copy to clipboard
When rightclick+copy, edit+copy, or ctrl+c a highlighted text in all pdf documents, an error message pops up: "Can not copy to the Clipboard. Internal Error"
We have tried to restart the pc. Delete cache, reinstall the most recent version of Acrobat Reader DC, untick "settings, (advanced)security, activate secure mode when start" but issue stays the same.

copy and paste don't work in Comment mode
When the "Comment" menu is open, copy and paste are disabled, until the menu is closed. So in the process of adding mark ups and comments, you need to open the Comment menu to add a mark up, then close it to copy and paste to use that markup else where on that page or another, then re-open the comment menu, and continue back and forth.
The copy and paste option must be available with the comment menu open or the functionality of the program, which we use primarily to mark up and comment on pdf's, is totally lost.9 votes -
Absolutely Unusable
I am running Windows 10. Since the last Adobe Acrobat Pro update, the program has been absolutely awful. Opening a document is a minute long process much less doing anything else to it. I had to download another program to be able to view PDFs for work. Very frustrating. Been like this for at least a month.

This monstrosity is unusable garbage
I use Adobe Pro at work. I comment and mark up blueprints for parts in the automotive industry. The update moving the menu items to a side panel was completely needless, and as you did so you removed features or hid them to where they were effectively removed. I can add text but can I change the font or color? Maybe. Can't find it though. Custom stamps to add? Good luck finding them, and when you do get your clicking finger ready. This thing is awful!

The placed image properties submenu
Guys, i don't know who's responsible of user experience, but your placed image properties submenu, which always floats over the image and blocks the view when i'd like for example to rotate the image - i's a shame.

Low Contrast Bookmark Panel in Dark Grey Theme
Contrast between background and text in Bookmark panel in dark gray theme (or system theme in dark mode) is extremely low - black on dark grey. This renders the utility practically useless unless theme is changed to light grey. Issue seems to have begun with most recent application update. Screenshots and full system report attached.

Annotations should appear above the image in a form image field
Currently when a user fills a form image field annotations are placed below this image, making it impossible (or arduous for the pdf creator) to annotate images that have been filled into the form.
Seeing as it's an intuitively powerfull tool to be able to annotate (nb. point out) things on an image I'd like to see this be easyer to accomplish/baseline.
See: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2467988
Thank you in advance for the consideration.

Artifacts in Image
We create PDF docs from Framemaker 2019. We have an image that is housed on a master page. It consists of 3 layers: background, corporate symbol, and a foreground group of people. The edges of the corporate symbol (a stylized A) show through the people in the foreground.
Image is created in Adobe Illustrator, is in AI format, and prints out fine. It is only an issue when viewed online.

Adjust the background image based on page orientation
Adjust the background image based on page orientation. A document can have pages with portrait and landscape orientation. The background image that is added must adjust itself based on the orientation of the page. Presently, the background image is added as an image. Therefore, for pages in landscape orientation, the background is not properly added.

What happened to "save a copy?"
Save a copy was always an option for our form files so that we could edit/add extra type. Now when I try to do that, I still get the error message telling me to go to "file" and "save a copy," however "file" is now "menu" and there is no "save a copy." Glad I still have a typewriter in my office! Please fix this ASAP - your last update was a downgrade. :(

Image highlight (freehand) tool anywhere on page (including text)
Image highlight (freehand) tool anywhere on page (including text)
The image/freehand highlighter tool only appears when hovering the cursor over an image. However would be great to have the tool available over text or blank space on the pdf.
Also the preview highlight thickness (before mouse button release) is not the same as the final highlight thickness (after mouse button release).
For the text highlighter, it would be nice to be able to move the ends of the highlight by dragging (to highlight more or less text).

Allow rounded corners for image fields
Currently image fields that users can upload images to are always rectangular. For aesthetic reasons this is not always desirable. For example, in some designs boxes with rounded corners or circles would work better. An option to add a corner radius to the field would improve the visual look.

Adobe Acrobat DC Pro - Export to image only save pages as separate images - ????!!!
Why is there always something not working properly in Adobe?
I want to export all pages in one PDF to ONE SINGLE IMAGE FILE, not a separate image for each **** page. Why is that so impossible to do? It is frustrating - my goodness.

Bug: When I go to edit PDF and add web links to a full paged image, the image tilts.
Bug: When I go to edit PDF and add web links to a full paged image, the image tilts and causes a white line to appear in the bottom right of the page where the image is no longer covering due to the tilt. Also the entire image will look crooked at this point too. I have to go to Edit > Undo to make it go back. This is weird and very annoying and happens every time I use Edit.

Could you try the steps mentioned at https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/edit-scanned-pdfs.html#enabledisableautoocr to disable automatic OCR and see if it works? -
Keyboard shortcut for previous result in Find and Replace dialog
We can use "Enter" to go to the next result when finding text in a PDF, but there is no keyboard shortcut to go to the previous result. I expected "Shift+Enter" to go the previous result, following the convention of using "Shift+<Key>" to navigate backwards, but instead, "Shift+Enter" just goes to the next result.

Dark mode doesn't always work
There are MANY documents that Reader fails to impose Dark Mode settings; my most recent example is: (2022) Praxeology volume 1: Frame, on self-actualization for the modern man by Rian Stone. Closely related is how to handle pictures, charts, ... in Dark Mode. The solution will require forethought - sometimes (e.g., graphs), inverting the color palette will work just fine, but pictures would turn into photo negatives, so they shouldn't invert. I doubt one-size fits all dark mode can cover both use cases. You can easily recognize pictures given their wide color palette and smooth transitions vs charts & graphs…
