Open PDFs in top left screen position when no other PDFs are open
If there are no open PDFs, there is no reason for Acrobat to open the next PDF in the next staggered position as occurs when opening multiple PDFs at the same time. It interferes with open tools I like to keep on the right side of the screen.

File saving is needlessly complicated.
The introduction of what I'll dub the "save helper" is one of the dumbest ideas I've ever seen implemented in a well known software. In no circumstance does it do anything than take more time since you have to open a file dialog no matter what you click - all it does is introduce another impediment to workflow.
The best thing to do is remove this "feature" and have it actually default to where you opened the file from! You know, like software has been doing for the last 30 years?
The newest version also seems to have broken OCR,…

White Margins
When converting, printing, or saving a document to PDF, Adobe Acrobat creates "white margins" on each conversion. To remove the extra margins you have to follow these steps for every document:
- Open PDF in Acrobat
- Select More Tools
- Select Print Production
- Select Set Page Boxes
- Check Remove White Margins
This will remove the white margins created by Adobe and use the margins of the original document. I'm told from Adobe Support there isn't a way to permanently set a user preference to prevent adding white margins. Please enable this function as it is currently a pain to have to change…

Customization
Your new interface update is horrible. I understand the need for simplification the attempt to make things easier for the end user, but not every one has the same needs. I don't NEED a tool bar that I can't get rid of or at least customize for my needs. I need a program that will give me the option to select and de-select the functions I use on a daily basis. I don't care about e-sign, but I would like to have an icon to organize pages with out having to go through two or three menus.
Yes you made…

Older versions of Adobe Acrobat had a "delete blank pages" option that I used when scanning, as I recall. Please bring it back.
I believe previous versions of Adobe Acrobat had a "delete blank pages" options in the tools section that I used when scanning with Adobe. I cannot find this option in the new version. It was a very useful tool, and I would like it back. Using "extract" is not the same and not nearly as convenient, especially in a long document.

Keep Tool Selected - we need it back please
There used to be a great feature where you could click a box to "keep tool selected" so you keep using the same tool, over and over again without clicking on the Icon again and again and again. It was especially useful when reviewing a large document where you wanted to highlight several passages or for adding text, etc.

comment feature color profiles
I think it would be beneficial to allow users to set colors for specific commenting tools or tools in general (strike through, text box, line, rectangle etc.) based off a selected profile. I am constantly switching specific tools between blue green or red based on the task, document, or customer i am working with. Allowing a quick change profile selection ( can also include signatures etc.) would allow people to have a real customizable system. If you are working contract for multiple companies doing side jobs this can let you keep track of each profile and their requirements for colors…

Cannot Locate Simple Features
The current Acrobat Pro User Interface/UI hides simple features from users and forces them to type a search request to locate them. E.g., I want to "crop" a PDF. Previously this option was a click or two away in some rationally-organized menu. Now I have to type "crop" into a search field and hope I move fast enough to capture the "TOOLS...crop" search suggestion before it disappears and the search bar unhelpfully tells me that "No matches can be found" in the PDF document (combining "Help" suggestions and document word searches in one search bar field is…

File size increases greatly with only one comment
I do not understand why the file size increases so much when adding only one comment. The original file is only 66 KB. Adding a comment of a name makes the file size 1.39 MB. This is absolutely ridiculous. I used a different program to do the same thing, and the file was only 67 KB. When you have larger files with multiple comments, it becomes an issue with emailing the files. This has become an increasingly frequent issue over the last couple of years. I have no idea what has changed along the way, but this issue really needs…

Allow grouping/ungrouping of drawing tool markups (pencil marks)
Acrobat automatically groups drawing tool (pencil) marks together, which is sometimes desirable and sometimes not. Why is there no option to right-click and group/ungroup pencil marks like there is for arrows, lines, and shapes? If I want to add a separate comment for each pencil mark, I undo the latest mark(s) and try to "trick" Acrobat by highlighting something or adding a shape, comment, etc. and then adding the second pencil mark. Sometimes this works and sometimes I have to do this multiple times. Then I go back and delete the unwanted highlight/shape/comment. If I create another pencil mark later,…

right-click
It would be really nice if the "Underline" tool was included in the right-click menu. Right now the Mac version has an option for highlighting and striking through, but not for underlining.

simplify stamp tool. one click only for default stamp selected by user.
a lot of us use the stamp tool frequently, it is very cumbersome, needs to do many clicks to stamp for each page.
let the user choose a default stamp to use repeatedly with one click only. other PDF software can do it. such as PDF-X change editor. I am sure The King- -acrobat DC pro should able to do it.4 votes -
Horizontal Toolbar Orientation
The new toolbar isn't great but I can live with it. However, it FREQUENTLY protrudes over the document when you use a tool with a submenu or the type tool with the font and color options. This is very bad, especially when adding a comment in the margins. Since it is possible to move the toolbar, why not make it possible to orient it horizontally at the top or bottom of the page? That way, it won't obstruct lines in the middle of the document that happen to be close to the edge.

move the side bar
I would really like the old layout back. The tool bar being moved from the top to the side bar and not even being possible to move takes away the symmetry of the layout and is super disturbing for my reading.
I'd really appreciate if you look into this.

64 bits user interface is terrible
I've updated from 32 to 64 bits Adobe acrobat Pro and the user interface experience is terrible:
* I don't find anywhere the add textbox.
* I don't see the number of pages nor the present page number
* I cannot add a button to take snapshots and to take an snapshot I have to go to the text / tool search. I cannot find the option in the menus.I miss a lot the 32 bits user interface. I loose a lot of time looking for commands that where easy to find in the 32 bits version.

Tool Bar
Why on earth would I want a floating tool selector bar that blocks the view of the document I am trying to read? There isn't even an option to snap this back onto the top or bottom of the screen, or even in the new (unwanted) sidebar that contains loads of empty space?
I'm officially done with Adobe PDF reader.

Trying to Streamline Team Performance Monitoring with the Right Tool
As our team expands, it’s becoming more difficult to monitor performance consistently across departments. I’ve been researching productivity management software that can offer clarity without disrupting daily routines. Workstatus came up during my search—it provides features like automated timesheets, behavior analytics, and customizable productivity goals. What I find useful is its ability to visualize work patterns, making it easier to spot inefficiencies or workload imbalances. It also integrates with popular task management tools, which could help keep everything connected. I’d like to hear how others have used this to create a more performance-driven, transparent work environment.
