  1. I have customized the Quick Tools bar, but it only appears to the right of the other tools in one ribbon, therefore there isn't enough room for all of the custom tools to appear all the time. I am constantly having to hit the three dots to get to my most frequently used toold. I don't appear to have a way to move my quick toolbar below the other one, or to the right of the screen.

  3. The Line Spacing in Acrobat DC is so much more difficult to work with. Its much harder to complete forms with the set 1.2, 1.4, 1.5, 2.0 etc. options. Adobe 9.0 Pro was so much easier to work with. Not all lines are equal. The option to adjust line spacing with by click on the line spacing icon was SO MUCH EASIER. Please consider making this an option again.

  4. new update broke outlook when using the share via email option. after doing that, outlook hangs until exiting completely out of Acrobat DC.

  5. The font on the "Recent" screen (where one views PDFs recently accessed) needs to be larger in my opinion. It was easier to read the screen before the update.

  6. This software feels so obsolete without an Undo button on the Toolbar while you are trying to edit a document. I already see that there are other posts requesting an Undo button on the toolbar. Let's get with it already please, as we are paying for this software and the current process is really too cumbersome to have to click on a menu, click Undo, then Undo again and then confirm to Undo....

  7. Similar to the bug labeled 'fill and sign', but I have more details to share:
    1) The old Fill & Sign icon was in a side panel on the right. The Fill & Sign icon could be selected and should the side panel be collapsed, the Fill capability would still work.
    2) Now the ability to collapse the side panel and still use Fill capability is no longer an option. For the current Fill & Sign to work the new side panel must remain open.

  8. I have Microsoft Outlook and I send all my PDF attachments thru this email. Your October 2018 update no longer recognizes Outlook default that automatically sends an attachment to an email.

    Now we must every time get diverted and click on attachment and continue to attach every single PDF in an email to Outlook. This creates a lot of work for no valid reason. EVERY user of Outlook is now going thru these extra steps for no valid reason. STOP IT.

    I am surprised that Adobe management who probably use Microsoft Outlook have themselves not wondered why they are now…

  9. I am frustrated by the view or placement changes of the menu. It seems the menu items on the top left (save, print, tools, etc.) are now on the right and the items on the right (editing menu) are now on the left side. Automatically I go to the left to get something and find it has been moved and have to look on the right, I am searching back and forth all day, very frustrating. In past versions of Adobe, if I was saving multiple documents, the program would remember the last folder I saved the document to, so it would automatically go to that folder when saving another document. At the moment, it will only open temporary files and I will have to waste time clicking around to find the correct folder that I want to save the document to. There needs to be an update to allow the flexibility to save documents to the last folder selected.

    Thanks for providing your feedback. The last folders where you have saved your previous files should get listed under the My computer section of the Save As dialog.

  11. The 3. party applications in the quick toolbar is disappearing from time to another.

    Here's a quick fix, but you then have to fix the menubars every time.
    Is there an export function for the menubar and tools?

  12. I used Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on a Windows 7 64 bit desktop environment.

    I simply select the combine documents icon button, it has me choose either existing open document or add unopened documents. Either way it does not work. When I select open document, it has the one open document and then I need to add the 2nd document to combine, and I select it, those documents never populated the page and thus I cannot move to the next step of clicking on the "Combine" button.   13. This was an issue in past Adobe Reader programs where you had to go through option menus to permanently hide the side Tool bar (currently the one that pops up on the left), but there were workable solutions to fix this.

    With the latest Adobe Reader update 20360 the tool bar has returned. I tried the old way to remove it by selecting in the preferences to "Remember Current State of Tools Pane". Unfortunately this is not working this time.

    How can users permanently remove this?

  16. When a document is sent through Adobe Sign to someone who doesn't use Adobe products, they are presented with the web interface that shows the document to sign. The pop-over warning about cookies (or asking for cookie storage permission) appears at the top of the page, but doesn't prevent the signer from finding and completing the signature field. (i.e. it can, and may be, ignored)

  17. It is tiring to deal with ever changing technology. The previous interface was so user friendly and everything was working smoothly. There is no reason for your company to spend resources on ever updating and changing interfaces. It confuses the users and creates more tech support request. Some things are best to be kept as is as they are working perfectly.

  19. I recently noticed that Adobe included a dedicated "Night Mode" on the mobile version of acrobat reader in the latest update. I used it & it's great. To tell the truth, I had to use another third-party pdf reader whenever I needed to read pdf in Dark Mode.   20. It is very annoying to change the layout of the interface when users are used to a certain layout for years. Please put the tools in the side bar instead of a tab. This wastes time to go to another screen and then after clicking on the tool, it opens up.
