1. LaTeX + Drawboard PDF = Error 18

   I'm using LaTeX (Beamer) to create my files and Drawboard PDF to draw on them. When I open the files with Acrobat, the slides with annotations with them result in Acrobat saying "There was a problem reading this document (18)". I can't even edit and try to save the document:

   1. Steps to reproduce the issue
      Open the file and scroll to a slide with annotations.

   2. Environment
      Acrobat DC 2015, Acrobat Pro DC 2020.006.20042, Windows 10

   3. Expected Result
      Acrobat opens the file without issues.

   4. Observed result
      Acrobat throws an error on every slide; slide is displayed incorrectly.

2. Cut, copy and paste option to move pages within a pdf file

   It will be very useful to have a cut/copy and paste option for moving pages within a pdf file. Currently, you can only drag pages around and this can be a little bit messy especially if working on a large file.

3. copy and paste on chinese fonts

   Dear Support,

   In Mac version Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (ver: 2021.005.20048), open pdf file and copy Chinese fonts and paste to notepad, it will lose some fonts. I try to remove this version and install old version (2021.001.20155), it have not any problem. Can help to check it?

5. A well designed nice looking dark reading mode for the windows version like ios and android

   A well designed nice looking dark reading mode for the windows version like ios and android. the ios and android modes have a nice simple dark mode switch much like many apps and operating systems of today now have. I find it's clunky and outdated to still have the only option for changing PDF document viewing options to a night mode-ish for reading at night only in the accessibility options.. a simple switch for on off would be VERY overdue on this relatively expensive product. I find it rather odd that it still does not despite the mobile options already having this! lol sorry but I have to laugh as I can't believe UI designers haven't even added it in the last 3 years yet. PLEASE. this is highly overdue and I think would be a very popular feature.

6. Header image error in converting docx to pdf

   I had a header image error in converting docx to pdf on https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home?pdfnow%21verb=word-to-pdf&x_api_client_id=adobe_com&x_api_client_location=word_to_pdf . 7. The ability to use "save as Adobe PDF" in Outlook and have the PDF include the graphic image.

   In Outlook when using "Save as Adobe PDF" , the PDF file does not include graphic image.

8. Print dialog box request: Add checkbox to Center Image, more placement options

   Currently in Acrobat Pro DC, the only the way to center the image on a selected page size is to also select Auto for the page Orientation; Landscape or Portrait orientations both place the image in the upper left corner and there doesn't seem to be any way around this.

   There are times when it would be helpful to be able to simply click a check box that will center the image on a selected page orientation (or, ideally, other options as well center top, center left, etc). Printing a square image (which is regarded by Acrobat as portrait) on a landscape page orientation is one such example that is currently problematic.

   The best example of what I'd recommend is the Placement option within the Adobe Illustrator print dialog box.

9. Accessibility Problems with Images/Figures

   I have a Microsoft Word file that has a number of images. I need to make an accessible PDF. I have entered alternate text for each image in MS Word. When I convert the Word file to PDF, the alternate text I had entered in MS Word is carried over to the PDF, which is what I want. The problem is that it puts all images/figures at the beginning of the tag tree no matter where the image comes in the document. When I look at the Reading Order for each page, it puts all images as the last item to be read on the page, even if the image is at the beginning or middle of the page.

   If I use the Autotag Document function to re-tag the file, it puts everything in the correct order but the alternate text entries for every image has been stripped out.

10. insufficient data for an image.

    I have PDF's open and they work fine until I undock my laptop. The tab I have active will continue to work sometimes, but when i click to the other tabs I see a blank form and the error given for the title. adobe acrobat pro dc continous release verison 2018.011.20058

11. Wrong calculation in copied fields

    when doing a calculation in a form like
    A1B1=C1
    with given standard values A1=2, B1=3 resulting in a field with calculation result of 6 (from 2x3=6) you get mistakes in a new calculation when you
    - copy the three field
    - rename them to D1, E1 and F1 and
    - change the standard values and the calculation to D1=3, E1=4
    - change the calculation to D1E1 with result 12
    the shown form is still A1*B1=C1 values in both lines

    This is a bug that should be solved.

13. Copy fillable fields from one PDF to a new PDF without fillable fields.

    Now we have to change the tools to 'Prepare a form', when copying a fillable fields from an older form to the new form. This has meant turning off the auto function for the fillable fields!
    Turning off the auto fillable fields function was OK. But now I have do an extra step to copy to a blank fillable PDF.
    Would prefer to be able to copy and paste, and then progress with making rest of the PDF fillable.

14. Tool to copy formatting from one phrase to another in Acrobat Pro DC

    For example, if we type in text in the pdf using the "Add Text" tool which uses a text box in which you can type.
    Now lets say this text box is quite big and you have typed a lot of stuff into it at different times.
    Suppose you want the formatting of the last paragraph to match the formatting of the first paragraph out of a total of 8 paragraphs (all paragraphs are in the same box).
    Now instead of matching the two paragraphs in formatting by manually selecting Text font, Text size, Bold, Italics, Text colour, Line spacing etc, you would want to use a tool which directly allows you to copy formatting from the first paragraph and paste it to the last (copying formatting from one phrase and pasting it to another phrase in the same text box or lets say in some other text box as well).
    Just like we use in Microsoft Word. Acrobat Pro DC doesn't currently have this tool. I would like to request the developers to add this tool since its a very basic much needed feature.

15. Cursor Sideways and Sideways Copy & Paste Fillable Fields

    This is a bug. I can't capture a screenshot of it as it is with the cursor, but the orientation of my cursor is sideways on the screen. Additionally, when I try to make a form fillable and copy and paste the fields from an existing form, it generates all of the fields 90 degrees from where they are supposed to generate.

    One screenshot shows what it does when I try to highlight text. The other is what happens when I copy and paste fields into a new document.

17. [Security] Protecting a PDF from editing - Separate "prohibit copying of text and images"

    We provide PDF reports to our customers with an image of our signature on it. I want to be able to protect them so people can't edit the form and more importantly copy our signature. But it's inconvenient for us and others to not be able to copy text after protecting the PDF. Please separate this security option.

18. Bug: 3D pdf image shrinks to the bottom left quarter of the viewing space after activating it

    When viewing a 3D pdf with Acrobat Pro on a Mac, the image shrinks to the bottom left quarter of the viewing space after activating it. This used to work and may be related to an Acrobat or MacOS update

19. Retain image resolution when converting images to PDF format

    When opening a 300 DPI Tiff with Jpeg compression with Adobe Acrobat DC it immediately gets downsampled to 96 DPI. This is fine if you want smaller file sizes, but i want to at least have the option to retain (and subsequently save) the original resolution as a PDF

    When contacting support I was told that this was expected behaviour for the product, but for me this is a bug. The zoomed in image clearly shows the difference in detail.

20. Data can be still copied even though content copy is set to not allowed

    When content copying is not allowed, adobe reader does not allowing to copy but data can be copied when during the Chrome browser print preview. It is not supposed to be.
