7. keeps Freezing on pdf's

   Keeps freezing on opening a PDF, hardly usable, same pdf opens up on MS edge without any issue at all. Why am i paying through the nose for programs that struggle to do basic ****? it should just open and work, a useless program like edge seems to do it without issue, and its free. but adobe can handle a 2mb pdf wit out begging to be closed.

11. Documents that are to be sent for signature sometimes cannot be delivered, even though the email address is correct.

    Recently, since the final change to the AdobeSign user interface, we've repeatedly encountered the problem that documents that were submitted for signature supposedly cannot be delivered, even though the email address is correct (tested and verified several times with several different people). We then receive the error message "Adobe Acrobat Sign Document - Undeliverable." We've also tried it on various user accounts. We use Windows 11.
    The problem doesn't occur everywhere, however. However, since we rely on document delivery, it's absolutely essential that we can rely on it.

     First, allow me to explain the stakes.

     When YouTube suspends (or terminates) your account, it indicates they discovered anything on your channel that is so severe that it does not deserve a guideline strike.  It merits urgent suspension.

19. Please enable AI for use with the old interface

    Please enable the AI assistant while using the old interface.

    I, and many other users, have elected to "disable new Acrobat," however, selecting this option disables the AI assistant. If I want to use the AI assistant, I have to re-enable the new interface ("Enable New Acrobat"), close and reopen the program. Then to make edits to documents, I must do the same steps in reverse, disabling "new Acrobat." I have tried to just use the new interface, but it's such a struggle that, even though the AI assistant might save me a lot of time in reading and research, if I have to choose, I'd choose the old interface over the AI assistant.

    What I am hoping for is that the AI assistant will continue to function in
    Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, even if the "new" Acrobat interface is disabled. Then those using the old interface could actually edit documents AND use the AI tools.
    (Using quotes, because the "new" Acrobat is at least two years old, right?)
