized that it shows this icon as soon as someone opens the file. But the tracker itself shows the file in bold only when someone have written something. This is very annoying, especially if you have several pdf in review... PLease fix.

  14. I am trying to add footers to a form which in Acrobat 11 was very efficient. Since being forced into using DC this capability has become ridiculously slow (15 - 20 secs to add 2 characters). I am using a 64bit 8gb RAM laptop. Paying lots, getting little.

  15. I add a review page to my documents. I want this always to be on the first page. But I am not able to edit default location for "before first page".
    Please make this setable in the settings. We create around 3000 documents each year and every single one has a review page as cover sheet during reviews. Not default seems to be after page 1.
    So we have to change this every single time.

  18. I digitally sign a lot of invoices. I'm not filling in a field, just creating a box that fills with my digital signature. It used to take me a couple of clicks in the old version. Now I have to do Tools, certificates, select the signature, click on a box and a button... And then the next time I open a PDF I have to go through the whole thing again, because the tool bar config is not saved. This is a huge waste of time and I'm VERY dissatisfied with this release.

  19. If a document passes MS Word accessibility standards, throwing errors as a pdf is time-consuming and just plain wrong. I'm trying to teach faculty and staff at a college how to do this and it is SO cumbersome! Just for a simple, one-page doc, passed all chekcs in word, still getting 2 errors as pdf and I cannot even FIND the tags panel in spite of multiple searches. Arrgghhh! Frustrating and disapointing for those of us trying to make all learning materials accessible for all students, including those who are blind, vision impaired or using screen readers!
