  1. I am frustrated by the view or placement changes of the menu. It seems the menu items on the top left (save, print, tools, etc.) are now on the right and the items on the right (editing menu) are now on the left side. Automatically I go to the left to get something and find it has been moved and have to look on the right, I am searching back and forth all day, very frustrating. I like the new editing features, but just leave the menus where they were and where we are used to it being. Your…

  3. Third time this week. Working on an existing PDF with commenting tools, and when I go to save, I get the message that the file cannot be saved. Try to save as, as suggested, and get the message that there's a file error, then the text of the file disappears. (Spread in screenshot is two solid pages of text.)

  4. Please. You guys gotta stop with the popups. Adobe used to be pro tools, and now every time I have to open Acrobat there are 3 different popups or blinking things saying to try something A.I. or try a useless new tool. Please.

  5. i would like to be able to change the font color used with the measuring tool. sometimes what i am marking up has a black or dark background and the black default font does not show up. The work around is to label on top of the measuring line font which is messy and does not look professional. Please make this enhancement, thank you.

  6. Whoever made the tools sidebar THIS convoluted to operate is ********. Yes, he is allowed to take it personal. Fire that guy. Give us a Default toggle for the sidebar tools, not this half-assed "remember state of" toggle that is buried in the corner.

  7. Recently, the highlighter tool would remain selected so that I was able to use it to highlight multiple bits of text without having to select the tool for each thing I wanted to highlight. Now, I must re-select the tool each time, resulting in hundreds of extraneous clicks. How can I get the highlighter tool to stay selected?

This problem only began in the last week or so.

    Thanks for your help.

  8. Managing attendance has become a growing challenge for us as we shift to a hybrid work model. Traditional attendance systems are no longer effective, especially with people working remotely, on-site, or in the field. We're exploring Attendance Tracking Software that can handle this level of flexibility and scale.

Workstatus looks like a strong contender. It offers automated clock-ins, GPS tracking, shift planning, and even facial recognition for added accuracy. The mobile functionality is especially important for our remote and mobile workforce.

  9. When I filter by name, not all of the comments that user contributed are showing in the right-hand pane. It's really problematic because those comments are being skipped over and not getting a response.

  10. When I'm in the Comments pane, I want to use shortcut to navigate between the comments (with the comments shown in the context). However, the documented shortcut (Tab/Shift-Tab) is not working. The arrow key (up/down) is working for some parts, but in some cases, pressing Down arrow key goes back to the first comment on the page (or in some case goes to the previous page's comment) instead of moving to the next comment.

    Please help.

  12. These should be added immediately to make reviewing as easy as possible. Our team has paid for Adobe Pro DC thinking this would fix the problem to being able to use these tools, yet they still do not work.

  13. In previous versions of Acrobat, in the Comments pane, there was an visual indicator of the color of the comments. But in Acrobat DC< all the comments look the same. The color changes based on the AUTHOR NAME, which I suppose might be useful for some people, but not for me. The color of the comments in the comments pane needs to reflect the color of the actual comment, as it did in previous versions.

Please restore the comments to look the way they did in previous versions.

  14. Need the ability to view comments by reviewer/commenter to quickly see who provided feedback and what feedback. Perhaps a side pane filtered results (by reviewer) similar to how bookmarks work.

  15. I've used this tool for years and have turned to 3rd party vendors for better options. Adobe should step in and revamp this tool.

For me the issue with this tool is the processing features. I cannot add multiple folders containing multiple files and output aggregate PDF's that correspond to each folder. The same is true with more complex file/folder structures where I may wish to add and combine specific sub-folders from specific directories into aggregated PDF's.

Moreover, the file naming features could benefit from an upgrade in features. I'd like to have the option of renaming a new aggregate…

  16. To ensure our client/users fully utilize our license subscription or as PDF reader only, it really appreciates if we can have a tools/inventory report where we can view the usage of the license as well which Acrobat type and version installed to ensure it synchronize and updated to latest release version. It will be an excellence Inventory tools where we can monitor, manage, and take appropriate action where client always installed acrobat with latest version updated.
If the tools can also reflect if there is an issue (error code) why the version installed is not updated to latest version…

  17. Please revert back to an older version. I hate the new DC version. I used to be able to have my frequently used toolbars readily available when I opened acrobat. Now I have to use several additional clicks to get to the tools I need. It defeats the purpose of paying for acrobat when it defaults to nothing more than a reader. I've spent considerable time looking for a setting to leave the toolbars on the side of my extremely wide screen, but they are well hidden if available at all, and I refuse to sign in to anything.

  18. There are so many shortcomings and problems with the new 2023 GUI interface. Here are just a few:

    1. Swapping left and right-hand panels for no reason. This does not improve anything for users. It just forces users to change everything about how they work in Acrobat every workday.

    2. Functions are indicated by random icons. In the 90s, we learned that icons in software and websites don't work across different populations. Users have a difficult time figuring out what the heck they mean. Give text labels.

    3. The left panel is permanently positioned on the screen and obscures part of…

  19. In the Adobe CC programs, you can always save a workspace. I'd love to have that in Acrobat, too. Everytime the program updates, my tools in the right vertical tool bar go back to default and sometimes also the tools in the horizontal toolbar do that.
