  1. Hello, when sending a document to multiple people, if you want the document to be sent to both signers at once you need to toggle "send in any order"
    is there a way to set a setting in the account to always send to all people without having to manually select that. its pretty annoying and we always forget and then the second person has to wait until the first person signs before even receiving an email requesting signatures.

  2. Please allow the user to draw a straight line with the highlight tool. Trying to track a straight line through text with the mouse is nearly impossible. It blows my mind that this feature is not available in a PDF reader that costs $180 per year

  4. Why doesn't Adobe set the default initial view magnification setting to "fit page" so a viewer can see an entire document upon initial view? As a seasoned graphic designer, I believe it is much more courteous to allow the viewer to orient themselves to an entire document and then allow then to zoom in for more detail. It is disconcerting to see a partial document when opening a PDF file. Adobe is a leader in accessibility standards and I wondered if you had insight into this topic, I don't see a recommended initial view magnification in the WCAG 2.0 AA…

  5. So hard to use and wastes so much of my time looking for things.
    I just need the preview/navigator on the side so I can rotate or crop and a highlighter in the tools and the hand to move the page around. Every time I open a file it defaults back to nothing I can use. Please bring back version 10

  6. A change was recently made to the limits on Adobe Document Cloud Shared Reviews. Prior to a recent update, the review limit was set to 25 files per day irrespective of recipients It has now changed to 50 total recipients.
    I have a distribution list comprised of primary/backup reviewers from several departments within our organization, totaling 15 recipients. With the new limitation, I am now limited to either 3 reviews per day or have to pair down my recipient list to primary reviewers only and keep track of when a review has to be sent to a backup recipient and…

  7. I add a review page to my documents. I want this always to be on the first page. But I am not able to edit default location for "before first page".
    Please make this setable in the settings. We create around 3000 documents each year and every single one has a review page as cover sheet during reviews. Not default seems to be after page 1.
    So we have to change this every single time.

  9. File Save as should default to last saved folder NOT recent folders list so I have to constantly select the folder every time. Big hassle. Please fix.

  10. Currently the Adobe Acrobat add-on for Microsoft Outlook leverages the "received date" to timestamp the messages. It would be nice to have the option to use the "sent date" of the message instead for the timestamp. There are instances during email migrations where the top level received date header gets updated to the new mail system it got migrated to. When that happens, the received date changes on the message in Outlook. When organizations are providing PDFs for public records requests or legal requests, the queries in the ediscovery tools search by the "Sent" date of the message.…

  11. InDesign allows for the creation of PDF forms, including text fields, but unfortunately, it doesn't allow users to modify the text field as Acrobat can. For instance, I would like to be able to include default text in my forms (text that appears inside the text field after exporting my InDesign document to PDF); to align the text (left, right, center); etc. It also would be nice to be able to export from InDesign to an Acrobat Reader Extended PDF without having to do so from Acrobat. Adding these Acrobat capabilities to InDesign would be a huge time saver.

  12. Import a jpg from phone. Creates pdf so big i have to mess with zoom continually. Adobe used to just have it as a single page view regardless. What am I missing?

  13. When I click to combine files from Explorer, I get the "Raise without Handler" message. I can quit Acrobat Pro, restart it, then I can combine the files.

  15. I'm working very much keyboard driven. With the new Hamburger menu, my workflow is very much clogged as I'm not able to address menu bar items using keyboard shortcuts (= mnemonics / accessibility keys).

    Please, add an option to have the menu bar display fully on top, along with the default Windows title bar, so system and application menu keyboard shortcuts will work appropriately.

  16. I know how to set a default color for highlighting, and how to select from multiple colors. HOWEVER, I would like to be able to assign each color a name (ex. Dark blue = Main arguments. Light blue = supporting info. Green = Concepts). I would like these color and titles to appear in a key that I could continue to choose from easily. Then I would like to be able to search by color/issue. (Ex. If I searched for green/concepts it would show me all the text highlighted in green together). As a student and a professional this would…

  18. Since updating to High Sierra, I have been unable to adjust the color opacity when filling in color for text/form boxes. The "Colors" box used to have something at the bottom for adjusting the opacity, and, since the opacity is turned all the way up by default, I have no way of actually filling in these boxes with color.

  20. The default page layout and zoom settings that I choose in the Preferences menu aren't applying to documents I open. I have it set to Single Page and Fit Page, but every time I open a document, it scrolls as if I've chosen "Single page continuous" instead. This is a waste of my time having to set it correctly every time. Fix this immediately.
