Tools appear overtop the print window
Whenever I go to print a PDF there is a 50% chance that the editing tools appear overtop of the print window.

page controls
Please make it possible in settings to PERMANENTLY hide page control from the document AND from the toolbar. I was able to get rid of them by selecting "hide page controls" after View, Show/Hide, Page Controls, but the controls appear again when I re-open Adobe. I know page controls can be switched from toolbar to document, and I know all the tool bars can be hidden. But I don't want to hide all the tools - I've customized the tool bar with the tools I use all the time. I just want to get rid of the…
5 votesHi,
We released an update for Adobe Acrobat DC that fixes this concern.
So there is no further need of doing any workaround. This update will be automatically applied to all Acrobat and Reader users in the coming days. You may also update to the latest release by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.
You can also drop an Email to me at ajain@adobe.com to let me know further in this. Thanks.-Ayush Jain

Acrobat 2019.008.20071 and Pitstop Edit 13 Tools missing.
After Acrobat updated to 2019.008.20071, my Enfocus Pitstop Tools have disappeared. I have tried uninstalling/re-installing both Acrobat and Pitstop. With no change. I have checked for an update to Acrobat but get a message that 20071 is the latest version. Enfocus says the problem is in Acrobat.
When can i expect a fix for this. I need these tools in order to be able to work with my customers. Thanks

Side Tools should be default & Menu Dropdown should show options without having to click on open
Return Menu Tools to the Side where they belong. They are next to useless now. Put actual menu items under the menu drop-downs instead of extra steps to open what should be a drop-down. Sorry - I hate the new look. Hate it. I should not have to navigate away from a page I'm working on in order to get to tools. I should not have to spend half an hour to discover you apparently no longer have this option. Security tools, if still in existence, should be obvious.

add the split option to the "tools to add" in Action Wizard.
Please add the split option to the "tools to add" when creating a new Action Wizard action.
This would allow for automated actions to be created where split top level bookmarks using bookmark names for file names utilized as part of a action, so it wouldn't be necessary to physically go through the setup process of: Organize Pages/Split/Split by: Top level bookmarks/Output Options/Use bookmark names for file names.

Where are my tools?
This version makes it difficult to find the tools I need to work with. It has basically shut me down. This is a business and your product should help my efficiency. Now it is easier to do the edits by hand and scan in. Where is the edit bubble to highlight an area for discussion? The shapes? The text boxes are harder to use. Why can't I locate them where I want to?

Please add "Add Stamp" button to the customize quick toolbar pane
I would like to be able to add a dynamic stamp to the quick access toolbar, but I am not able to accomplish this. Please see attached Adobe Version and the current quick toolbar. Is this not possible with Adobe DC Pro?

Split Comment and NAV Panes
The current UI does not allow to use the NAV pane simultaneously to the Comments Pane. For large documents this is required when commenting on the document. In the previous UI this was possible.

View with icons only for the «all tools» menu
When I use acrobat, I often need to navigate in the menu with all the tools so it is conviennent for me to have this menu open all the time. But the new menu is taking to much space in my screen, I wish I can see (maybe has an option) only the icons. There was a option like this in the previous interface. (picture 1 = the menu that I speak of)
I try to put all the function that I used in those tools in my «tool bar» but it become way too big for function that I…

Customize individual tool selections in toolbar
Allow users to customize the toolbar- add some (not all) drawing markup tools, comment tools, editing tools, highlight tools, without having to add an entire group. There are tools in a group that I never use, but I must select a group and wait for it to load, rather than seeing all my frequent tools at one time.

Adobe Pro DC - Hide left side navigation in folder view
Is there any way to hide the left side navigation in folder view (see attached)? Most apps have left/right arrows to hide/reveal those side menus, but I can't find anything to do that in Adobe Pro DC and they really take up a lot of space.

It takes too long to use the Menu when you have to toggle back and forth with guides and have tight deadlines

Reset my toolbar and force me to look at tools I will never use!?
WTF are you thinking! Who has the idea of "simplifying" someone's interface when it's not asked for. I didn't even get a choice! All of a sudden this morning I find my whole setup was changed. Flip-flopped the side margins! Reset my toolbar. Make me look at a hideous floating toolbar when there is plenty of room to dock it! I don't have time to figure out how to re-learn how to use your program today! I need to get my reports edited and sent out and now I'm stuck trying to find where all my tools went!
And…

Improve user information on Acrobat Pro DC Tools home page
Only due to my extremely helpful customer service rep, Gurjeet Singh, do I now understand that all the tools on my Acrobat Pro tools page are included in my current subscription - even those that say "Add" rather than "Open." Before I bought the subscription - and was using/purchasing tools on a onesy-twosy basis, "Add" indicated "not purchased," it is very confusing (and misleading) to use the same word on the subscription interface page. My suggestion involves two-three minor changes. 1. At the top of the subscription tools user interface, add a short title line that clearly indicates that the…

Create a way to opt out of "new tools" notifications/ tips / contextual pop-ups
Added to the many annoying notifications/ tips / contextual pop-ups/ advertising messages that Adobe has recently built in to Acrobat are notifications about "New Tools", whether in the quick access tool panel, on the application home page, or when viewing my online account/ profile at acrobat.adobe.com.
It appears to be some kind of "tour" of new features that is commonly used in other products, but (1) most of the places this notification appears will NOT trigger a tour when you click on it (it just opens the 'All Tools' menu), and (2) there is NO way to…

There needs to be an ability to Pin the Page Thumbnail Pane open to view all pages as in previous versions.
Introduce the option to Pin the Page Thumbnail Pane open to view all pages as in previous versions. This should be a setting that is used whenever you open a new file.
